Khloe Kardashian may actually be a little too popular for her own good ... because we've learned E! is throwing up roadblocks in the negotiations for Khloe to host "X Factor."

Multiple sources connected to the negotiations tell TMZ ... "X Factor" producers cannot sign Khloe to the show unless E! gives permission -- exclusivity is part of the Kardashian's contract with the network.

We're told the problem isn't so much that E! doesn't want Khloe to do Simon Cowell's show ... it's that Khloe would have to promote the program by spending a lot of time doing interviews, social media and making appearances, and E! is worried it might dilute Khloe's impact on their reality shows and also create time conflicts.

We are told, in the event that Khloe's deal falls apart, they would probably pick Mario Lopez as the second choice, but "X Factor" has its sights set on Khloe as a single host.

You're looking at the $6 million Miami mansion that Kim and Kourtney Kardashian will most likely call home for the next three months while filming their next spin-off show, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... crew members have been tasked with finding a home for the K-squad while they shoot their upcoming reality show "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami."

If you didn't watch the first "Kardashian" spin-off in Miami ... Khloe and Kourt stayed in hotels during their stay ... because they're swanky and awesome.

But this time around, Kourt -- a mother of 2 -- decided she wants to be in a house ... a really big house.

We're told ... the front-runner is the $5.8-million-dollar Mediterranean style MANSION pictured above ... which boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths ... over 5,000 square feet ... a pool ... AND an attached dock with room for a 100' boat.

Which they totally need.

Simon Cowell has made his decision ... he wants Khloe Kardashian to host "X Factor" and it's now in the hands of FOX -- network sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say Simon made the case that Khloe is a big draw who will complete the circle of making the show decidedly younger than last season. Khloe has a connection to Britney Spears and Demi Lovato and Simon believes the three of them create an authentic vibe that none of the other potential hosts bring to the table.

We're told FOX must now sign off on Simon's choice and that decision is expected within a week.

Khloe Kardashian may be doing her part to jump start the economy ... because TMZ has learned she's the front-runner to become the "X Factor" host and we're told the suits want it to happen.

Sources intimately connected to the show tell TMZ ... Khloe is definitely #1 among the women who tried out and is generally considered the best in the entire pack of host wannabes.

Khloe did a screen test that went over well. The suits -- including Simon Cowell (who has probably never worn a suit) -- believe Khloe makes the most sense in terms of audience draw, since they've already invested heavily in Britney Spears and Demi Lovato to attract young viewers.

Producers will make a decision soon. The host won't appear until the live shows air, and that begins next month.

Kim Kardashian has called an end to her war with Old Navy -- settling up with the clothing brand for big bucks ... after it allegedly used a Kim K look-alike in its advertising last year.

Kim's lawsuit was dismissed today in L.A. -- and sources close to Old Navy tell TMZ, the company agreed to pay Kim an undisclosed sum based on her look-alike claims. We're told both sides are pleased with the settlement, though the exact terms of the deal are undisclosed.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim sued Old Navy last July for MILLIONS, claiming it intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with the brand.

She kinda had a point too ... just take a look at this screengrab from the advertising in question.

Rihanna and Rob Kardashian spent their entire Saturday together ... going go-karting during the day (above) and hitting up Playhouse in Hollywood at night (below).

It's interesting ... the two were rumored to have hooked up all the way back in February, but nothing has been mentioned about the would-be pair since.

Khloe Kardashian went on a wild bender earlier today on an L.A. freeway -- A FENDER BENDER -- accidentally ramming her Range Rover into an SUV ... but she looked damn good doing it ... in some curve-hugging workout clothes.

We're told it was a very very slight accident -- in fact, the damage was so insignificant ... neither Khloe nor the other driver even bothered to exchange insurance information.

Police were not called. Both drivers eventually got back into their cars and took off.

Myla Sinanaj -- who will sit for a deposition in New York City today in the Kris Humphries/Kim Kardashian divorce -- says Kim is a "cruel bitch" by scheduling her depo on the 1 year anniversary of Kris and Kim's wedding.

TMZ has learned ... Myla is telling friends she will testify that Kris repeatedly told her Kim defrauded him in the marriage, grousing that he "got played."

Kris is fighting the divorce, insisting on an annulment based on fraud. Kris claims Kim never loved him and married him only to spike ratings on her reality show.

Myla says Kris -- who made hundreds of thousands of dollars off "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" as well as the wedding special -- "hated the cameras and his life being on display."

Myla is telling friends her relationship with Kris is "dead," so she has nothing to lose by telling the truth, and therefore she will be "100% honest" in answering questions during the depo.

The wild card -- Myla is not saying how she will answer questions about allegedly getting knocked up by Kris. She previously told various people he got her pregnant ... then recanted the story.

Kim Kardashian is telling close friends she is not pushing for a divorce so she can marry Kanye West -- she's saying Kris Humphries has simply become "a cancer" she wants out of her life forever.

Sources connected with Kim tell TMZ ... after Wednesday's court hearing, Kim said, "Kris is the first person I ever had to break-up with and that f**ked with my emotions." She added, when their marriage started to fall apart "He told our producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn't edited right."

Kim, who is telling friends she is "emotionally exhausted" from dealing with Kris, says if he really thinks he can convince a judge she defrauded him, wait 'til he sees the outtakes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- which show Kris as a "manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk."

Kris Humphries' lawyer engineered a sneak attack by trying to serve a subpoena on Kanye West by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian's house.

Kim's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, told the judge in the divorce case about the ploy during a hearing that is still going on.

Wasser groused to the judge ... Kim has already racked up $250,000 in attorney's fees, yet it's unclear exactly what Kris wants out of this.

Wasser said she's heard the reports that Kris and his lawyers want to put reality TV on trial, and there seems to be evidence to back that up. Wasser noted that Kris has served Kris Jenner with a subpoena and NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows.

Wasser said she's perplexed as to why Kris Humphries thinks the marriage was a fraud -- because he went in eyes wide open.

Kris Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller told the court he wants to prove the marriage was a fraud, which Kim wanted solely to benefit her reality show. He says he wants to be armed with information about the show before taking Kim's deposition.

Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser followed up by asking why it's so important for Kris to get an annulment. Waller did not answer. Wasser then said she intends to get Kris to pay every penny of Kim's attorney's fees.

On her way out of court, Wasser said, "We're just moving forward. My client just wants to be divorced."

Kim Kardashian could barely keep herself contained, as her ginormous ridiculous ass nearly spilled out of her sexy one piece black bathing suit in a beach pic she tweeted yesterday.

Kanye West's "perfect bitch" really is the most bootyful woman in the world.

Kim Kardashian is thrilled to be the inspiration for Kanye West's new song, "Perfect Bitch" ... TMZ has learned.

Kim is telling friends, "I'm honored. I love it," adding, "I know he doesn't mean it in a negative way when he says the word 'bitch.'"

Yesterday, Kayne tweeted, "I wrote the song 'Perfect Bitch' about Kim." Interestingly, the tweet was later deleted.

But Kim feels great about it, saying, "The song talks about how he was with so many other girls but could never find the right one until he met me."

Kim is also real pleased about the way Kanye describes her body in the song.

Boy, we didn't see that one coming.

Must be true love ... Kanye West just announced his new song "Perfect Bitch" is about his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

West debuted the track last weekend at a club in NYC -- and today, he took to Twitter to address rumors the song was written about his new lady ... turns out, it was.

The song has NOT been officially released yet -- but a source told the Daily News, the lyrics are "about his search for the perfect woman and how he has now found the 'perfect bitch.'"

Rap's got a terrible reputation of being misogynistic -- and using the word "bitch" doesn't help -- but this song seems to have a romantic spin on it ... so we gotta ask ...

Sources connected with the show tell us ... they have whittled down the list of finalists to 6, and Khloe is on it.

Not a bad move for the show, because the Kardashians are a proven audience draw.

It might be the ass-accentuating pants ... but yesterday in New York, Kim Kardashian's record-setting rear appeared to have reached entirely new levels of badonkness -- and we are NOT complaining.

The low-cut top didn't hurt either.

Kim Kardashian just got a WARNING from a woman with whom she has something in common -- Kris Humphries ... and the warning is ... BACK OFF!

Myla Sinanaj just tweeted to Kim, "Why don't u enjoy ur Miami trip and stop sending private investigators to my house-Stop dragging me into ur drama."

Myla followed that up with, "I don't have to explain Or apologize for who I chose to be friends with. Subpoena or not!"

Myla is referring to a subpoena from Kim's camp ordering her to sit for a deposition at the end of the month. The depo involves Kim's divorce from Kris -- something Myla may know a thing or 2 about. Myla's ex-lawyer, Joe Tacopina, already accepted service on Myla's behalf, but it seems Kim's camp may be worried Myla may now say he didn't have authority to do that.

Myla also just tweeted, "Subpoena me twice for the same thing! Hilarious."

Well, Myla, you can never be too careful ... and that doesn't just apply to getting pregnant.
