Controversial streamer Clavicular has been sued for battery, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more ... TMZ has learned. A lawyer for Clav adamantly denies the claims.

Influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza is dragging Clavicular [real name: Braden Peters] to court for allegedly promising to promote her career back in 2025 ... claiming he instead took advantage of her, had sex with her while she was under 18, and injected her face with drugs.

According to a new lawsuit filed in Florida and obtained by TMZ, Mendoza first met Clavicular -- real name Braden Eric Peters -- when she was 16 years old. She says he paid her $1,000 to film videos for him in May 2025 and said he wanted her to be the female face for "looksmaxxing" ... the practice of doing anything to enhance one's physical appearance.

During Tuesday night’s event, Charles clocked Donald Trump’s comment that without the U.S., Europe would be speaking German ... before quipping, "Dare I say, if it wasn’t for us, you’d be speaking French!"

Cue absolute chaos -- the room erupted in full-on belly laughs and applause, with Charles pausing to soak in the reaction before continuing on.

Jimmy Kimmel is in the middle of another political dustup after a joke he made about President Trump ... but one person is in the talk show host's corner -- and it's somewhat surprising.

Adam Carolla defended Kimmel on a recent episode of his self-titled podcast ... saying Kimmel wasn't out of line with the joke he's being hammered for by the White House and MAGA after the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

Adam said of the now infamous first lady "widow" joke ... “That’s a pretty typical roast joke. It is also a trope: Any younger, beautiful woman who’s married to an older guy, especially if the guy’s rumored to be sort of a douchey, you would make that joke at any roast.”

N3on quickly put some distance between himself and D4vd after video emerged of the two meeting ... telling the guy he's not only going to jail -- he's headed to hell as well.

The streamer reacted to a video from one of his past streams where he met the alleged murderer ... watching the video in horror as he and the singer dapped each other up.

N3on goes into a total meltdown ... claiming he had no idea he ever met the dude -- and making it clear the interaction went down long before 14-year-old Celeste Rivas was found dismembered in the now-jailed singer's Tesla.

Former "Love Is Blind: Argentina" star Santiago Martínez is headed to prison for 15 years after being sentenced for trying to kill his ex-wife, Emily Ceco -- whom he met and married on the show back in 2024.

According to Argentine outlet A24, Martínez got the sentence in March ... after Ceco pulled the plug on plans to remarry him in Feb. 2025, alleging he’d been physically abusing her and left her with a black eye.

He was ultimately convicted of attempted murder, repeated assault and unlawful detention -- while Ceco was granted a restraining order.

Tupac Shakur's family is taking Keefe D to court to hold him responsible for the rapper's tragic murder ... filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him.

Maurice "Mopreme" Shakur -- Pac's stepbrother -- filed the lawsuit on behalf of his late brother's estate Tuesday ... noting Keefe D is the only person who has ever been arrested in connection to Tupac's murder.

The estate is also suing a number of "John Does" ... claiming the conspiracy to kill Tupac goes far beyond Keefe D, even though law enforcement has not yet identified anyone else who played a role in his death.

Jen Vrabel appears to be keeping one thing intact amid her husband Mike Vrabel's drama -- her wedding ring.

New photos show the alleged White House Correspondents' Dinner gunman snapping off a selfie minutes before the feds say he opened fire during the assassination attempt.

A memo submitted by the government Wednesday shows Cole Allen taking the snapshot in his Washington Hilton hotel room while armed to the teeth with weapons, including a knife, and several accessories ... and he took it less than 30 minutes ahead of allegedly charging into the lobby outside the WHCD.

The image shows Allen smirking while posing in the mirror, sporting a sheathed knife, a shoulder holster, pliers, wire cutters, and a small leather bag "consistent in appearance" with the ammo-filled bag he allegedly had on him when he was apprehended ... according to the doc.

Joseph Duggar has entered a not guilty plea to the charges he and his wife, Kendra, are facing in Arkansas.

Duggar's attorney entered the plea earlier this week in district court. Duggar has a court date set for August 10.

To be clear, this is in reference to the child endangerment and false imprisonment case against Joseph and Kendra Duggar, not the charges Duggar's facing connected to alleged sexual abuse of a minor in Florida. Kendra has also entered a not guilty plea.
