"Deadliest Catch" deckhand Todd Meadows' official cause of death has been revealed ... and it sounds horrific and painful.

Todd died from "drowning with probable hypothermia" and "submersion of body in cold water" ... according to his death certificate.

The public document, obtained by TMZ, says Todd was pronounced dead at 5:15 PM on Feb. 25 in an "accident" aboard the Aluetian [sic] Lady crab vessel in the Bering Sea.

It's an emotional morning for Savannah Guthrie ... Monday marks her first show back at "Today" since her mother disappeared two months ago.

She stepped out onto the 30 Rock plaza -- walking hand-in-hand with Jenna Bush Hager -- to rejoin cohosts Craig Melvin, Carson Daly, Al Roker and Sheinelle Jones as they anchor the show surrounded by a cheering crowd.

Craig welcomed back the show's "North Star," and Savannah is seen tearing up while greeting fans ... many of whom were holding signs that said "Welcome back Savannah."

Taylor Frankie Paul says she's no longer a part of the Mormon church, claiming she's on a quest to learn more about life, amid the criminal investigation against her.

The controversial 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star wrote a message on Instagram Sunday, saying she's "detaching" from the church even though she was born and raised a Mormon. For anyone who doesn't know, Mormons are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), who believe in a Restorationist Christian faith founded by Joseph Smith in 1830.

In her IG post, Paul said she still strongly believes in "Christ, God, the bible, the divine," pointing out that everyone is loved whether they pray in a church or on a bathroom floor at home. Paul goes on to talk about people who aren't sure about their faith, but she insists her decision to cut ties with the church lies in the fact that "there is more out there to learn." 

As you know, Paul has been put through the wringer ever since TMZ published a 2023 video showing her getting into a violent altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, in front of her then 5-year-old daughter, who suffered a head injury, according to a police report.

American actor Jonathan Sadowski was in his mid 30s when he first started playing Josh -- the charming and witty entrepreneur -- on the sitcom "Young & Hungry" back in 2014.

Dee Freeman, best known for her roles in "The Young and the Restless," "Dexter," and "Sistas," has died following a stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis.

Freeman's publicist Desirae L. Benson announced her death in a statement shared Friday ... saying she passed the day before. Benson said she faced cancer with dignity and resilience, and refused to complain because "on the other side [complaining] doesn’t do you any good" -- something Freeman said in her final moments, according to Benson.

Freeman’s family also confirmed her death in a post on her Instagram page, saying she passed away "peacefully."
