"Euphoria" creator Sam Levinson paid tribute to the show's late actors Angus Cloud and Eric Dane at the Season 3 premiere last night ... revealing how tough the year Angus died was for him.

In a video posted by Deadline, the HBO show creator is heard getting emotional as he dedicates the upcoming season to "those we lost," and shares how tough it was when Angus died ... admitting he loved him deeply and fought hard to keep him clean.

Levinson opens up to the audience, somberly saying ... "Death is what gives life meaning." In the heartfelt message, he goes on to say life is a gift, and this next season of the show will be about the "meaning beyond the absurdity."

Jennie Garth is getting brutally real about a dark chapter in her life ... admitting she drank and popped pills so heavily at one point, she landed in the hospital getting her stomach pumped.

In her new memoir, "I Choose Me," the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star reveals the spiral kicked in after her split from Peter Facinelli in 2012 ... turning to booze and pills to cope with the fallout.

Jennie wrote it got so bad she ended up at Canyon Ranch Rehab after the stomach-pumping, trying to unlearn the self-medicating that had taken over.

Matthew Perry's stepmother is speaking out ahead of today's sentencing of the "Ketamine Queen" ... urging the court to give her the maximum prison term.

Debbie Perry submitted a victim impact statement Tuesday to the U.S. district court overseeing the prosecution of Jasveen Sangha -- AKA the "Ketamine Queen" -- describing the pain caused by the "heartless" Sangha as "irreversible."

Debbie wrote her statement like a poem ... "There is no joy… No light in the window. They won’t be back.”

"American Idol" Season 1 runner-up Justin Guarini is divorced from his longtime wife, Reina Guarini, and appears to be with a new woman ... but the whole thing went under the radar.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Justin filed for divorce in June 2024, after nearly 15 years together and 2 kids. The divorce became final in December 2025 ... yet none of this ever became public.

So the divorce dragged on for more than a year ... they finally reached a settlement around XMAS time.

Tori Spelling's terrifying vehicle accident was a lot worse than originally thought ... and TMZ has obtained new video that shows the brutal aftermath.

Check out the footage ... it begins with the "90120" actress standing with a police officer near her kids after a car collided with her gray SUV in Temecula, California last Thursday.

The up-close video also shows both parties arguing over who's responsible for the crash ... and shows the wreckage littering the roadway. You can see a large chuck torn from the frame of one vehicle and the front end of the other person's car smashed in like an accordion.

On Tuesday, Tori posted an Instagram video in which she talked about the accident, saying "guardian angels were definitely with" her, four of her kids and three of their friends, all of whom were hospitalized.

Savannah Guthrie is taking tips on the art of finding joy -- explaining joy and sadness aren't mutually exclusive -- in one of her first mornings back on the "Today" show.

The longtime NBC host chatted with author Kate Bowler, who wrote "Joyful, Anyway" ... a book all about finding joy when circumstances aren't perfect.

Check out the vid ... Guthrie says it's the exact book she needs right now -- more on that in a minute -- while making it clear being joyful doesn't mean embracing toxic positivity or forcing oneself to be happy.

"Deadliest Catch" deckhand Todd Meadows' official cause of death has been revealed ... and it sounds horrific and painful.

Todd died from "drowning with probable hypothermia" and "submersion of body in cold water" ... according to his death certificate.

The public document, obtained by TMZ, says Todd was pronounced dead at 5:15 PM on Feb. 25 in an "accident" aboard the Aluetian [sic] Lady crab vessel in the Bering Sea.
