Miles Teller spoke during last night's show about the fire that wrecked his Pacific Palisades home he shared with wife Keleigh, thanked first responders, and sent out love to everyone affected by the fires.

Miles’ reflection on the whole ordeal echoed what Keleigh had previously shared the week they were forced to flee their home, with her before-and-after IG photos ... talking about the chaos of evacuating and wishing she’d grabbed her wedding dress.

L.A. could never forget about Dr. Dre ... the legendary rapper surprised fans at Thursday night's FireAid benefit concert by joining Anderson .Paak on stage!

Check out the video ... he sent the crowd into roaring cheers when he joined the "Leave the Door Open" hitmaker at the Kia Forum to perform his 1999 track "Still D.R.E." -- plus a rendition of his and Tupac’s 1995 hit "California Love."

Dre told fans that performing at the show -- which was put on to support victims of the devastating L.A. wildfires -- was "magical" and thanked them for all their support throughout his 40 years in the business. He's frequently spoken about how growing up in L.A., specifically Compton, has shaped his music career.

The 7-time Grammy winner also shouted out the firefighters and first responders who were on the front lines of the fires, adding ... "It’s all about love for me today."

Fans noticed Snoop Dogg was MIA from the show -- he collaborated with Dr. Dre on "Still D.R.E." back in the day. Snoop's absence comes after he took criticism for performing at President Donald Trump's inauguration.

Nirvana tore up the stage Thursday night at L.A.'s FireAid benefit show ... giving the lucky crowd an unexpected and all-around epic reunion with some special guests.

The rock band was not announced ahead of time as part of the star-studded lineup ... making their reunion that much more special.

The group's three surviving members -- Krist Novoselic, Dave Grohl and Pat Smear -- took the stage at the Intuit Dome near the end of the show and welcomed a rotating list of singers to fill in for the late Kurt Cobain. St. Vincent contributed vocals for "Breed," Kim Gordon helped the band perform "School" and Joan Jett filled in for "Territorial Pissings."

Famed drummer Travis Barker will take the stage to surprise concertgoers at tonight's FireAid concert to help raise money for victims of the L.A. wildfires ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Blink 182 tell TMZ … in a surprise appearance, Travis will play drums during Jelly Roll's set at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

We're told ... Blink was one of the first bands to volunteer to participate in the benefit concert, but the group had to pull out because of an issue with one of its members.

The legendary singer-songwriter Marianne Faithfull, who sang alongside and hung out with many famous rockers in the 1960s British Invasion and beyond, has died.

Faithfull sang "As Tears Go By," a hit single written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards the Rolling Stones later recorded themselves -- and was Jagger's girlfriend, which broke up her marriage at the time.

She sang backup on Beatles tracks, and worked with music industry luminaries including Elton John and Bernie Taupin, Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, PJ Harvey, Dolly Parton, Beck, and more. She was even featured on a Metallica song in 1997.

Patti Smith collapsed on stage in Brazil mid-performance -- and she later rolled back out in a wheelchair to let the crowd know she had to cut the rest of the show short.

The 78-year-old music legend experienced the health scare 30 minutes into her performance at Sao Paulo's Cultura Artística Theater with the Berlin-based Soundwalk Collective group... and according to local news outlet, Folha de S.Paulo, it happened while she was reading a statement about climate change.

Patti was taken backstage, but later returned in a wheelchair to apologize ... saying, "Unfortunately, I got sick, and the doctor said I can’t finish. So we’ll have to figure something out. And I feel very badly."

Country Singer Sam Hunt Arrested For Speeding, Violating Interlock Device

3:13 PM PT -- A rep for Hunt tells TMZ … Sam’s lawyer cleared the paperwork in court this week and there will be no charges. We're told a speeding ticket was issued and will be paid.

Country music star Sam Hunt was locked up in Henderson County, Tennessee last week ... and, cops are claiming he was going way too fast for their liking ... TMZ has learned.

According to police records obtained by TMZ, the singer-songwriter was arrested on charges of speeding and violating an interlock device back on January 20. He was released the same day on $1,500 bond.

Hunt was arrested for DUI back in 2019, which may be the reason his vehicle was outfitted with the interlock device -- a car breathalyzer that prevents people from drunk driving -- in the first place.

Dave Matthews Exits FireAid Lineup ... 'Critical' Family Illness

With only a day until the FireAid benefit concert, the star-studded showcase is getting a shakeup to its lineup ... Dave Matthews has announced his exit from the show.

The singer shared the update on the Dave Matthews Band's official Instagram page Wednesday, where DM confirmed he would no longer be participating in the concert benefiting Los Angeles wildfire victims Thursday ... as he had to deal with "a critical illness in the family."

The "Crash Into Me" singer made it clear he was disappointed to be missing the show ... and also revealed he was "unfortunately unable" to participate in the MusiCares Persons Of The Year event honoring The Grateful Dead, which is set to take place Friday at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Jelly Roll may sing the song "Save Me" ... but, Saturday night he's giving back to people who ran headlong into danger to save L.A. amid the recent devastating wildfires -- putting on a benefit concert for first responders and their families ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources tell us mass emails have already been sent to several SoCal fire departments and law enforcement agencies -- including the National Guard ... giving them until midnight tonight to request tickets for the once-in-a-lifetime show. To be clear: the show is only for first responders and their guests ... no general admission.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the event is not a fundraiser ... Jelly Roll is putting on the concert out of the kindness of his heart to thank all the first responders who've worked tirelessly to battle the deadly wildfires.

The event just went live on Ticketmaster ... offering first responders in L.A. up to four tickets for themselves and friends or family to watch the artist, and his unnamed "friends," perform at the Rose Bowl on Feb 1.
