Jennifer Lopez just took full ownership of her Beverly Hills home from Ben Affleck ... and now she's trying to offload it for about $50 million.

The singer-songwriter listed the home Tuesday for $49,995,000. It appears this is the third time the house has been listed since Ben and J Lo separated in mid-2024.

The couple initially listed the shared residence for about $68 million in July 2024 ... so, this is a massive discount.

Judson Mills -- longtime friend and former costar of Chuck Norris -- is shedding light on the man behind the myths ... revealing the action legend didn't just tolerate the wild stories about him, he actually loved them.

We caught up with Mills, who starred alongside Norris for years on "Walker, Texas Ranger." Reflecting on their time together, Judson described Chuck as a "legend," "icon," and "mythical creature."

The director of a prominent Arkansas school has been ordered to spend 30 days in jail for running a fight club for children.

Cops arrested Mary Tracy Morrison -- the owner and director of The Delta Institute for the Developing Brain -- in 2025 ... after video showed a horrific gathering where a child was forced to sit on the floor in a circle of 18 other kids, including Morrison ... according to a KAIT-TV report on the probable cause affidavit.

Morrison told the other children to hit the child in the circle's center with an unknown object, and berated the victim while he was kicked by another student. She then reportedly high-fived that student after the beating.

We caught up with KJ in NYC, and he tells us anyone who thought he was the one who recorded and then leaked audio from the recent reunion filmed last week is "ignorant."

As we previously reported, Bravo launched an investigation into who leaked the bombshell audio ... and after fan speculation grew that KJ was the one to release the audio, he tells us Bravo reached out to let him know they caught the culprit, and apologized to him for being accused.
