9:00 PM PT -- The UFC says a third party law firm has opened an investigation into Johnson's gym incident. For what it's worth ... he eventually deleted the original FB rant, and apologized.

He was suspended last year after the mother of his children accused him of abuse, and he plead no contest to a 2010 domestic violence charge.

Do NOT do yoga in UFC fighter Anthony "Rumble" Johnson's gym -- the guy just went OFF on a woman who did ... throwing her yoga mat, saying she's built like a "bag of dry dog food" and making her cry.

Johnson, a light heavyweight, apparently had a nasty run-in with the woman ... telling her, "To the ugly girl in the gym ... if you get in my way or any other athlete again I'll throw your yoga mat across the gym AGAIN."

Johnson's menacing FB post continues ... "Who in their right mind stretches where ppl are suppose to lift? You need more than stretching to help that beat up body." It appears the woman burst into tears and complained to the front desk ... and Johnson ripped her for that too.

It finally happened ... Ronda Rousey lost her title belt, but in the most awesome way possible.

Jon Jones is taking Dana White's advice to heart -- cleaning himself up and working with the community to get his life back on track ... and today, he mentored kids at a Boys & Girls Club.

The former UFC champ hit up the B&GC in Albuquerque, New Mexico -- where he talked to the kids about the importance of working hard to make their dreams come true.

But the best part -- one of the kids challenged Jon to play the UFC video game on Playstation ... AND CRUSHED JONES (who was playing as himself).

Sources close to Jones tell us ... Jon has been working hard to get his life back in order ever since his hit and run arrest --  doing volunteer community service and spending lots of time in the gym.

As for resuming his MMA career, we're told "nothing's out of the question" -- but he's been focusing a lot of his time on mentoring and coaching other fighters.

Jones is still suspended from the UFC -- but check out this recent video of Dana White (below) ... it's clear he's still a fan of the guy and if he keeps up the good work, we're guessing we haven't seen the last of him in the octagon.

Conor McGregor is the greatest thing to come out of Ireland since Guinness -- or at least that's how you're gonna feel after watching his countryman Colin Farrell gush about the UFC badass.

We got Colin outside Jimmy Kimmel's studio Thursday evening ... and, somewhat foolishly, asked if he was a fan of the UFC Featherweight champ. Colin went way beyond Conor's fight skills, and went off about his character and spirit.

He even says Conor's having a HUGE effect on "all the people at home." Check it out ... Colin makes it sound like Conor could be a bona fide Irish leader. Take that Bono!

The next UFC superfight might just have a little NBA flavor to it ... 'cause hoops star Serge Ibaka tells TMZ Sports he's serious about battling Matt Barnes ... he's just gotta win a championship first.

In case you missed it ... Barnes went on ESPN's "SportsNation" earlier this week and blasted Ibaka, calling him a "fake tough guy" and saying he's desperate to fight OKC's big man.

Ibaka fired back on Twitter ... asking UFC honcho Dana White if he'd be interested in (awesomely) putting the NBA stars in the Octagon. But last night in Hollywood, Serge seemed to dismiss Barnes as more of a clown and less of a fighter. Nonetheless, he says he'll still kick Barnes' ass ... after he's taken care of one important piece of biz.

Here's proof Conor McGregor wasn't the only UFC star who won in Vegas this weekend ... check out fellow MMA head-basher Nick Diaz posing with a trophy of his own.

Nick was in Vegas this past weekend for the big fight and hit up Wet Republic at the MGM Grand where he seemed to have both hands full ... with a super hot chick.

Turns out the woman in the bikini is named Heather -- and she's been close with Diaz for a while now.

Rory battled it out with Robbie Lawler at UFC 189 in one of the most violent brawls of all time ... and even though Rory lost the fight, everyone is hailing him as a champ for fighting through the blood and the pain.

In fact, both fighters were hurt so badly, they each went to the hospital DIRECTLY after the bout ... instead of hanging around for the usual post-fight news conference.

Don't worry ... despite the fact they killed each other in the octagon, they were super friendly at the hospital ... where Lawler was treated for a massive split lip.

And the best part ... they SMILED for the pic ... which, given their injuries, had to hurt like a BIATCH.

Yeah, these guys are tough.

UFC badass Conor McGregor kept the Irish party train rollin' on Sunday -- extending his UFC 189 victory party to a crazy Vegas bikini party ... TMZ Sports has learned.

It all went down at the Foxtail Pool Club at the SLS Hotel ... where a barely bruised McGregor took in some sun with UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste ... while Ty Dolla Sign took care of the music.

Amazing McGregor even made it out Sunday -- considering he was partying his face off the night before ... hitting up Vegas nightclubs hours after he beat up Chad Mendes in UFC 189.

Guess he can sleep on the plane.

The UFC mixed business with pleasure in Vegas yesterday -- when the hottest ring girls and the toughest fighters stripped down to their bathing suits for a Sin City pool party ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

It all went down at the Liquid Pool Party at the Aria to hype up UFC 189 -- where ring girls like Arianny Celeste, Brittney Palmer and Chrissy Blair kicked it with fighters like Luke Rockhold and Rumble Johnson.

Don't worry ... undefeated bad ass Paige VanZant was there too.

This might be the cutest moment we've ever seen from a bloodthirsty child.

Once again, an adorable little kid got the microphone at a Conor McGregor UFC press conference -- and said something hilarious/disturbing in front of a packed house.

"Conor, can you please rip Chad Mendes' head off?"

It's the first time we've ever seen Conor speechless.

1:09 PM PT -- Travis' manager John Fosco tells TMZ Sports ... the UFC fighter adamantly denies the allegations saying all claims of domestic violence are completely false.

Fosco says they believe Jenna is simply trying to smear Travis' name -- after finding out that Travis recently cheated on her with another woman.

Fosco says the decision to pull the fighter from UFC Fight Week activities was mutual -- and he's "happy" the organization is running an investigation.

"This is part of being in the public eye and we’ll just have to deal with it”

The UFC has pulled fighter Travis Browne from UFC 189 Fight Week activities after his wife claimed he beat her up ... and posted pics to prove it.

Browne's wife, Jenna Renee Webb posted graphic and disturbing photos on her Instagram page showing brutal injuries she claims she suffered when Browne attacked her.

FYI -- Browne is 6'7", 236 pounds and has a record of 17-3-1.

We spoke with Webb who tells us the incident went down back in February -- but claims she DID NOT and WILL NOT go to police ... instead, Webb says she plans to divorce Browne and move on.

"I did what I felt in my heart that I had to do to deliver a message to other people that are being abused and other people that he may potentially abuse in the future," Webb says.

"I do not plan on pressing charges. I’ve prayed for a long time that he would become a better person, and I will continue to pray for him in hopes that he can make changes and salvage a life for him and his boys."

Attempts to reach Browne for comment have been unsuccessful.

UFC Octagon girl Brittney Palmer's husband allegedly tossed her around like a rag doll and choked her so brutally -- he's been rung up for attempted murder ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The massive fight went down at the couple's L.A. home on the evening of June 11 ... when Brittney and Aaron Zalewski got into an argument. He had previously overheard a casting agent call her "babe" over the phone, and allegedly went ballistic.

In docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... LAPD says things got physical when they wrestled for her phone -- Zalewski noticed she was recording the argument, and during the struggle he threw Palmer, and she hit her head on a bedpost.

Brittney told cops Zalewski yelled, "Pack your f**king bags and go!" -- but wouldn't let her leave. She says he threw her down again -- pinning her face down on a mattress, with his knee in her back. She says she struggled to breathe for 2 minutes while he held her down.

And there's this -- Brittney says during the fight Zalewski scratched his own arms and yelled ... "Why are you making me do this? I just wanted you to love me."

When Brittney finally escaped the house, she called police ... around 1:25 AM on June 12. Cops arrived and busted Zalewski for attempted murder, spousal battery, and criminal threats.

VanZant was out in NYC when we just had to ask her about UFC rising star Cody Garbrandt -- who she's been hanging out with A LOT recently.

In fact, they recently had a movie date night together ... and she made him her "Man Crush Monday" just two weeks ago.

Check out the clip -- Paige gets all adorably flustered when we mention Cody's name ... and plays coy when we ask if the two are a real deal item.

Good news for the UFC ... its biggest star is finally "getting his head straight" ... and a former WWE superstar is looking like an "absolute stud" during his transition into MMA ... so says Dana White.

First, Jon Jones ... he's essentially been off the grid since his April arrest for hit and run in New Mexico -- an incident where cops say they found weed in Jon's car.

But when we saw Dana White at a UFC/Reebok event NYC moments ago, the UFC honcho told us he's quietly doing all the right things to get his life back in order in and out of the octagon.

As for C.M. Punk ... the ex-WWE superstar is "looking phenomenal" during his training. White says he's a beast in the making. Stay tuned on that one ...
