Blac Chyna took her anger at Tyga over child support and turned it into a wise business decision ... bossing up for both of her kids.

Chyna was spotted leaving a government building in L.A. on Thursday. We initially thought she was there to file docs to get Tyga to pay up, but our sources say she was getting work permits for 4-year-old King and 4-month-old Dream.

Might sound a little premature, but this is Hollywood, folks. Also, let's face it ... the family biz is all about being on camera.

Kim Kardashian says her nose ALWAYS knows when it comes to rotting teeth ... and that's not just some BS her 'KUWTK' producers cooked up for the show.

Blac Chyna's on the attack against Tyga because she thinks baby daddy #1 is teaming up with #2 -- Rob Kardashian -- to spread lies about her.

Sources close to the family tell TMZ ... Chyna went off after she heard Tyga telling people she wants to kiss, make up and get back together with him -- a news flash that came from Rob.

We're told Chyna got pissed because she hardly talks to Tyga, and had only reached out to him recently to demand he pay King's nannies -- even though they'd normally do that on their own.

Other sources tell us Tyga misinterpreted the call from Chyna, and thought she wanted to talk about more than co-parenting ... something he shared with his new bff, Rob. We're told the guys have gotten tight ever since BC and Rob broke up.

The problem's obvious -- Rob and Tyga talk ABOUT Chyna, but Rob's also talking TO Chyna about all of it ... according to our sources.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian joined forces with Larsa Pippen and a bunch of friends to form the Pinball Pu$$ies ... their name, not ours.

The K sisters and krew rocked matching black jerseys -- names on the back and a "Pinball Pu$$ies" logo on their chests -- as they bodied up to a line of pinball machines in an L.A. arcade.

Her Snapchat attack on Tyga was filled with seemingly random references -- some of it's hard to decipher -- but her overall point is clear: PAY ME, BITCH! She also wants "Jenny," the babysitter, to get paid.

BC got personal too -- "So go tell Kylie , and Rob ! About our son Account ! Cause that's the only reason I'm contacting ur f** ass!"

Tyga not paying people is nothing new, but Chyna ain't settling for the status quo ... obviously.

Kris Jenner is pitching an animated television series featuring cartoonie Kim, Khloe, Kylie and the rest of the fam.

We've learned Kris had a meeting with Harvey Weinstein's company in L.A. earlier this month to pitch the show.

We're told "the entire family" will be featured ... we're told it will not include Caitlyn.

It appears the fam is upset because when Kendall left for an hour around midnight, someone who was not an invited guest got inside the house.

Kendall Jenner was not burglarized, despite what she told cops ... it was definitely an inside job, according to law enforcement sources.

TMZ broke the story, Kendall reported the alleged burglary at 1:15 AM Thursday after she realized $200,000 in jewelry went missing.

Our law enforcement sources tell us what really went down. They say Kendall was having a party with a bunch of friends Wednesday night. At some point in the evening she heard an alarm warning that someone opened a door, but she thought nothing of it.

We're told Kendall left at midnight, leaving her friends in the house. When she came back just after 1 AM she discovered her jewelry box was open, and that's when she called the cops.

Our sources say there was absolutely no sign of forced entry and they are certain the thief knew exactly where Kendall kept her bling.

BTW ... if the person who steals stuff inside a home was invited in, it's not a burglary -- it's the crime of theft.

6:10 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us, Kendall called 911 after hearing a noise and believing a burglar might be in her home. When cops arrived they thoroughly searched the house but found no one in the house who didn't belong.

As for Kendall, cops are on the hunt.
