We're told the gals didn't even bother to change out of their PJs -- immediately booking it to the Cooper Square Hotel while still in their jammies.

Whitney's been waiting it out there and at the nearby Bowery Hotel ever since.

She'll return home once exterminators finish doing their thing.

Audrina's Alleged Stalker Back on the Streets

Published | Updated

Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker is out of jail and free to go wherever he wants ... except, of course, for the 100 yards or so he's been ordered to stay away from Ms. Patridge.

We've learned 24-year-old Zachary Loring was released from jail yesterday, after being arrested Tuesday on two outstanding warrants.

The warrants were issued after Loring skipped out on a few anger management classes -- which he was supposed to attend following his May arrest for vandalism and disturbing the peace.

Yesterday the judge freed Loring under the condition he finishes the anger management classes within the next two months.

While he was locked up, Loring was served with Audrina's restraining order.

Audrina's Alleged Stalker: Write Me a Love Song

Published | Updated

It sounds sweet -- a song for Audrina Patridge, proclaiming:

"I came back to let you know. I got a thing for you and I can't let go."

Turns out it's a sad song, because it's the brainchild of Audrina's alleged stalker.

A month ago, Zachary Loring approached a guy on MySpace named Boogie the Mann -- who takes requests from MySpacers and makes songs for them free of charge.

Boogie tells us Loring said he wanted a song in honor of a girl named Audrina whom he was "madly in love with." Boogie says Loring's only demand -- that the ditty was named after her.

The song was completed a week ago -- Boogie says he had been trying to get in touch with Loring to unveil his work, but the guy didn't answer his MySpace messages.

Little did Boogie know ... Loring has been busy lately. He was busted Tuesday night for two outstanding warrants -- then served with Audrina's restraining order while sitting in the pokey.

Boogie says the song is kinda "creepy" now -- check it out and see for yourself.

Audrina's Alleged 'Stalker' Arrested

Published | Updated

Audrina Patridge can relax a little bit today -- because the guy she claims has been "stalking" her was arrested last night ... and he's still in the pokey.

TMZ has learned Zachary Loring -- the dude Patridge considers a threat to her life -- was busted yesterday in Sonoma County, California on two outstanding warrants for vandalism and disturbing the peace.

It doesn't appear this arrest has anything to do with Audrina's request for a restraining order against him. Loring is being held with no bail. His court date has been set for Friday.

As TMZ first reported, Patridge filed legal documents alleging that Loring had been lingering on her property on multiple occasions -- once handing her a drawing of a woman being strangled.

UPDATE: We're told Loring was served with Audrina's restraining order while behind bars. And there's this ... we're also told Loring's mother is the one who called the cops on him last night. Ouch.

Audrina -- 'Stalker' Came to My Front Door

Published | Updated

Audrina Patridge claims she was scared out of her mind when a 6'4", 180 pound stranger showed up on her front porch back in August ... and handed her a drawing of a woman being strangled.

TMZ has obtained more court documents filed Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court -- in which Audrina explains why she believes an overzealous fan named Zachary Loring is a threat to her life.

In the docs, Audrina says 24-year-old Loring first came to her Los Angeles home on August 26 and said he was there to deliver wine. But when Audrina went to the door, Loring tried to hand her "a stack of photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written." Audrina claims one of the photos depicted a woman being strangled.

But it gets weirder -- Audrina claims the postcards were postdated Sept. 15 -- almost 3 weeks into the future. Patridge says "she is concerned about whether she will be injured or harmed in any way on such date."

Patridge also claims Loring brought her a beer and told her it was "from his family's brewery in Napa Valley" -- and he "wanted to see her drink it."

Audrina claims her neighbors saw Loring on her front porch 3 days later -- August 29. Patridge says she has surveillance tape showing he had been there for 7 hours and was "seen talking to himself."

In the docs, Audrina says Loring came to her home again on August 30 -- wearing a black suit and a red tie. This time, Audrina called 911.

When cops arrived, Audrina claims Loring wasn't phased and tried to approach her -- but cops stopped him in his tracks and arrested him on site for trespassing and outstanding warrants.

Loring was released from custody the very next day on $15,000 bail. Audrina told authorities she's in "great fear" of returning to her home because she believes she's being "stalked." She has since requested a restraining order against Loring.

The LAPD's threat management unit is now investigating the case.

UPDATE: Loring was arrested back in July on a knife charge -- and for defacing an electrical box in L.A.
