Taylor Frankie Paul hasn't been totally banned from "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" ... in fact, one top producer is keeping her fingers crossed she'll appear on the upcoming season.

Jeff Jenkins discussed Paul possibly coming back to the hit reality show during Deadline’s Reality TV Summit on Friday ... and, he says he had a long talk with Taylor the other day -- and, she's very grounded and composed.

Jeff brings up her recent court appearance where she and Dakota Moretensen got permanent restraining orders against each other ... noting its exactly what Taylor wanted.

Cole Allen -- the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting suspect -- has asked a judge to remove the suicide precautions currently in place ... claiming they're a violation of his rights.

Allen's lawyers say that while he was being booked into the D.C. Jail on Monday, members of the Department of Correction intake team didn't note any suicide risk factors.

Despite this, Allen's team claims "suicide precautions" were recommended ... and he was assigned to a "safe cell."

The shipment -- which Carlson's company, ALP, previously said is worth millions -- was recovered along with televisions, shoes, printers, data center cooling equipment, speakers and skin care cosmetics. In total, eight companies were robbed in the brazen theft including Footlocker, Medicube, and Ulta Beauty.

Shots were fired outside Chris Brown's L.A. home Friday afternoon, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police were called to Chris' house in Tarzana around 4 PM yesterday after a report of a possible shooting outside the property.

According to our sources, a female caller reported that a shooting had just occurred and described the suspect as a Black male, approximately 35 years old, who allegedly fired at her vehicle during the incident.

In dispatch audio obtained by TMZ ... authorities are heard dispatching officers to his Tarzana address and describing what the suspect was wearing at the time of the incident.

"Dance Moms" alum Kalani Goldman is making a major move off-screen ... she’s officially opening her own dance studio.

Kalani recently signed a lease on April 19 and tells TMZ she chose a spot in North Scottsdale, close to where she grew up -- right near the intersection of Thunderbird and Scottsdale Road -- saying the location just “felt right” as she looks to build the next generation of dancers.

The space is no small operation either ... Kalani says the studio clocks in at about 3,500 square feet and includes three separate rooms for classes and training.
