President Donald Trump says the United States has struck a major blow against ISIS ... taking out the terrorist org.'s second-in-command -- and it appears it was caught on video.

POTUS took to Truth Social to announce the sucessful mission ... revealing U.S. forces have killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki -- who he says was the second-highest ranking member of ISIS in the world.

Trump says sources tipped off the States to his location ... which allowed them to blow him off the face of the earth. He will "no longer terrorize the people of Africa" and, without him, the prez promises "ISIS's global operation is greatly diminished."

Spencer Pratt and Chelsea Handler are in a war of words on social media over Spencer's race to become the next mayor of Los Angeles — and things have gotten pretty ugly in an Epstein way.

The potential of a bigger hantavirus outbreak is apparently starting to drive people mad.

Case in point ... an Arkansas man allegedly threatened to shoot up a Walmart if the hantavirus forces the United States to shut down.

According to cops, Aaron Keith Bynum was arrested Friday by Marion County Sheriff deputies and charged with making terroristic threats -- a felony -- and harassing communications, a misdemeanor.

Mark Ruffalo doesn't think he'll be pulled in for many auditions if Paramount and Warner Bros. merge ... because, according to him, David and Larry Ellison aren't the "forgive and forget" types.

The actor talked about Paramount Skydance's controversial acquisition on a new episode of the "I've Had It" podcast ... joking that he's "already on a list" after his open letter opposing the merger gained thousands of signatures.

We told you last week "Street Outlaws" star Daddy Dave was caught on video allegedly planting a GPS device under someone's vehicle -- and now we have the footage of the alleged crime.

TMZ obtained security cam video showing what purports to be Dave -- dressed in all black with a hoodie over his head -- walking down a street in Bath, New York, on the night of May 12.

In the video, the suspect squats next to the parked vehicle and then reaches beneath the undercarriage, presumably to attach the tracking device.

Bath Village Police Chief Donald Lewis tells us ... the man seen in the video appears to be Daddy Dave, whose real name is David Comstock. According to a police press release, Dave placed the tracking device under the vehicle while being recorded on video.

But Daddy Dave tells TMZ ... "It's not me. You guys are barking up the wrong tree." 

Here's the skinny, Azealia Banks is going heavy on the insults at Lizzo, referring to her now as "Fat Lizzo."

But Lizzo doesn't seem bothered one bit by the nasty remark, taking to X on Friday to let Azealia know she doesn't mind being called "fat."

And the plot gets thicker than Azealia Banks says Lizzo is, with the two singers continuing there's back and forth on social. Here's how that went down ...

Six-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez went missing in Texas four years ago ... but now investigators have learned the little boy is dead and have finally found his remains.

The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office announced Friday that Noel's corpse was discovered the day before in Everman, a small city near Fort Worth, and dental records were used to confirm his identity.

During a press conference, Tarrant DA Phil Sorrells said the child's mom, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, has been indicted for capital murder and will stand trial in the case.  

President Trump appears to be rubbing off on his son, Eric, who is now gearing up to sue MS Now and their popular host, Jen Psaki, over their recent coverage of him in China.

As everyone knows, Donald is usually the one in the Trump family to slap his rivals with lawsuits, but not this time.

On Friday, Eric posted a message on X, saying Psaki aired a FALSE report on MS Now about him sitting on the board of a company, ALT5, which is purportedly trying to do business with China. The report implied that Eric is using his dad's powerful position as commander-in-chief to make money in China off his business ventures.
