Epic NBA draft bust Greg Oden was arrested early Thursday morning after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the police report, officers arrived at the Lawrence, Indiana home of Oden's mother at 3:30 AM ... to find a woman lying on a bed and holding her face.

Da Band singer Sara Stokes -- who's been in and out of trouble since the group's heyday -- is in jail after a knock-down-drag-out brawl with her husband.

Cops tell us ... they were called to Stokes' home July 21st at 3:45 A.M. ... and found her and hubby Tony outside -- fighting on the ground. They say Stokes was drunk.

Stokes was arrested and charged with domestic violence. And as if things weren't bad enough ... she's now in hot water because the arrest has triggered a probation violation for a prior DV incident -- also involving her husband. So she'll be spending the next 93 days in the pokey for that.

Stokes has had other run-ins with the law since Da Band hit it big in 2002 on "Making the Band 2." She was arrested in 2009 for stabbing her husband ... and got 3 years probation in a plea deal.

Wiz Khalifa -- who famously thumbed his nose at cops in El Paso by posting a jailhouse selfie -- is now a wanted man in that fair city.

Khalifa -- who was arrested in May for trying to sneak weed onto a plane at the El Paso Airport -- failed to appear in court Wednesday, so the judge issued an arrest warrant.

You may recall ... when Wiz was in the El Paso slammer he took a selfie and tweeted it out ... which triggered an investigation into jailhouse security.

Columbus Short seems to be making it clear ... he will NOT come back to the U.S. to fight his multiple criminal cases -- and he is thumbing his nose at the United States justice system.

Columbus was in Barbados yesterday when he told the crowd he's packing his bags and moving there for good ... Mind you, there's an active arrest warrant after he failed to show earlier this week in his domestic case.

Columbus has had 4 run-ins with the law in the last 5 months ... and aggressively spoke about his disdain for the people who are accusing him of wrongdoing.

"Ice Road Truckers" star Tim Zickuhr is clearly a guy who cares about his hair ... his fetish for follicles got him arrested ... and it's only the 2nd weirdest thing he was busted for this year.

Cops tell us ... they responded to a disturbance call earlier this month at a pet hotel in San Dimas ... and found a drunken Zickuhr arguing with an employee and demanding they pony up his pooch. Turns out he doesn't even have a dog.

Cops couldn't help but notice Zickuhr had a shopping cart ... filled with Rogaine, hair straightener, shampoo, a hairbrush and an assortment of booze. Police were understandably suspicious because the errant items were laying in the Albertson's cart -- no bag, no receipt.

Police went to the nearby grocery store, determined he stole the items and arrested him for shoplifting. Zickuhr spent 3 days in the pokey.

The arrest still doesn't compare to Tim's arrest back in April -- allegedly involving a hooker, kidnapping and waterboarding. Maybe let Tim tell it ...

Columbus Short may not be wanted anymore on "Scandal" ... but he's still a wanted man -- as in there's now a warrant out for his arrest.

Short was ordered to show Wednesday morning in criminal court for a hearing in his domestic violence case. His wife was asking the judge for more protection from the actor, who is mired in legal trouble.

But Columbus wasn't there, so the judge issued a bench warrant.

Here's the interesting twist. The day before he was a no-show in a different criminal case. The judge threatened to issue a warrant and Columbus suddenly appeared.

We asked Columbus Tuesday about his belated court appearance. Check out his reaction.

"Bio-Dome" star Dara Tomanovich was arrested for DWI in New York ... and she may have tried to get out of it by name dropping ex NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Dara -- who played one of the hot female scientists alongside Kylie Minogue -- reportedly crashed her Porsche in Manhattan earlier this month ... and when cops showed up, she was stumbling around while reeking of booze.

Page Six reports Tomanovich said she was friends with Bloomberg and could get the officers fired or transferred.

The actress then allegedly failed two breathalyzer tests -- she blew .159 and .112 -- and was subsequently taken into custody. She was charged with DWI and released without bail.

A homeless man was arrested in New York for stalking and harassing Rihanna ... by delivering super creepy hand written notes to her home.

Kevin Mcglynn was allegedly caught on surveillance video 3 separate times this month ... delivering the notes calling her a bitch and threatening to bum rush her home.

The New York Daily News reports he also allegedly sent at least 4 letters to her California home.

On his 3rd visit earlier this month -- the homeless man dropped his benefits card in the singer's SoHo building ... leaving his address, so cops easily tracked him down.

Mcglynn claimed in court Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West jacked his "material."

Alec Baldwin -- who called NYC a "mismanaged carnival of stupidity" -- says he won't apologize for his disorderly conduct arrest in May ... and he could ultimately end up on the winning end.

Alec was in NYC court Thursday ... to face a disorderly conduct charge for allegedly berating officers who stopped him in May for riding his bike the wrong way on 5th Avenue.

Baldwin told the judge ... he'd rather pay a fine than say he's sorry for going off on the cops.

The judge -- who told Baldwin he has a short fuse -- asked, "Can you stay out of trouble, Alexander?" Baldwin said, "Sure, sure" ... and the judge said he'd dismiss the charge entirely IF Alec can keep his nose clean for 6 months.

Ray J is being accused of sexual assault not for grabbing a woman's ass at a Beverly Hills bar ... he allegedly grabbed her boob in front of witnesses.

TMZ broke the story ... Ray J was at Side Bar May 30th at the Beverly Wilshire hotel. He got in an altercation at the bar, was thrown out, the cops came and Ray J allegedly went nuts, kicking out a police car window and spitting on an officer. He's been charged with 4 misdemeanors, including assault and battery and sexual battery.

The sexual battery is curious. The Beverly Hills PD told TMZ the day after the incident ... Ray J did not commit a crime when he touched a woman. We were told he touched her butt and cops said it was "incidental."

But now law enforcement sources say they've found "new evidence" ... although it's weird that it's new. We now know multiple witnesses -- staff and patrons -- say they saw Ray J grab a woman's boob in the bar and now cops believe prosecution for sexual battery is appropriate.

One witness says Ray J came into the hotel "wacked out on something" and pushed an 8-year-old in the lobby as he made his way to the bar.

We're also told both the lobby and the bar are filled with surveillance cameras. We're told there are so many cameras in the bar everything can be seen -- they can even zoom in on a tab.

Ray J's arraignment is set for Friday. He is not required to be in court.

Justin Bieber's trail of liquor and litter at his Beverly Hills condo has set his neighbors off ... and now we know the cops have talked to them about placing the singer under citizen's arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... cops came to the condo 6 TIMES over the weekend -- 4 times for excessive noise in the middle of the night. Bieber partied hard -- 75 guests on Saturday night and 20 on Sunday.

The pictures on the rooftop deck tell only part of the story. People in the building tell TMZ ... the hallways and elevators reeked of pot. And several guests say drug use was obvious.

One person says, "There were bimbos lining up to do drugs in the lobby bathroom."

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops have spoken to residents, Bieber and his management to resolve the situation.

We're told police informed residents cops can't make an arrest for a misdemeanor if they don't see it happen ... but the residents can take matters into their own hands by placing Bieber under arrest.

Former Destiny's Child member Farrah Franklin was "hysterical and drugged" ... so says NFL player Da'Quan Bowers who told the 911 dispatcher he was certain his houseguest was high on something.

Franklin is screaming bloody murder as an uber-calm Bowers tells the dispatcher she had been drinking and was under the influence of drugs.

We broke the story ... Franklin was arrested for disorderly conduct early Sunday morning after she allegedly became drunk and belligerent.

The L.A. County D.A. has thrown the book at Ray J ... charging him Monday with 4 CRIMES in connection with his drunken antics last May ... and get this -- the D.A. charged Ray J with sexual battery even though cops say no such crime was committed.

Ray J was at a bar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel when he got rowdy, brushed up against a woman's ass and was ordered to leave. Police told TMZ at the time it was NOT sexual battery because the contact was "incidental" -- not intentional. Apparently the D.A. begs to differ.

Ray J left the bar and then went nuts in an alcohol-fueled rampage. He was arrested, kicked out the window of a cop car and spit on an officer. Ray J told TMZ ... he kicked out the window because he was claustrophobic.

Former Destiny's Child singer Farrah Franklin was so drunk when she was arrested Sunday morning ... she was found laying in a random person's front yard and told cops she planned on sleeping in the woods.

TMZ broke the story ... Franklin was arrested early Sunday morning for disorderly conduct, and the details are crazy.

According to the police NFL player Da'Quan Bowers flew Franklin to Myrtle Beach. The two of them, along with NFL player Ricky Sapp went out on the town Saturday day and night ... and the alcohol was flowing. They all went back to Sapp's place and it became apparent to everyone Franklin was wasted.

Sapp and Bowers both told police they thought Franklin had been doing drugs. Bowers told police he was suspicious of Franklin because she would go to the bathroom for extended periods of time.

Bowers and Sapp say they called cops after Franklin went nuts, screaming and slamming doors. They told police Franklin fled. Cops combed the neighborhood and eventually found Franklin laying down in a neighbor's lawn.

Police described Franklin as "highly intoxicated" and "unsteady on her feet," but she denied using drugs. She told police she had nowhere to go and planned on sleeping in the woods.

Ex-Destiny's Child singer Farrah Franklin was arrested in South Carolina early Sunday morning for disorderly conduct ... TMZ has learned and our sources tell us alcohol was definitely involved.

Franklin -- who who spent 5 months with the group in 2000 before Beyonce and Kelly Rowland gave her the boot -- was booked into the Horry County Detention Center in Conway around 5AM.

So far, it's unclear what led to the arrest ... but we're told she was ticketed for disorderly conduct.

Hours before, Franklin happily posted a picture on the beach.

She was released Sunday afternoon on bond.

This is not Franklin's first arrest for flying off the handle. She was popped in 2011 in L.A. for disorderly conduct ... and we're told booze was also involved. She claimed she was the victim of racial profiling.

Omarion was just hauled off to jail because he committed a cardinal driving sin -- not showing up to court on a traffic ticket.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the singer was tooling around the San Fernando Valley late Friday morning when he was stopped for running a stop sign. The officer ran his license and found there was a warrant out for his arrest ... for failing to appear in court on an earlier traffic ticket.

The singer was cuffed and taken to jail.

Omarion -- the former lead singer of B2K -- is being held on $20,000 bail.
