New video shows the fatal car crash that killed "Call of Duty" video game creator Vincent Zampella ... and it looks like speed was definitely a factor.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you see a red Ferrari come zooming out of a tunnel on the Angeles Crest Highway in Altadena, CA ... the sports car skids and crashes into the concrete barriers between the edge of the road and the San Gabriel Mountains.

Within a matter of seconds, a fireball erupts among the mangled car wreck ... and folks rush over and pull a body from the wreckage.

What's next for Jake Paul after losing to Anthony Joshua?? First of all, some time off to heal his broken jaw ... but Most Valuable Promotions co-founder Nakisa Bidarian tells TMZ Sports El Gallo still wants to make up for his loss to Tommy Fury at some point in his career.

We caught up with Bidarian fresh off Friday's event in Miami ... and he said despite the knockout in the sixth round, there were plenty of wins for Paul.

Disgruntled San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk drew a lot of attention after sharing a video of himself driving by Levi's Stadium allegedly going 104 MPH ... and his actions have not just caught the eyes of those online ... but also the police.

A spokesperson for the Santa Clara Police Department tells TMZ Sports they are "aware" of the clip making rounds on social media.

"At this point, the video is being reviewed, and further details can be provided when available."

According to a local outlet, the speed limit on the road Aiyuk was seemingly flying down is 40 MPH, meaning he would have been driving 60 MPH over the legal speed limit.

Congrats to Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias -- the longtime couple has officially welcomed baby No. 4!

"Call of Duty" video game creator Vincent Zampella reportedly died in a car wreck on a mountainous stretch of highway near Los Angeles this weekend.

The California Highway Patrol says the single-car crash was reported around 12:45 PM Sunday afternoon near mile marker 62 on the Angeles Crest Highway in Altadena.

Two people were involved in the crash, according to the CHP, with one of the victims pronounced dead at the scene. NBC Los Angeles was the first to report that person was Vincent.

The video game developer was reportedly driving the car and was heading south when the car veered off the road and struck a concrete barrier ... igniting a fire.

Vincent was reportedly stuck inside the driver's seat as the car burned ... the passenger was ejected and later died at a hospital. No word on the passenger's identity.

Tate McRae is getting "greedy" with her Jack Hughes time -- just one day after she attended a New Jersey Devils game, the singer and NHL star looked cutesy as they strolled through NYC together.

The dating rumors launched last month ... when the 22-year-old pop superstar was pictured on a date with Hughes at Anton's in the Big Apple.

Fast-forward to Sunday night ... and the "revolving door" crooner was present for 24-year-old Hughes' return from a freak hand injury at a team dinner in Chicago in mid-November.

Hughes was rocking a hand brace for the outing ... with both wearing black coats and ball caps as they braved the cold.

12:18 PM -- Ryan Kennedy is coming out against the claims he reportedly used a slur towards Metcalf during Sunday's game -- with his attorney issuing a statement Monday afternoon -- denying those allegations.

"At no point before, during, or after the incident did Mr. Kennedy use racial slur or hate speech of any kind," a statement provided to TMZ Sports said. "The claims suggesting otherwise are untrue and are not supported by video evidence, eyewitness accounts, or any contemporaneous reporting."

"Despite reports in the media last night and today, Mr. Kennedy has not used such language during any interaction with Mr. Metcalf or any other players in the past."

The statement concluded by saying that, since "this matter will now likely be the subject of formal legal proceedings, Mr. Kennedy will not comment further at this time."

The Detroit Lions fan on the receiving end of a punch from Pittsburgh Steelers star DK Metcalf is speaking out ... insisting he simply called the player by his full name before the incident -- but DK is reportedly claiming something much worse was said.

The Detroit Free Press found the man in the stands after everything went down on Sunday ... and he told the outlet he was "a little shocked" by what happened.

"He doesn't like his government name. I called him that and then he grabbed me and ripped my shirt. I'm a little shocked. Like everyone's talking to me. I'm a little rattled, but I just want the Lions to win, baby."

Terence "Bud" Crawford's retirement this week shocked many, but not Shawn Porter ... 'cause he tells TMZ Sports the boxing champion had been talking about hanging up the gloves for "a long time."

In fact, Porter says Crawford began talking about the end of his boxing career just before their 2021 fight at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

"I knew once he fought Canelo [Alvarez], he felt like there was nothin' left for him," Porter said.

The wild moment went down late in the second quarter of the Lions matchup against DK's Pittsburgh Steelers ... with the CBS broadcast first showing a tense convo between the veteran wide receiver and a DET fan in a bright blue wig.

Metcalf then quickly reached up with his closed right fist ... seemingly landing a glancing blow on the fan's face before walking away.
