Da'Vine Joy Randolph is giving some sage advice for folks who are feeling down as the holiday season gets in full swing ... and it's not a case of misery loving company -- quite the opposite.

We got the Oscar winner at LAX and our photog asked her what she had to say to folks who may be going through some things as Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year's all approach.

For Da'Vine, the remedy sounds pretty simple ... don't go through it alone. She's not saying you have to go out to functions, holiday parties or be in large groups ... nope, just one other person to talk to or be around can make a world of difference.

Gavin Newsom is making nice with Halle Berry after the two clashed over the California governor twice vetoing a state menopause health bill ... and our sources say HB won the battle in the end.

As you know, Halle gave a scathing speech Wednesday at the New York Times' DealBook Summit, where she slammed Newsom for killing the menopause bill while noting he will not be governor forever and probably should not be the country's next president.

On Wednesday night, Newsom's rep issued a statement, saying the governor deeply admires Halle's advocacy and looks forward to working with her on this "critical issue." The rep added Newsom vetoed the bill because it would have "unintentionally raised health care costs for millions of working women and working families already stretched thin."

But, Newsom changed his tune a bit when our cameraman caught up with him Thursday at Newark International Airport in New Jersey, where he ironed out some of the confusion around his skirmish with Halle.

Rising country music star Tucker Wetmore is feeling the love from the ladies lately ... and the singer tells us it's all in the moves he dishes out on stage.

We spoke with Tucker at LAX as he's preparing to perform at Dick Clark's New Year’s Rockin' Eve this year. He has thoughts about women sliding into his DMs and the endless TikTok admiration of his gyrating dance moves in concerts.

Check the clip ... when asked if he’s planning out his best moves to impress female fans, Tucker laughs and tells us it’s not conscious ... "I just move. I don't know how to explain it."

Tara Reid was clearly slurring her words and seemed barely coherent when a concerned bystander called 911 after she claimed she was drugged in a Chicago-area hotel ... and, we've got the audio for you to listen to.

The call -- placed by someone who seems to work at the hotel because she refers to Tara as a "guest" -- says Reid is "really inebriated" ... and adding she can't even hold herself up in a wheelchair.

The caller calls Tara "Ms. Reid" multiple times ... saying it louder and louder, seemingly in an attempt to get her attention -- and Tara responds with a series of groans and other mumbled noises instead of enunciated words.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz says his home is being hit by a non-stop barrage of drive-bys ... but instead of bullets ... nasty words are shooting out of the cars -- namely, the R-word.

Walz says people keep driving by his house shouting the R-word at him ... and he's noticed it happening more and more since President Trump called him that specific slur in a recent social media post.

Trump was given a chance to walk back the statement last week, but he doubled down and told reporters, "I think there is something wrong with him."
