MLB Hall of Fame catcher Carlton Fisk stepped up to the plate today ... pleading "guilty" to DUI after his arrest in an Illinois corn field back in October.

TMZ broke the story ... cops found Fisk passed out in the driver's seat of his F-150, which Fisk had plowed onto a New Lenox farm. Cops claim they also found an open bottle of vodka in the vehicle.

Fisk -- a first time offender -- pled guilty to misdemeanor DUI. He was sentenced to one year of court supervision and was ordered to pay $1,250 in fines.

A man arrested for trespassing on Taylor Swift's Nashville property earlier this month will skate -- TMZ has learned all criminal trespassing charges against the man were dropped.

As we reported, 24-year-old Jacob Kulke was busted on December 14th after allegedly hopping a fence near Taylor's property. Cops say he told them he was Taylor's BF, and had taken a bus from Wisconsin to be with the singer on her birthday.

But today, prosecutors decided not to pursue criminal charges against Kulke.

According to Kulke's attorney, one of the reasons he won't be prosecuted is because Swift's home did not have "No Trespassing" signs posted at the perimeter, leading Kulke to believe it would be okay to enter the property.

Former New York Yankees slugger Andruw Jones' Christmas Day started out behind bars -- police in Georgia arrested him for an alleged domestic violence incident involving his wife ... following their Christmas Eve party.

According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ, Andruw's wife called police at 1:30 yesterday morning, claiming Andruw drunkenly attacked her in their Duluth, GA home following the holiday get together, dragging her through their garage and choking her.

Andruw's wife told police she had asked him to help her set up for Christmas morning after the party -- including assembling a computer desk -- and Andruw grew belligerent ... grabbing her and attacking her.

According to the report, when police arrived at the couple's home, they found the baseball player passed out in bed, still dressed in his clothes from earlier in the day. Officers then woke Andruw up and placed him under arrest.

According to Gwinnett County jail records ... Jones was booked for battery and released on a $2,500 bond.

"Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier bitched and moaned like a schoolgirl when police cuffed him at LAX this week -- following allegations he urinated in the middle of the terminal -- and TMZ has footage of the arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Pelletier -- who played a member of the Wolf Pack in the "Twilight" series -- was popped for public intoxication Monday, after airport employees claimed the actor drunkenly whipped out his junk in front of other passengers ... and took a whiz by his gate.

Nevertheless, the 25-year-old maintains his innocence ... insisting he's been falsely accused and no public peeing ever took place.

3:34 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... since the arrest, Joey has paid back the debt to the Hard Rock, so the case will be dismissed.

A rep for Porter tells us, "It was a misunderstanding as Joey wasn't aware that the debt was outstanding. It has been paid. Issue resolved."

Former NFL superstar Joey Porter is a deadbeat ... who owes the Hard Rock Casino $70,000 in unpaid gambling debts ... this according to the State of Nevada.

TMZ obtained court documents filed by the State of Nevada ... which show Porter is accused of writing 8 checks to the Hard Rock casino between June 30, 2012 and July 1, 2012 .... in exchange for cash and/or gambling chips.

Problem is .... according to the complaint, when the casino tried to cash the checks ... Joey's bank refused the transaction, claiming Joey had put a "stop payment" on them.

The Hard Rock went to cops ... and eventually Porter was charged with check-bouncing with intent to defraud and theft -- both felonies.

The docs list all of the the checks Joey allegedly wrote during his time in the casino ... and the progression indicates he was having a terrible run at the tables ... capped off with one last desperate $20k attempt to get out of the red.

Joey Porter -- a former NFL defensive superstar -- was arrested last week after Las Vegas officials say he wrote a rubber check ... as in, it bounced.

The 35-year-old former Super Bowl champ is currently behind bars in Kern County, CA ... where he was arrested in a warrant out of Clark County, Nevada for writing a check without having sufficient funds.

According to the Bakersfield PD, Porter was initially pulled over for a routine traffic violation Friday night when the officer noticed the warrant and arrested him.

The details surrounding the alleged bad check situation are unclear.

Still, the allegation is shocking -- considering Porter made MILLIONS during his steller 13-year NFL career with the Steelers, Dolphins and Cardinals. In fact, he signed a $32 million deal in 2007 ... and a $24.5 million deal in 2010.

As TMZ previously reported, Porter was in Vegas last year ... where he was seen gambling with $30,000 in chips at a high stakes craps table.

Sam Donaldson -- the veteran ABC newsman and political correspondent -- was arrested for DUI in Delaware earlier this month.

According to law enforcement, 78-year-old Donaldson was pulled over just before 8pm on December 1 after he had driven onto the shoulder of the road.

During the stop, the officer detected the presence of alcohol and decided to perform a field sobriety test on Sam ... which he bombed.

Donaldson was eventually arrested for DUI and was taken to a nearby station where he was booked and released.

Cops say the newsman was "released to an adult pending his appearance in court."

Bronson Pelletier -- who played a member of the Wolf Pack in the "Twilight" saga -- tells TMZ he's been FALSELY accused of drunkenly peeing in public at an airport terminal ... and insists he's the victim of a sick and twisted setup.

We broke the story ... Pelletier was removed from an airplane and arrested at LAX this week for public intoxication ... and was allegedly so drunk, he urinated in public near the gate.

But yesterday in L.A., the 25-year-old actor was in hardcore denial mode -- telling TMZ, "No peeing ... peeing did not happen."

So what DID happen? Pelletier says he was set up ... claiming "some guy" had been buying him drinks at the airport before he got on the plane ... and the "same guy" later had him removed from his plane.

Pelletier's camp believes the guy who bought the actor the drinks is an obsessed fan.

We also asked Pelletier about a prior arrest for felony cocaine and meth possession -- but Bronson denied that too ... saying, "That situation was ... uh, yeah, no ... that did not happen."

Just a week before "Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier was arrested for public intoxication at an L.A. airport for allegedly peeing in public -- the actor was popped for felony cocaine and meth possession ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Pelletier was arrested in West Hollywood December 8th at Gym Bar.

We're told the bar's staff had called the cops on Pelletier because he appeared wasted and refused to leave. People present tell us ... he was hopping from person to person, group to group and making everyone feel very uncomfortable.

When officers arrived, law enforcement sources tell us, Pelletier was placed under arrest for public intoxication -- but when officers searched him, they found coke and meth.

Pelletier pled not guilty to both possession charges on December 11th, and was ordered to appear in court January 17th.

The LAPD has made an arrest in the SWATTING incidents involving Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber -- and the suspect is a minor.

TMZ broke the stories ... someone called cops and reported gun violence at both homes during separate incidents earlier this year.

Officials say during the Kutcher incident, the caller had advised cops that "there were individuals inside the location with guns and explosives, and that several people had been shot."

But when police arrived to the scene, they learned that it was all a hoax.

Now, cops say ... "On December 10, 2012, Hollywood Detectives arrested a juvenile from the Southern California region for the Ashton Kutcher swatting incident, as well as a similar swatting incident that took place at the home of Justin Bieber. Other swatting incidents involving this individual have been identified."

"Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier -- who played a member of the Wolf Pack in the saga -- was arrested yesterday in L.A. ... after allegedly getting drunk off his ass in the terminal and peeing in public.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, LAX police responded to a call about an unruly passenger on some airplane around 11:30 AM -- and when they arrived at the aircraft, they were told 25-year-old Pelletier had been creating a disturbance on board.

We're told officers removed Pelletier from the plane and determined he was too intoxicated to fly -- so they had him wait in the terminal for another flight.

According to law enforcement sources, cops then left the scene -- received a call just two hours later that Pelletier was urinating in public by the gate.

When they arrived for the second time -- around 2PM -- officers placed Pelletier under arrest for public intoxication.

Pelletier was taken to jail and booked for the misdemeanor. He was released shortly after.

Hey everyone, ever wonder what happened to Talan Torriero from "Laguna Beach"? Well he's headed back to school ... ALCOHOL SCHOOL ... 'cause dude just pled guilty to drinking and driving.

Talan -- best known for being friends with Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari -- was arrested in Laguna Beach back in September on suspicion of DUI ... after a left turn gone wrong.

The 26-year-old reality TV star copped to his mistake in court on Monday -- and pled guilty to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08% ... the legal limit in CA.

Talan was slapped with 3 years probation, $390 in fines and 3 months in a 1st offender alcohol program -- which includes 30-hours of alcohol and drug education and counseling.

Fun Fact: Talan was in the car with Paris Hilton when her then-BF Stavros Niarchos crashed her Bentley into a parked truck back in 2005 (the very first video we ever published on TMZ.com).

11:43 AM PT -- It appears the Shelby County Sheriff's Office made a mistake on its website, mistakenly posting that Williams was charged with cocaine possession, when it SHOULD have said codeine possession.

Ex-NBA player Shawne Williams -- a former 1st round draft pick -- was arrested in Tennessee last night for possession of weed and codeine ... and cops believe he may have been trying to sell it.

According to reports, Williams' night went to hell when an officer on a routine patrol claims he smelled marijuana coming from a Porsche Panamera which was parked near a Cricket wireless store.

When the cop approached the car, the person inside -- Williams -- reportedly said, "Officer I ain't gonna lie to you, there's a blunt in the car and some syrup."

The cop searched the car ... and reportedly found a partially smoked blunt, another blunt that hadn't been smoked, and a bottle of codeine cough syrup (for which he did not have a prescription).

According to the Williams' booking sheet, posted on the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office website, the 26-year-old was arrested for possession of weed and codeine with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for trespassing at Taylor Swift's Nashville home early Friday morning after he told police he took a bus from Wisconsin to be with the country star for her birthday.

Jacob Kulke was arrested at 1:45 AM after allegedly hopping a fence at the property. Kulke was detained by security and when police arrived, he told them he was the boyfriend of the homeowner.

According to reports, Kulke told police he had been in contact with someone at the home via social media and he came to town to celebrate Swift's birthday (which was Thursday). It is unclear if Taylor was home at the time.

Kulke was booked into jail and held on $10,000 bond.

TMZ has obtained an image of the crash scene following the highway disaster that killed Dallas Cowboys star Jerry Brown last weekend -- and the Mercedes he was riding in had flipped upside-down.

As we previously reported, Brown's teammate Josh Brent was driving at the time of the accident in Texas Saturday morning. Brent was subsequently arrested on the scene for intoxication manslaughter.

TMZ has also obtained the 911 calls placed by a passing motorist just moments after the accident -- and according to one of the callers, "There was smoke everywhere."

Former soap actor Scott Evans -- younger brother of Chris Evans -- has been charged with trying to buy cocaine off an undercover police officer ... a felony ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Evans -- who played Officer Oliver Fish on "One Life to Live" -- was arrested last week following the alleged drug deal.

A rep for the L.A. County District Attorney tells TMZ, Evans was charged with one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance. He's due in court today for his arraignment.
