Gypsy Rose Blanchard believes in her heart of hearts she's Taylor Swift's new muse -- she's convinced one of the singer's new songs is all about her, or at the least ... inspired by her.

Sources connected to Gypsy tell TMZ ... GRB thinks Taylor’s new song "Fresh Out The Slammer" -- from her 'Tortured Poets Department' album -- might be about her December release from prison.

The reason she even suspects that ... we're told Gypsy sees a lot of similarities between the song lyrics and her real life -- almost to a T.

Jana Kramer said Travis Kelce is "always drunk" and a bad influence on Taylor Swift -- but she might as well be J Lo to Mariah Carey for him ... 'cause he doesn't even know her.

Sources connected to Travis tell TMZ ... he's taken aback by her inflammatory comments about him on her podcast -- where she characterized him as a party animal and as someone who reminded her of an ex ... in a bad way.

We're told Travis has never met Jana ... and before Tuesday, he wasn't familiar with her whatsoever -- even though she's technically famous from her "One Tree Hill" days, etc.

ICYMI ... Cardi had a bit of a deer-in-the-headlights stare when Emma Chamberlain -- representing Vogue -- interviewed her on the carpet Monday ... and came up empty-handed on the designer's exact identity, and referring to them only by their ethnicity.

The dress was put together by Chinese designer, Sensen Lii of Windowsen -- but Cardi wasn't able to come up with the name in the moment ... referring to them as "Asian and everything."

7:05 PM PT -- Jerry's changing his tune on Howard, and he's issuing a mea culpa to his old pal. He tells TMZ ... "I really feel bad for what I said about my friend Howard Stern in a conversation with David Spade and Dana Carvey, talking about the glut of comedy podcasts.

He adds, "I meant to say he must feel surrounded but I said 'outflanked' which sounded terrible and insulting. And of course, none of these little shows are any threat to his giant show. Anyway, it was bad and I’m sorry, Howie. I still love you. Please forgive me."

Jerry Seinfeld acknowledges Howard Stern is the OG king of sitting around and recording conversations for air -- but says he just ain't all that funny in the age of modern podcasting.

American actress Mindy Sterling was in her early 40's when she was cast to play the screaming sidekick Frau Farbissina -- who would hang around Dr. Evil's evil lair and start trouble around the meeting room -- in the 1997 comedy "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery."

Mindy shared the big screen with none other than Mike Myers playing the womanizer, partier and British spy, Austin Powers/Dr. Evil and Verne Troyer as Austin Power's best friend and right-hand man.

In 1999, Sterling reprised her role in "Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me" and again for "Austin Powers in Goldmember" in 2002.

A Boeing 767 airplane belonging to FedEx narrowly avoided catastrophe after its front landing gear failed to deploy while descending onto a runway ... and it's all on video.

Check it out ... the cargo plane touches down at the Istanbul airport before the aircraft's nose dips down -- causing smoke and sparks to arise as it scrapes along the pavement.

The plane -- which departed from Paris -- lurches forward for a few seconds, eventually coming to a complete stop ... with help arriving moments later. Airport vehicles approach the crash, releasing some sort of substance onto the ground ... likely trying to prevent a fire.
