Billie Eilish isn’t sitting this one out -- she’s calling out fellow celebs for staying silent about ICE and CBP in the wake of Alex Pretti’s shooting death ... and resharing a clip of her brother Finneas to show how easy it is to speak up.

In an IG post Sunday, Billie posted a selfie with a baffled look and the caption, "Hey my fellow celebrities, u gonna speak up? Or..." -- clearly putting quiet A-listers on notice.

Billie’s been loud on plenty of political fronts before ... so it’s no shock she posted to rally support and to judge the silence surrounding Saturday's shooting.

Jéssica Daugirdas -- a popular social media influencer -- died Saturday after a 3-year battle with cancer.

Jéssica's family announced her passing on Instagram, saying she had "infinite wisdom" and was a warrior of God who fought "bravely until the end with strength, faith, and courage."

In 2023, Jessica was first diagnosed with colorectal cancer after she noticed blood in her stool. Initially, she thought it was hemorrhoids or something else, but it turned out to be her worst nightmare.

A new video from the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis continues to show a dramatically different picture than the government narrative, and it undercuts claims made by top Trump officials about what really happened.

The clip -- shot from inside a car right where Pretti was killed -- captures chaotic, close-up moments as Department of Homeland Security officers confront Pretti. In the footage, the bystander who's filming in their car is heard screaming "Holy sh*t! Oh my god!" just as an agent fires the fatal shots.

In the video, a DHS officer violently pushes a woman to the ground. Pretti appears to move toward her to help her up, and agents then pepper spray both Pretti and the woman before dragging Pretti to the ground. At no point in the clip does Pretti appear to draw or brandish a weapon.

President Donald Trump says Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey are to blame for the Saturday morning shooting ... claiming they don't protect ICE agents and cause situations like this to arise.

POTUS shared his thoughts about the shooting on Truth Social shortly after the incident ... posting a picture of the gun the victim allegedly had when federal agents shot him to death.

The president asked where local police were at the time of the shooting ... and why they aren't "allowed to protect ICE Officers."
