Jay-Z and Beyonce carried a heavily bundled baby Blue Ivy out into the world for the first time ... hitting up Sant Ambroeus in the West Village for a little lunch today.
This is what the heir to a hip-hop fortune looks like ...
Beyonce and Jay Z have finally posted photos of Blue Ivy Carter .. which appear to have been taken at their pimped out suite at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC.
The Carters posted a note along with the pics which reads, "We welcome you to share in our joy."
Blue Ivy was born on January 7th.
It appears Beyonce color coordinated for the shoot with Blue Ivy ... check out her blue fingernail polish.
Beyonce's new baby Blue Ivy Carter is the devil incarnate -- this according to some heartless vandal who defaced the sign in front of a North Carolina church yesterday ... writing, "Beyonce had her baby. Satan is on Earth."
The pastor at Beulah Hill Baptist Church in West End, NC tells TMZ, he discovered the vandalism yesterday after receiving numerous complaints from locals -- and removed it immediately.
The pastor insists, the church had nothing to do with the apocalyptic message ... it was simply the victim in a random act of mischief.
Blue -- Satan? No. Illuminati? ALMOST DEFINITELY.
2:35 PM PT: The pastor did an interview with local news today denying the claims he made to TMZ -- but we assure you 100%, the pastor made the claims in question ... and we continue to stand by our story.
Beyonce says she gave birth to Blue Ivy the same way women have been giving birth for thousands of years ... naturally -- insisting she did NOT get a C-section.
There were reports the singer birthed Blue with the help of a scalpel -- but Bey and Jay-Z released a joint statement moments ago, claiming, Blue "was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives."
The couple adds, "Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."
Beyonce and Jay-Z did NOT pay $1.3 million so the Destiny's Child singer could give birth to Blue Ivy in a sealed off private floor ... this according to the hospital.
A rep for Lenox Hill Hospital just released a statement, claiming, "The suggestion that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent an entire maternity floor is simply not true."
The rep adds, "The family is housed in an executive suite at the hospital and is being billed the standard rate for those accommodations."
According to the rep, "The family does have its own security detail on site. However, the hospital has been and continues to be in control of managing all security at the facility. We have made every effort to ensure minimal disruption to other families experiencing the births of their own children over the past three days."
TMZ broke the story ... moms at Lenox Hill are considering filing a lawsuit against the hospital, claiming they were treated like 2nd class citizens when Beyonce rolled in this weekend.
Jay-Z just revealed ... Beyonce suffered a miscarriage before conceiving their daughter Blue Ivy.
The rapper dropped the bombshell in his newest song "Glory" -- which he released today in honor of Blue Ivy's birth this weekend -- rapping, "Last time the miscarriage was so tragic/We was afraid you'd disappear/But nah baby you magic."
The song was produced by Pharrell -- and even includes an audio sample of Blue Ivy crying just moments after she was born.
Among the proud fatherly lyrics -- "The most amazing feeling I feel, words can’t describe what I’m feeling for real / Baby, I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you."
Beyonce finally popped, giving birth to a baby girl named Blue Ivy Carter in New York City on Saturday
Proud dad Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, was at the hospital where Beyonce reportedly birthed Ivy by c-section -- and shortly after her arrival ... J & B's famous friends started sending out birth announcements on the Internet.
Rihanna tweeted, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih"
Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons also took to Twitter, saying ... "congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z."
Beyonce famously announced her pregnancy on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards back in August.
While initial reports had the baby name as Ivy Blue, now word is the name is actually Blue Ivy.
We know it sounds ridiculous ... but the Internet is buzzing with rumors that Beyonceis
NOT really pregnant and she's wearing a fake stomach in an elaborate
cover-up. Now, a controversial new video is fueling the fire.
Beyonce appeared on an Australian TV show this weekend called "Sunday Night" -- wearing a tight red dress that accentuated her baby bump.
But when B sits down in her chair, her bump appears to collapse inward, leading many to believe it's not B's real bump after all ... but a prosthetic device intended to deceive.
So why would B fake preggo? There are rumors that she has hired a surrogate mother to carry the kid, so she won't have to put her body through the strains of pregnancy.
But color us skeptical -- because last month, Bey bared all during a vacation in Croatia with Jay-Z ... revealing what looks like a totally legit baby bump.
We called B's camp for comment -- but we haven't heard back yet.
After revealing she was pregnant on the VMAs last week, Beyonce -- who just turned 30 -- showed off her growing bare baby bump while vacationing with Jay-Z in Croatia on Tuesday.
Beyonce celebrated her 30th birthday just like every other expectant mom -- ballin' her face off on a massive yacht in Venice, Italy!
B andJay-Z held court aboard the super luxurious yacht "Odessa" ... for her big 3-0 celebration -- which included visits from celeb pals Gwyneth Paltrow andErykah Badu.
Beyonce was seen on-deck checking out her not-yet-visible baby bump.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
