JC Chasez was one of THREE members of *NSYNC who was NOT in attendance at Justin Timberlake's wedding this weekend ... but he watched two OTHER people say "I Do" ... TMZ has learned.

Just like Joey Fatone and Lance Bass ... JC didn't make the trip to Southern Italy to see his former boy-bandmate JT tie the knot to Jessica Biel.

Instead, JC had more important plans -- his brother was getting married in Orlando, FL.

We're told JC had planned to go to his bro's wedding for over a year -- and had previously informed Justin it was a top priority he just couldn't miss.

As we previously reported, Joey spent his weekend in L.A. (it's unclear if he was even invited) ... and Lance was at an event in San Diego.

Sporting his new wedding ring, Justin Timberlake was spotted out in Fasano, Italy this morning ... after tying the knot with Jessica Biel yesterday.

Some of the famous peeps in attendance reportedly included JT's pals Andy Samberg and Timbaland, as well as Jessica's former "7th Heaven" co-star Beverly Mitchell.

The couple had been engaged since December after splitting for a brief time in 2011.

Former N'Sync star Joey Fatone was partying it up in L.A. last night -- which means HE WAS NOT at Justin Timberlake and Jessica's Biel's magical Italian wedding on Friday (gasp!).

Our photogs caught up to Joey outside Xen Lounge in Hollywood and when we asked if he went to his boy JT's wedding ... his response was pretty obvious, stating, "I'm here, ain't I? Isn't it this week?" (Yes Joey, it was).

Neal Schon dropped more than a MILLION bucks on his massive engagement ring for Michaele Salahi, TMZ has learned -- and he was so nervous about it getting stolen ... he had it transported to him via ARMORED VEHICLE.

Sources close to the newly engaged couple tell us, the armored Dunbar truck dropped off the 11.42 carat diamond ring at the Baltimore hotel where Neal was staying, shortly before he popped the question last night.

Our sources wouldn't divulge the exact price of the ring -- but said it cost more than $1 million.

As we reported, Schon asked Michaele to marry him on stage last night at a benefit concert for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center -- and shocker, Michaele said yes.

Mazel tov, you rich bastards.

Michaele Salahi is going to be a married woman again -- her Journey rocker BF Neal Schon popped the question tonight ... and she said yes.

We're told the band was playing a benefit tonight for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center when Schon called her up on stage and popped the question ... with a massive 11.42 carat diamond ring.

According to our sources, Salahi broke down in tears and jumped up and down as the band played their song "Faithfully." We're told the proposal was a complete surprise to Salahi.

Elton John spent his weekend on the wedding circuit -- not as a guest, as a performer ... and one of the gigs was for Jeffrey Katzenberg's daughter ... TMZ has learned.

John was a surprise guest as Laura Katzenberg (pictured below) got hitched to bigshot record producer Mark Sudack in Los Angeles this weekend.

John took to the piano and provided the music for the couple's first dance.

It's not too surprising, considering Jeffrey Katzenberg was running Disney back when Elton did the soundtrack to "The Lion King" ... and the two have been friends ever since.

Justin Timberlake refused to make a complete ass out of himself during his bachelor party weekend in Cabo San Lucas this weekend ... only going "partial crack" while his pals flashed some full moons at the paparazzi.

Prior to flashing their lily-white booties, JT and the gang started the bachelor festivities in Las Vegas on Thursday before continuing the party train south of the border.

Shaun White was VODKA MAN at the Black Keys wedding he attended before his public intoxication arrest last weekend -- sources tell TMZ, dude had his very own vodka handle at the party ... and was drinki-ng like a fish.

As we reported, a black-eyed White was arrested early Monday in Nashville following the wedding for Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney -- after allegedly trashing his hotel room, pulling a fire alarm, running from hotel staff ... and smashing his face.

Now, sources at the wedding tell TMZ, there's a good reason White was acting so crazy -- he had been on a vodka binge the entire night, carrying around his own personal vodka bottle, taking multiple shots with anyone game to join him.

One guest told us he saw White drink between 12-15 shots.

As we reported, White has since issued a mea culpa for the incident, saying, "I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests."

White says, "I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away."

Silver medalist Destinee Hooker secretly got married last week -- but the powerhouse volleyball player tells TMZ ... despite the stupid jokes she's been exposed to her entire life (like our headline) she refuses to give it up.

Hooker tells TMZ ... she and her fiance Steven Coulter tied the knot at a courthouse in Texas on September 13 ... but she's not ditching her infamous name just because she got hitched.

Hooker says she loves being a "Hooker" and will simply add on to her nombre -- becoming Destinee Hooker-Coulter from here on out.

So, why the quickie wedding? The v-ball player says she had a short window to get married because she was moving to Russia (she's there now) to play a season of volleyball ... she says there will be a bigger ceremony next year in San Antonio, TX.

Andy Slocum's week has gone from bad to worse ... 'cause AFTER the former WWE talent was accused of beating his fiancee Rosa Mendes in Vegas ... his OTHER fiancee in Texas dumped his two-timing ass ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Slocum -- who wrestled under the name Jackson Andrews -- was named in a police report filed by Mendes, in which she claims Slocum beat her up on multiple occasions in the home they shared together in Vegas.

But the story REALLY came as a shock to a woman named Amber Stovall ... who thought she was EXCLUSIVELY engaged to Slocum ... who she had been dating for the past 4 and a half years.

“I was not aware of his double life with Rosa," Amber tells us ... adding, "I'm incredibly angry and I feel betrayed."

Amber -- who says the two shared a home in Houston and have two bulldogs -- tells us, "I was blindsided by the TMZ story. He had just flown me out to Vegas the weekend after July 4th and we made plans for him to return home to Houston at the end of August. “

For the record, Rosa -- who's a WWE Diva -- was in Texas on the weekend after July 4th ... when he flew Amber to Vegas. Basically, he pulled off a fiancee switcheroo.

Despite the lies, Amber insists Slocum was never violent with her ... telling us, "He's never even raised his voice to me."

Obviously, Amber has since called off the engagement ... noting, "He has not reached out to me despite my efforts to contact him since I found out about Rosa. So as of today, I have cut off all joint accounts which includes his cell phone."

The Game is psyched his wedding is back on ... but his wallet, not so much ... the rapper tells TMZ rescheduling his cancelled nuptials set him back a cool $100k!!!!!

Talk about a roller coaster of emotion -- TMZ has learned, The Game's wedding is BACK ON ... despite being canceled just last week.

As we reported, Game's fiancee Tiffney Cambridge pulled the plug on the wedding last Thursday -- and the rapper said it was all his fault, tweeting, "The rumors are TRUE. The wedding is OFF. It's not her fault, it's mine! She's a GREAT woman."

But now, we're told the couple is giving things another shot and has decided to resume their wedding plans. According to sources, the new wedding date is in August.

As for the reality show that was supposed to cover the nuptials -- we're told that's back on too.

Game and his fiance Tiffney Cambridge had reportedly struck a deal to star in a wedding reality show, which would follow the couple around right up until the "I dos" at a July 28 ceremony.

But the show ... and the relationship ... are seemingly over ... with Game tweeting, "The rumors are TRUE. The wedding is OFF. It's not her fault, it's mine ! She's a GREAT woman, I just wasn't man enough 2 see it through.”

The greatest secret in Hollywood may have been exposed by a police officer in the sleepy town of Bedford Hills, NY ... when in his police report, he referred to Blake Lively as the wife of Ryan Reynolds!!!!!

Or he just made an assumption, we'll explain ...

Reynolds filed a police report on July 8 after he claimed he was being followed by a photographer. An officer came out to investigate and he described the encounter by saying:

The name of the woman allegedly married to Reynolds was redacted from the report, but several photos of Reynolds and Lively were taken the week of the incident.

And in case you think it was a one time slip, check out the last paragraph of the report:

We called the Bedford PD to check with the officer about what made him think the couple -- who has been dating since last October -- was actually married. Cops wouldn't talk.

Sources close to Blake tell TMZ the report is a mistake and the two are NOT married.
