"Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is breaking his silence after raising alarms with a string of concerning behavior.

In a series of Instagram story posts Monday morning, Ronnie first shared the statement, "High functioning depression is waking up each day with a face that works but a heart that doesn’t, doing everything you’re supposed to do while feeling nothing inside, and most days it’s like being trapped in your own life, forced to keep moving even when every part of you wants to stop."

He then shared a post raising awareness of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, and later, an interview of NBA player Kyrie Irving declaring, "It’s okay to be human. Like, I don’t have to be perfect for anyone here nor do I have to be perfect for the public. So I’m not here to dispel any perception. I’m just here to be myself."

Lizzo isn’t backing down from her legal issues ... in fact, she's leaning all the way in -- saying she's ready to take the stand and let the truth speak for itself.

Watch the clip ... the singer sat down with CBS News host Gayle King for an interview that aired Monday morning, and she made her stance clear -- she's not settling, not hiding, and definitely not scared of what might come out in court.

A group of Lizzo's former dancers claim she created a toxic work environment ... accusing her of sexual harassment, weight-shaming, and putting them in uncomfortable situations on tour. Lizzo says when she first got hit with the lawsuit, her reaction was simple -- "It’s not true." But she didn’t go firing back publicly right away ... explaining she felt a responsibility to keep it measured because of what she represents to fans.

Chris Brown was hauled into court for a paternity suit just days before he welcomed a new baby with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown filed suit on April 3 over her 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown.  She says Brown acknowledged paternity in a voluntary declaration, which she attached as an exhibit.

Lovely was born on January 7, 2022. She asked the court to award her legal and physical custody, but did propose that Chris have visitation.

The paperwork noted that Lovely has lived with Diamond from birth to present at her L.A. home.

Joseph Duggar is looking to grill the investigators who spoke to the alleged victim in his Florida criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Joseph and his legal team are seeking permission from the judge to question individuals from the Department of Children & Families, Child Protection Team, and any other law enforcement agency involved in the investigation.

Joseph said that reps from the agencies spoke to the alleged minor victim in the case, and he insists has the right to view the evidence against him.

Dave Chappelle gave fans a wild surprise Sunday night ... bringing Kanye West onstage during a packed comedy show.

A source at the show tells TMZ ... at The Comedy Store in West Hollywood, Kanye did not perform, but he did make a quick appearance at the very end of the night.

An hours-long standoff finally came to an end early Monday morning when a man wanted for attempted murder of a cop was taken into custody following a SWAT team response ... hours after releasing a hostage from his truck.

Watch the video ... police say the standoff started when the suspect refused to get out of his truck Sunday afternoon ... hours after a traffic stop led to a deputy being clipped by a vehicle very early Sunday morning. And the suspect was holding a woman hostage inside the truck.

A SWAT team later responded, and the standoff lasted almost all night ... and you can see cops were shooting off flash-bangs.

The whole thing began around 3 AM Sunday morning ... a Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy tried to detain a man during a traffic stop in an area of south L.A. ... that's when the unidentified man took off in his pickup truck and allegedly struck the deputy.

That prompted a warrant for attempted murder ... the deputy sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized, according to ABC7.
