Influencer Dalton Memel says someone called child protective services on him amid his divorce from Ntsako Mathivha ... and he's not happy about it.

He addressed the "son of a bitch" responsible on Instagram a few days ago, claiming it's the second time this has happened in 3 weeks ... and he's tired of it.

Dalton says this only happens after he includes his son in videos -- and claims that all he did this time was take his son to the doctor and his mother's.

Mel Gibson is apologizing after catching heat for making hand gestures behind an ASL interpreter at a Canadian fan expo ... telling TMZ it was a dumb, spur-of-the-moment move with no ill intent.

Mel tells TMZ ... "Sometimes when you get pushed out on a stage in a spotlight your mind is all over the place, and sometimes spontaneous thoughtless idiocy is displayed."

He adds ... "There was no intended maliciousness attached, and I certainly apologize to anyone who was upset by it."

"Adults" star Amita Rao has a message for anyone hung up on her body hair ... and it's a whole lot hairier than what they're complaining about.

Rao reposted a Hollywood Reporter article to her Instagram Story and thanked the outlet for the feature ... before turning her attention to people talking about her armpit hair.

She wrote, "& to all the people in the comments who think this is a lot of hair, dm me & I'll send you a pic of my bush" ... adding it "goes down to around my knee in the winter."

Lionel Messi is hanging up his Argentina jersey for good ... announcing his retirement from international soccer in an emotional message to fans.

Messi said Monday he'd spent weeks thinking about his future following Argentina's loss to Spain in the World Cup final, ultimately deciding it was time to walk away from the national team.

The 39-year-old said the decision "hurts me a lot," but explained he's proud of everything he experienced and accomplished with Argentina ... and thanked his family, teammates, coaches and fans who supported him throughout the ride.

08/31/2026 5:22 PM PT -- Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been found guilty of murder in the first degree in the death of Tupac Shakur.

Closing arguments have ended in the Tupac Shakur murder trial ... and now the jury have began deliberating.

As you know, Duane "Keffe D" Davis has been charged with first-degree murder for the iconic artist's 1996 killing ... making him the only person to ever be criminally charged in Tupac's death.

Prosecutors aren't accusing Keffe D of firing any shots himself, but argue that he was the one calling them.

They say that -- based on his own police interviews and memoir anecdotes -- KD orchestrated the Las Vegas shooting as retaliation for a fight Tupac and his crew got in with his nephew earlier that night.

Kim Kardashian may have plenty of talents ... but according to Kylie Jenner, dancing ain't one of 'em.

Kylie gave her big sis the unwanted title in a video posted to her YouTube channel Sunday, where daughter Stormi and son Aire took over interviewing duties.

Milo Yiannopoulos, former Chief of Staff for Kanye West, claimed his estranged husband threatened to call immigration authorities to have him deported … less than a year before he was taken into custody by ICE and sent back to the UK ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs filed back in October 2025, obtained by TMZ, Milo claims his ex, John Campbell, had “explicitly threatened" him with deportation from the country, calling him an “illegal immigrant” and saying he would call the "ICE hotline" on him. Milo says Campbell knew his green card status depended on their continued marriage.

He also says Campbell refused to appear at appointments regarding his immigration status until his financial demands were met, which delayed Milo's application process.

Donald Trump and his ever-present executive assistant Natalie Harp are once again practically joined at the hip ... this time linking up after his day on the links.

Mel Gibson is catching heat for allegedly mocking an American Sign Language interpreter -- and it was all caught on video.

Check it out ... Mel is first introduced by moderator Liam Crowley at Saturday's Fan Expo Canada in Toronto, and then the actor walks out onstage behind an interpreter doing sign language for deaf people in the crowd. 

As you can see, Mel turns to the audience and does a little sign language himself before he heads over to Crowley to shake hands and sit down opposite the moderator.

A woman and two children escaped Nepal's deadly flash floods by mere seconds ... with heart-stopping video showing a wall of muddy debris roaring right behind them.

The footage, shot Wednesday in a settlement along the upper Trishuli River, shows the trio scrambling off a road and up a steep slope as the disaster unfolds.

The woman and kids -- who appear to be wearing school uniforms -- stumble and hit the ground during the frantic escape ... but quickly get back on their feet.

Anna Wintour’s Met Gala is no longer going to present an exhibit by the controversial designer John Galliano.

On Monday, Galliano announced the news on social media after backlash grew over the weekend.

Chilling video from inside a passenger ferry shows travelers scrambling for life jackets ... just moments before the vessel capsized and sank off the coast of Cyprus.

The footage shows panic spreading as passengers hurriedly pull on life vests and prepare to abandon ship ... shortly after the ferry began taking on water Sunday.

The vessel was carrying 267 people -- 259 passengers and eight crew members -- from Kyrenia in northern Cyprus to Taşucu, Turkey, when it ran into trouble just a few miles offshore.

Donald Trump is turning up the heat on Iran -- at least online -- posting a wild A.I.-generated video appearing to show one of the country's most important oil hubs getting absolutely obliterated.

Trump posted the clip Monday .... showing massive explosions ripping across Kharg Island, writing that the island was being "blown to smithereens."

Novak Djokovic suffered a surprising loss in the first round of the U.S. Open Sunday night -- and he threw up and broke down in tears during the match.

Djokovic -- considered by many to be the best tennis player who ever lived with 24 Grand Slam singles titles -- got knocked out by unseeded Mariano Navone in five sets,  7-6 (5), 5-7, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1.

In the fifth set, while down 3-1, Djokovic started tearing up as the crowd tried to cheer him on to victory, but nothing could help the tennis great who's been struggling lately with health issues.
