UFC superstar Chris Weidman is now playing the role of enforcer -- delivering a BRUTAL leg kick to a non-fighting Reebok exec ... all because the company man lost a bet.

The guy with the battered left thigh is Reebok senior sports marketing manager, Kevin Brochu -- who recently made a bet with famous MMA reporter Ariel Helwani. Loser had to take a Weidman leg strike.

Ronda Rousey hasn't lost her mojo -- she just had a bad night -- so says UFC honcho Dana White who tells TMZ Sports he's convinced she'll bounce back to her usual ass kicking form.

White was out in NYC when we hit him with a flurry of UFC questions in a street speed round -- and he answered all of 'em.

Hours after Danny "Swift" Garcia beat Robert Guerrero to clinch the welterweight world title on Saturday, the boxing star hit Playhouse nightclub feelin' no pain!

Danny wore some shades to cover the bruising -- but the guy was in a great mood ... ready to turn all the way up with his entire entourage.

We also asked if he was ready to fight Amir Khan or Floyd Mayweather (who was ringside at the fight) ... Garcia had a message to both of 'em -- BRING IT ON!

Miesha Tate still hates Ronda Rousey -- telling TMZ Sports there's no way she'll be watching the UFC star host 'SNL' this weekend ... and doesn't ever see the two becoming friends.

In fact, when asked if they would ever be able to patch things up -- Tate told us, "Hell no. Definitely not."

On the flip side, Tate says she LOOOVES Holly Holm -- the woman she's set to fight at UFC 197 ... and says the two have already agreed to get beers after the fight.

Conor McGregor is still FUMING at Floyd Mayweather for dragging him into a conversation about racism -- saying, "There's people buried in the desert for less than that."

Of course, Mayweather made headlines earlier this month for using McGregor to make a point about racism in combat sports.

"They say [McGregor] talks a lot of trash and people praise him for it, but when I did it, they say I'm cocky and arrogant ... so biased! Like I said before, all I'm saying is this, I ain't racist at all, but I'm telling you racism still exists."

Well, seems the two have finally made peace.

McGregor was at the news conference for the UFC 197 fight against Rafael dos Anjos ... when a fan asked Raf if he was offended by Conor's comments, since he's a very religious guy.

Raf essentially says Conor will feel Jesus' wrath come fight time ... but Conor says he ain't worried, since he and JC are cool, bro.

It's pretty funny stuff.

Chalk up another victory for Conor McGregor -- 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the UFC superstar will NOT be charged with a crime for allegedly driving around with a firearm in Ireland.

As we previously reported, cops in Conor's home country launched an investigation into the champ after he posted a picture appearing to show himself pointing a gun out of the window of a car.

McGregor later fessed up to brandishing the weapon ... but claimed the firearm was nothing more than an Airsoft gun he was using to practice for a possible movie role.

BTW, even brandishing an Airsoft gun in public could be a violation an Ireland.

But good news for Conor ... a rep for the Irish Police Force tells us the investigation is over and officials have determined "no offense was committed."

Ronda Rousey is calling BS on rumors she's done in the UFC -- telling TMZ Sports a rematch with Holly Holm will DEFINITELY happen in 2016.

There have been rumblings that Rousey could leave the octagon for good to focus on her blossoming career in Hollywood ... especially now that she just inked a new movie deal with Tina Fey.

But over the weekend, Rousey couldn't have been more clear -- she wants another crack at Holly ... and she's working with Dana White to figure out a date pronto.

Headbutts, punches, trash-talk ... yeah, all hell broke loose during a pre-fight clash between heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder and Artur Szpilka Wednesday -- and TMZ Sports has the footage.

It all went down at the World Trade Center -- when the two fighters got face-to-face and started yelling at each other.

That's when Szpilka let the hands fly -- and a scuffle broke out ... with a bunch of people flying in to break it up before the guys killed each other.

The Irish government has a VERY interesting topic on the docket today -- politicians are set to discuss a real proposal to put Conor McGregor's face on the EURO COIN!!!

A fan submitted the proposal back in December, after McGregor's 13-second destruction of Jose Aldo at UFC 194 ... and it got so much momentum, that it has been scheduled for discussion in parliament.

TMZ Sports spoke with a rep for the House of the Oireachtas (Irish legislature) who confirmed the committee is meeting Wednesday about the UFC star ... but says getting Conor's face on the coin is definitely an uphill battle.

"There are some European-wide stipulations that would need to be met for a petition like this to actually be enforced, so it's a longshot."

Basically ... even if Ireland approved the move, the remaining countries that use the Euro would also have to approve the change in order to get McGregor's face on money.

As for Conor, he's pushing for it -- saying, "It would be a true honour for me to be immortalised on the €1 coin! Thank you to my fans for the petition!Let's go Oireachtas! Vote YES :-)"

UFC champ Conor McGregor is under investigation by cops in Ireland for a gun related violation ... after he posted a pic of what appears to be himself with an automatic rifle.

Ronda Rousey's confidence is back to champion form, and TMZ Sports has the hard evidence -- Ronda sporting NOTHING but body paint on a Caribbean beach!

The ex-UFC champ is doing a photo shoot for S.I.'s upcoming Swimsuit Issue on Petite Martinique island, off the coast of Grenada. We checked, and what looks like a swimsuit ... is just paint.

As you can imagine, Ronda's shoot on a public beach drew plenty of attention ... hence these pics.

Former Ultimate Fighter champ Julianna Peña got into a bar brawl with a bunch of guys -- and it got so out of control ... blood was all over the place.

911 callers reported the bantamweight fighter and her trainer Josh Gow were taking on security guards at Zola's in Spokane on Dec. 20. The audio is pretty brutal ... you can actually hear the fight still going behind a caller who said, "They're wiping their bloody faces on the door."

According to cops, Peña and Gow had actually gotten into a fight at a different bar -- with 20 people throwing fists -- and then bolted to Zola's. Security there refused to let them in because it was past closing time.

Cops say Peña -- who won Ultimate Fighter 18 in 2013 -- lunged toward bouncers who were trying to keep them out. She allegedly busted out some MMA moves, kicking 2 of them in the groin.
