Taylor Swift may be living the life of a showgirl -- but she's officially denied taking her entertainment skills to the big screen with Travis Kelce in "Happy Gilmore 2."

The pop superstar cleared the air on "New Heights" Wednesday night ... saying while she's "honored" people think she hopped into a bear costume to attack her honey-covered beau on-camera, it ain't her.

She praised the person behind the role -- seemingly stuntman Brandon Alan Smith, who is listed as a "Bear Performer" in the movie on IMDb -- for the "exquisite performance."

Kevin O'Leary is explaining how the hell he ended up starring alongside Timothée Chalamet on the big screen ... and it sounds like he may have been typecast.

Leonardo DiCaprio regrets not hooking up with Rollergirl and Amber Waves back in the 1990s ... admitting he wishes he took the lead role in "Boogie Nights."

The actor sat down with Paul Thomas Anderson -- director of the iconic 1997 film about the porn industry, who also directed Leo in the upcoming flick "One Battle After Another" -- for an Esquire interview ... and, he says he regrets turning down the lead role in a "profound movie of my generation."

Jeffrey Louis Starr -- a former child actor -- has died ... TMZ has confirmed with multiple family members.

Starr passed away last month ... with a family source telling us he took his last breath in a hospital in Carbondale, Illinois surrounded by loved ones. We're told he dealing with an illness before he died.

Jeffrey's brother, Kevin, and sister-in-law, Michele, posted on social media after he passed ... remembering Jeffrey as someone who gave great hugs, had a big heart and seemed to make and have friends at just about every place he walked into.
