50 Cent is turning Times Square into his own personal playground ... 'cause TMZ has learned he just inked a $100-million deal to build a celebrity-packed mega venue where fans can party, catch surprise performances, and rub elbows with A-listers all in one night.

The rap mogul has teamed up with Planet Hollywood boss Robert Earl to launch PH Live, a next-level entertainment hub set to take over Planet Hollywood's flagship NYC location.

This isn't your average nightlife spot ... PH Live is designed to be a full-blown celebrity magnet, hosting everything from pop-up concerts and movie premieres to high-end private parties and major cultural events.

50 says the goal is simple ... to create the ultimate destination where everything collides. "Planet Hollywood has always been connected to pop culture, and PH Live takes that energy to the next level," he said.

You won't be seeing Doug Mason on Season 22 of "The Bachelorette" ... but you can still get a look at him shirtless on the beach!

Ian Rapoport revealed the 36-year-old tight end signed his contract on Monday -- technically a three-year deal -- although it's possible Trav only plays one season. He will earn $12 million in 2026, with several more million achievable in incentives.

Kelce reacted to the news after the signing, saying he's stoked to put on the Chiefs uniform again.

"Chiefs' kingdom! Let's go, baby! It's official," Kelce said.

Bill Cosby just took a huge loss in court today ... a jury reportedly awarded $19.25 million to Donna Motsinger after she alleged the comedian drugged and raped her in 1972.

Jurors reportedly found Cosby liable for sexual assault and sexual battery while awarding Motsinger $17.5 million for past mental suffering, and $1.75 million for future suffering.

According to Rolling Stone, the jury also left the door open for future punitive damages by determining Cosby acted with "malice, oppression, or fraud."

A horrible collision between an airplane and a fire truck on the runway at New York's LaGuardia Airport claimed the lives of 2 pilots overnight ... and there's now video being shared of the incident.

You can see the plane barrel right into the vehicle and burst into flames on Sunday night in the video that's making the rounds on X.

Dozens of passengers were injured. Officials say the Air Canada Express regional jet landing in Queens early Monday collided with a Port Authority fire truck. The plane left Montreal, Canada Sunday night.

The drama keeps on coming for "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" ... Jessi Draper's estranged husband, Jordan Ngatikaura, has filed for a temporary restraining order -- but it looks like Jessi is trying to fight it.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jordan filed the TRO request Friday in his pending divorce case with Jessi, and she filed her opposition to the TRO the same day. No further details about the nature of the claims in the documents are available. The US Sun was first to report the news.

As you know ... Jordan filed for divorce Thursday after five years of marriage and two children together. The couple have separated before, but this time seems much more serious ...

Cops say his girlfriend was worried about a woman -- identified as Chanique Lambert -- who was allegedly armed with a gun, trying to get into the house.

Police say the family was already aware of Chanique, as they claim she had been trying to get onto the property for the past month and a half by using the same method -- arriving in an Uber and telling security she's Tekashi's cousin.

"They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward," the source told DM. "Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead."

The breakup comes just 7 months after Sid proposed to Kelly at Ozzy's final concert with Black Sabbath last summer.

"Reacher" star Alan Ritchson did not instigate the fight with his neighbor in Tennessee, and was pushed off his bike twice by the man before the video-recorded beatdown, according to sources close to the actor.

Our sources tell us ... witnesses saw Alan riding his motorcycle down the street in Brentwood, TN, ahead of his two kids on their mini-bikes Sunday afternoon. We're told their neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, bolted into the street to try to stop Alan's bike in a "really aggressive" manner.

As a result, Alan crashed, falling off his motorcycle and suffering cuts and bruises, as well as a minor injury to his finger, our sources say.
