A rep for Petit Tresor contacted TMZ confirming that Birkhead was in the shop but added, "The baby was NOT at the store on Saturday. It was he and Dana Lynn (the girlfriend). Not Dannielynn." The rep went on to say, "Petit Tresor is where celebs have been buying baby items for years - - starting with Heidi klum when they first opened. There's not a week that goes by when there aren't three or four big name celebrities shopping at Petit Tresor."

The CNN anchor, 48, says she was secretly married back in April, and is now three-months pregnant -- with twins. Eddie Murphy is definitely the daddy of Scary Spice's 2-month-old baby, according to a DNA test that the singer just received, and a source who has seen the actual test tells TMZ that it "leaves no doubt" that Eddie's the dad.

A rep for Scary -- aka Melanie Brown -- confirms that her client has received the test results and that they point to Murphy as the father of Angel Iris Murphy Brown. Scary had preemptively given the baby the name even before the test.

As for the test, we're told that the results are "irrefutable" and that, as with most DNA tests, there is a far greater than 99% probability that Murphy's the dad. Mazel tov!

TMZ spies saw them purchase a $300 Born Out of Necessity chic leather diaper bag at Bel-Bambini baby boutique on Thursday.
