Jax says they had a great run ... but, he ultimately thinks he can't get to where he wants to go and hold on to the bar -- though he says he may want to host a few events there in the future when he does get his mind right, since his business partner Leo plans to keep the bar open ... under a new name.

Garrett Rolfe -- the Georgia cop who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks in 2020 -- has been arrested after allegedly getting into a bar fight last month ... and, the 911 audio from the new arrest is explosive.

The Atlanta Police Department announced the news Wednesday ... stating that after a thorough investigation into a June 29 incident, law enforcement found probable cause to arrest Officer Rolfe for simple assault.

Rolfe -- who was placed on administrative leave after the alleged brawl -- was booked and his mug shot was released ... and, he's still smiling in the pic despite his arrest. He was released on $2K bond.

The beer company co-founded by Hulk Hogan is making sure the WWE legend's vision lives on following his death ... launching a new campaign to shine a light on everyday heroes.

Real American Beer announced its "Local Legends" program on Tuesday ... a project Hogan was passionate about and personally helped create.

RAB says Hogan wanted to use his company's platform to honor those who do "real work" and don't always get the love they deserve.

Jax Taylor is stepping away from his Los Angeles bar Jax's Studio City ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the "Vanderpump Rules" alum tells us ... he made the decision to terminate his partnership with the establishment, saying it was "a carefully considered and necessary step to prioritize his sobriety and mental health."

The news comes after folks on social media noticed workers removing his name from the Studio City building Saturday, sparking concern.

The Bravolebrity notably announced he would be exiting "The Valley" less than 2 weeks ago ... attributing his need to focus on his mental health and sobriety.

As you know, substance abuse and mental health have been longtime struggles for Jax -- and he sought in-patient treatment to better himself nearly 1 year ago.
