Brianna Smith -- who lost Season 1 of "I Want To Work For Diddy" -- was racing to a Houston hospital with her hubby in the middle of the night when the kid starting popping out.

She had her phone out and made the most of the moment ... shooting the horrendous beautiful moment of birth.

The kid's name is Theodore Roosevelt Smith IV ... which is perfect, because he's already had a rough ride.

Karrueche Tran is madly in love with Chris Brown ... but he's high if he really thinks she's ready to be pregnant with his kid, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Karrueche tell us ... she was flattered by Chris' Instagram for Woman Crush Wednesday -- when he posted a pic of her saying, "Need to have this baby and stop playing!" -- but she's nowhere near ready to be a baby mama.

We're told ... for now Karrueche is career-centric -- she wants to be an actress.

LeBron James just stepped up his push gift game -- flying his wife to Greece before she gives birth to their first baby girl ... and, in the process, he unveiled what the baby's name will be.

LeBron posted a pic of himself and Savannah chilling on a yacht with the caption, "Mykonos Greece is spectacular! Push gift to my wife @mrs_savannahrj!"

George Clooney and fiancée Amal Alamuddin were snuggling and kissing at dinner in Lake Como, Italy last week -- and some people think she was hiding something under the table ... as in a baby!

The inevitable prego rumors were sparked by another photo of Amal getting on a boat ... where there appears to be a bump. Could just be the wind though.

There are reports out that Jennifer Garner is pregnant with her 4th kid. Too bad for the 4th non-existent kid, because she's not pregnant.

Garner's rep, Meredith O'Sullivan tells TMZ, she is NOT pregnant.

Sherri Shepherd is now a mom for the 2nd time -- if she wants to be -- because we've learned her surrogate has given birth.

We're told the baby boy was born Tuesday in Pennsylvania.

We broke the story ... Sherri has disavowed maternity, claiming her estranged husband Lamar Sally defrauded her when she signed the surrogate documents. She believes his intent all along was to divorce her and then go for child support.

We know Lamar intends to raise the child himself but he will still ask a judge to order Sherri to pay support.

Michael Lohan has hired Casey Anthony's lawyer to stop the bleeding ... the vaginal bleeding of his pregnant baby mama who Michael claims her jailers are grossly mistreating her.

Attorney Jose Baez is now gunning for a court order forcing the jail to properly treat Kate Major's vaginal bleeding. Lohan claims Kate started bleeding this week -- on 2 separate occasions -- but both times she was taken to an infirmary and sent back to her cell.

Michael says there were no specialists to treat Kate and all they did was an ultrasound which showed a heartbeat ... but Michael says, "You know damn well if someone has vaginal bleeding while pregnant that's indicative of a miscarriage."

Michael also claims Kate -- who is behind bars over a DUI -- was forced to carry her property back to her room while she was still bleeding.

Baez will almost certainly attempt to get an order forcing the prison to have Kate examined and treated by a specialist.

Lamar Sally got a slew of baby gifts from just about everyone in his life except one person ... the woman who had signed on to be the mother -- Sherri Shepherd.

The baby was due Thursday. It's being carried by a surrogate and Lamar and Sherri were once looking forward to raising the kid together ... until he filed for separation and she filed for divorce. Now she wants a clean break from Lamar and the kid.

Lamar's friends have given him gift cards, baby clothes and lots of stuff for the nursery. Lamar has dropped $5K on a changing station, crib, baby swing and rocking chair. But Sherri has not so much as given him a diaper on which the kid can crap.

Sherri believes Lamar defrauded her into signing on with the surrogate, claiming he always planned on leaving her and this was just a transparent ploy to get child support.

Maya Rudolph just filed the birth certificate for her baby -- which is interesting because she gave birth A YEAR AGO.

According to to the document -- obtained by TMZ -- Maya and longtime partner Paul Thomas Anderson gave birth to a baby girl on Aug. 1, 2013 ... naming her Minnie Ida Anderson after Maya's mother, Minnie Riperton.

Everything was pretty much on the down low until the certificate was filed Tuesday in L.A. The reason -- Maya gave birth at home, so there was no hospital to record the birth.

In California ... birth certificates must be filed before the baby turns 1, so Maya and Paul got in just under the wire.

Two days after giving birth ... Jwoww arrived home from the hospital Tuesday carrying her precious cargo -- but she let her fiance carry the baby.

Jwoww held tight to her breast-feeding pillow ... while fiance Roger Mathews toted their newborn daughter, Meilani, in a baby carrier.

They were greeted by "Jersey Shore" co-star Snooki ... who's preggo with her 2nd bambino.

Nice balloons, Snook.

'Today” anchor Savannah Guthrie took her fetus for a walk with Matt Lauer -- and with her enormous belly growing by the minute, we had to ask if the forecast called for … water breaking on live TV.

Guess what -- Lauer's kinda likes the sound o' that. Ratings, baby!

Jwoww's stubborn baby is now officially here ... one day after inducing labor, she gave birth Sunday to a baby whose name you'd probably hear at the shore ... but not the Jersey Shore.

Jwoww and fiance Roger Mathews named their daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews ... the guidette weighed 7lbs, 13 ounces.

As we previously reported, some members of the reality star's family and friends flew out to Jersey for the occasion.

No word on whether any of her co-stars were on hand for the birth.

It's only a matter of time now before Jwoww pushes a miniature guidette out of her lady parts ... at least according to "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Magro.

Ronnie was leaving Boa with a friend Saturday night when he not only confirmed Jwoww's labor has been induced ... but the reality star also gave us props for being the first to report the news.

Jwoww is tired of waiting for her baby to pop out ... so the reality star made plans to induce labor.

Sources close to Jwoww tell us the 28-year old recently put the word out to her inner circle ... letting them know she'd squeeze her baby girl out this weekend -- artificially stimulated or not.

We're told some of her friends and fam rushed to Jersey to support the mom-to-be and fiance Roger Mathews ... and now everyone is patiently waiting to see what happens.

Our sources say it doesn't look like MTV cameras will film the actual birth.

Either way you cut it ... Eva Mendes will give birth to an objectively beautiful baby ... whether it's a boy or a girl -- so concludes a noted forensic artist.

Joe Mullins -- a forensic artist for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children -- studied photos of Eva and Ryan and used computer technology to predict what the kid's gonna look like. Obviously not a precise science, but still fun to predict.

So this is ironic ... Eva Mendes -- now the envy of every woman on the planet and a sizable number of men -- is going to gargantuan lengths to hide the fact that she's carrying Ryan Gosling's baby.

Eva was leaving a parking structure Wednesday in L.A. when she ran into a photog ... hours after news broke she's 7 months pregnant -- allegedly 7 months.

She went through contortions to hide the baby bump, using a Birkin bag, scarves and everything else within arms reach to obfuscate the money shot.
