As they say, Eva Mendes ... you're gonna need a bigger bag.

On the day reports swirled Eva and Ryan Gosling were expecting their second child, she was out running errands in L.A. and -- kinda foolishly -- trying to cover her baby bump with a tote bag. The couple's not confirming a pregnancy yet, but this pic says a lot.

Eva tried a similar tactic back in 2014 when she and Ryan were having their first kid.

That bag routine wouldn't work for most moms-to-be. Except for ... y'know.

Mount Audrina Patridge looks ready to blow ... but she ain't even close.

The pregnant ex-'Hills' star is only about 6 months in, and during a stroll this week in Hawaii ... her face said it all -- get this not so little girl outta me!

As if carrying around an extra human being wasn't enough .. AP and BMX pro fiance Corey Bohan are also in the middle of planning their upcoming wedding in Hawaii.

Megan Fox is pregnant and estranged husband Brian Austin Green is the father, we've learned ... but we've also learned she has no plans to drop her divorce.

Sources connected to the couple tell us the pregnancy just kinda happened ... it wasn't planned. As we reported, Megan and Brian have been close even after she filed her legal docs last August ... and now we know just how close.

There would be big consequences by pulling the divorce. Megan's the breadwinner, so all the money she's earned since her separation is hers, including the loot for her latest 'Ninja Turtles' flick. 86ing the divorce would change all that.

There are also consequences by not withdrawing the divorce petition. Brian will almost certainly be entitled to more child support for the 2 and soon-to-be 3 kids.

Eddie Murphy should just get used to it ... chicks are gonna own him for years and years to come -- 'cause he's having yet ANOTHER female child.

Eddie and his pregnant gf, Paige Butcher, revealed the baby's sex during a Bev Hills coffee run.

This will be baby #9 for Eddie -- and daughter #6! That's a lot of weddings to pay for, but based on the sweet Rolls-Royce he and Paige were getting into ... Ed's gonna be just fine.

'Teen Mom' star Mackenzie McKee is expecting her third baby with husband Josh, but she'll be raising the kid as a single mom because they've finally called it quits.

McKee barely showed during her 18 week ultrasound. She's expecting a boy -- the due date is September 7th.

She says she's no longer living with Josh, the father of their 2-year-old daughter, Jaxie, and 4-year-old son, Gannon.

It's not the first time they've called it quits ... Josh walked out last April, but clearly came back.

At least McKee's not alone ... she now has something in common with a Hollywood A-lister.

Megan Fox has been giving multiple clues on the identity of her baby daddy, and by process of elimination it's pretty clear ... Brian Austin Green is the leading candidate.

It's relevant because earlier in the day Megan Instagrammed pics of 3 of her recent co-stars -- Shia LaBeouf, Will Arnett and Jake Johnson -- with the hashtag, #notthefather.

So, all signs point to her estranged husband ... despite her filing to divorce BAG.

Megan Fox raised all sorts of questions Monday night ... flaunting what sure appears to be a baby bump.

Megan hit up CinemaCon to promote the latest installment of 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,' but it was all overshadowed by what appears to be a deliberate pose to accentuate the protrusion.

Megan has 2 sons -- Noah, 3, and Bodhi, 2 -- with estranged husband Brian Austin Green.

You'll recall, she filed for divorce back in August ... but they've been together a lot recently and seem tight.

Cleveland Browns superstar Joe Haden just announced that his wife is pregnant -- but they JUST learned the sex of the kid in one of those fun "gender reveal" videos.

"Little Women: LA" stars Briana Renee and husband Matt Ericson are expecting a little bun in the oven ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the reality stars tell us Briana is currently 5 months pregnant. They don't know the baby's sex yet, but the couple is excited.

We're told their controversial relationship gets more rocky during the current season of their show -- but right now, they're doing good.

The pregnancy announcement will be featured on the show.

Fetty Wap made it just in the knick of time for the birth of his baby girl with Masika, and the trio looks like one big happy family in their first group shot.

Fetty and Masika's baby girl, Khari Barbie Maxwell, was born weighing 7 lbs and 1 oz Tuesday in a L.A. hospital at around 6:07 PM.

According to Masika's rep ... the labor was easy with little pain and no complications.

As we previously reported ... Fetty hopped on a plane from New Jersey the second Masika went into labor ... about a 6 hour flight.

We're told they agreed on the name Khari since it means queenly and joyful in Swahili ... which is a long way from where this whole thing started.

Looks like Orlando Scandrick and Draya Michele are looking for some fresh digs for their most recent fresh start ... eyeing a brand new Sherman Oaks mansion before the birth of their son.

Sources close to the Dallas Cowboys star and his fiancee tell TMZ Sports the two are looking at a "secluded Cape Cod compound" in the celebrity laden Sherman Oaks/Encino area.

Orlando had listed his Woodland Hills estate -- with hot shot realtor Lee Mintz -- at $2.1 million late last year ... but recently reduced the price around $250k ... we're guessing to expedite the whole "moving out of the place she tossed my shoes in the pool" thing.

Ex "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha is ready to pop -- she went into labor on Tuesday, and baby daddy Fetty Wap ... is rushing to be there for the birth.

Masika's rep tells TMZ she went into labor around 12:30 PM, and she instantly notified Fetty. We're told he booked the first flight out of New Jersey and has now landed in L.A. The rep sent us this shot of mommy-to-be in her hospital room.

We're told Fetty wants to be at the hospital when the kid arrives. He and Masika have come a long way. Remember, Fetty originally denied even being the father.

Based on his tweets ... sounds like Fetty is pretty happy about the pending arrival.

Chrissy Teigen had a full baby shower turn up ... thanks to Kim Kardashian's camera and her wandering hands.

Kim documented almost every moment inside the ladies only (plus John Legend) bash Saturday -- which featured tons of Mickie D's grub, dancing and a healthy amount of boob flaunting and grabbing.

Khloe, Kourtney, Kris Jenner and Jenna Dewan were also there -- but pay attention to this video, ladies. Guys WILL attend this kind of baby shower!
