Kyle Richards Sisterly Tough Love Sued Sister Kim For Eviction

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Kyle Richards sued her sister Kim Richards last year in an effort to kick her out of her L.A. area condo ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kyle filed a lawsuit against Kim in January 2025, seeking to have her older sister vacate her 2-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,633-square-foot condominium in Encino.

Kyle claimed Kim had been living in the condo for years, but she'd told her to pack up in late 2024. In her suit, Kyle sought possession of the place and wanted damages against Kim of $140 per day, beginning in November 2024, for every day she stayed past her welcome.

The "Ketamine Queen" begged for forgiveness in court ... apologizing to the families impacted by her actions, before being sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection to Matthew Perry’s death.

In a letter obtained by TMZ, Jasveen Sangha told an L.A. courtroom Wednesday she was deeply ashamed, comparing her guilt to wearing a jacket she can’t take off, no matter how hard she tries.

Jasveen said not a day goes by that she doesn't think about the impact of her actions ... adding as someone who loves her own family, she's sorry for the pain caused to others.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s family is apparently stepping up for her in court amid her restraining order battle with her ex, Dakota Mortensen ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Taylor’s sister Aspen May submitted a declaration as part of the exes' ongoing custody and TRO fights. The court docket indicates Aspen's declaration is related to the judge's requirement that a supervisor be present during Taylor’s parenting time.

Earlier this week, the judge presiding over Dakota's TRO ruled he'll continue to have custody of their son Ever, but Taylor will have 8 hours of supervised parenting time every week.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Denise Richards will not have her paychecks seized over her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ massive debt … TMZ has learned a judge denied one of his creditors' efforts to get their hands on her money to satisfy the debt.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a L.A. judge denied a request by a debt collector company, Creditors Adjustment Bureau, to go after Denise’s money.

The debt collector sued Aaron in 2022 over an unpaid loan. Two years later, the judge granted Creditors Adjustment a default judgment totaling $228,000.

Sources close to the situation tell us the mishap isn’t being pinned on production from Kendall's end, and there’s no bad blood between Kendall and the Unwell team. Actor Michael Patrick -- who appeared in an episode of "Game of Thrones" -- has died after a yearslong battle with motor neurone disease, according to his wife.

Naomi Sheehan broke the sad news on Instagram Wednesday, sharing she and his loved ones are "broken-hearted" over the loss.

Michael -- who his wife affectionately calls "Mick" -- was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in February 2023.
