Kim Kardashian and her mom, Kris Jenner, demanded Ray J pay them $7 million for breaching their secret 2023 deal over the infamous sex tape ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the legal letter, dated October 3, 2025, from Kim and Kris’ legal team to Ray J.

The letter claimed Ray J violated the deal, which had a non-disclosure clause provision barring the parties from talking about the sex tape or making false claims. But the docs don't stop there ...

D4vd's attorneys are firing back at L.A. authorities for arresting the singer, highlighting that a grand jury never even indicted him for the alleged murder of Celeste Rivas.

In a statement, D4vd's attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter tell TMZ ... "Let us be clear - the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death."

They went on ... "There has been no indictment returned by any grand jury in this case and no criminal complaint filed."

The lawyers added, "David has only been detained under suspicion. We will vigorously defend David’s innocence."

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Drew Sidora asked a judge to put her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, behind bars for leaking her private texts ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Drew raised the issue to a judge in June 2025 ... months before the Bravo star was ordered to vacate her marital home with Ralph.

In the filing, Drew -- who told the court she's been famous since age 8 -- said her career had been on the rise with a new song and several big projects.

Alshon Jeffery -- who won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2017 season -- was arrested for insurance fraud earlier this week, TMZ Sports has learned.

Jeffery -- who was also busted for conceal/fail to disclose insurance benefit or payment -- was booked in jail around 8 AM on Wednesday and has since been released.

Further details surrounding the arrest were not immediately available.

Kevin Hart’s preaching the gospel of gains -- but he’s giving all the credit to his guy Mark Wahlberg ... saying nobody’s doing it like the king of those brutal 4 AM workouts.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... she was admitted in late March, though the exact reason for her stay remains unclear.

The actress has battled multiple sclerosis since first being diagnosed in June 2021, but it's unclear if her hospitalization is related to the disease.

This follows a March 31 announcement from Applegate's MeSsy podcast co-host, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, that the show would go on a brief hiatus while both hosts were on book tours. Sigler has lived with relapsing MS for more than 20 years.

Kim Kardashian is unbothered by a man’s claim that he will be financially ruined if forced to pay her a six-figure sum in court, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kim scoffed at Ivan Cantu’s plea that he not be on the hook for $128K in legal fees she requested after his lawsuit was tossed out.

Ivan sued Kim for emotional distress after she posted his photo and mistook him for a death row inmate.

Kim quickly deleted the photo after realizing she had posted a photo of Ivan, who has the same name as the alleged murderer that Kim was advocating for not to be executed. She denied she did anything wrong. A judge sided with Kim and dismissed all claims.

Lisa Hochstein allegedly spent nearly 6 hours sitting alone in a jail cell with no food after turning herself in to Miami authorities ... this after a judge ordered officials to process and promptly release her ... TMZ has learned.

According to a court order, obtained by TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Miami" star was to be booked and released on her own recognizance "without undue delay" ... and the judge specifically directed she not be required to appear before a court prior to her release.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Lisa turned herself in around 9:45 AM Wednesday, was booked at approximately 11 AM, and wasn't released until about 5 PM. The jail confirms she was booked around 11:45 AM and released just before 5 PM. We're told, during that time, she remained in a cold jail cell without food.

Our sources say the surrender had been arranged in advance, with plans in place for her to be guided through the booking process before release.

Former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax rallied around gun regulation -- and even proudly held up a "disarm abusers" sign -- years before he shot his wife, and then himself, in an apparent murder-suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Clavicular’s post-overdose saga has taken another turn … TMZ has learned the streamer’s own father flew across the country to stage an intervention ... and got completely iced out.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Clavicular -- real name Braden Peters -- had his dad, Ken, rush in from New Jersey after this week’s scary hospitalization for a suspected overdose in Miami. The plan was for a serious, face-to-face talk to push the "Looksmaxxer" toward getting help.

But that didn’t happen.

Dakota Mortensen was visited by cops a few weeks after the February 2026 incident with Taylor Frankie Paul ... and body cam video shows the aftermath of what was described as a very chaotic scene.

In the video obtained by TMZ, officers with the Draper Police Department begin to search Dakota's truck as he appears calm -- yet clearly shaken -- while he walks them through the damage to his truck.

In the video, Mortensen points out visible dents and scratches along the driver's door of the vehicle, explaining what allegedly happened during the incident ... all while cradling their young son Ever, who the reality couple is currently battling for custody over.
