Kim Kardashian and Kanye West already revealed the name of their third child -- Chicago West -- but now we've got her birth certificate.

According to the doc -- obtained by TMZ -- Chicago was indeed born at 12:47 AM on January 15 and weighed in at 7 lbs. 6 oz.

The delivery doctor is listed as Dr. Paul Crane ... who also delivered North and Saint -- as well as just about every other Kardashian.

As we first reported, the birth was via surrogate.

Pregnant Kylie Jenner finally showed her face for the first time in nearly 5 months ... 'cause mama-to-be's still gotta bring home the bacon.

Kylie posed in bed with her sisters -- Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kourtney -- while rocking their Calvin Klein undies, but she was careful to NOT reveal what everyone's waiting to see.

Obviously, the product shot was a scheduled advertisement, but while all the other sisters showed their lower halves ... Kylie hid her baby bump under a blanket, showing only her bra. Even pregnant Khloe only covered her belly with her hand.

Sorry, Calvin ... mom boobs are all you get from KJ. For now.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hit the town Saturday night ... the first time they've been seen together since the birth of their third child, Chicago.

K & K went to the movies in Calabasas, for a showing of "Honor Up." Damon Dash, Terrence J, and others joint Kim and Kanye for the screening.

Kanye and Kim hosted the evening ... the movie screening was at his Calabasas office.

He's had a hard time not smiling since Chi came into the world. Understandable, indeed.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West might have another baby gift coming their way soon ... all they have to do is ask.

Jon Wyatt -- a grain trader and farmer who owns the Twitter handle @Chicagowest -- tells TMZ ... he's willing to hand it over to Kim and Kanye for their new baby girl if they want it, because selling it "just kind of seems wrong."

We're told so far, the couple hasn't reached out to Jon about his Twitter account ... nor has anyone else.

As for why Wyatt has the @Chicagowest handle ... he says his name was taken when he signed up for Twitter, and he'd just decided to leave Chicago and move out west to the mountains. Makes sense.

Kim and Kanye revealed their baby's name is Chicago -- Kanye's hometown -- on Friday, but she's already going by the nickname Chi (Shy).

Kanye West has done so much for Chicago, naming his daughter after the Windy City is both awesome and deserving ... so says Common.

Common seemed both happy and entertained by his Chicago brethren's name choice for his third born when we got him Friday at LAX.

The name choice had mixed reviews, with one person on Twitter commenting Kanye naming his baby Chicago is the most Kanye thing to do ... but Common says 'Ye deserves the right for good reason.

As we reported ... Kim and Kanye had their third child via surrogate, who gave birth Monday to a healthy girl weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. Kim was in the delivery room during the birth, and we're told she was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby.

As you know, they already have 4-year-old North, and 2-year-old Saint. We're told the kids have been referring to her by the nickname Chi (pronounced Shy).

Less than 72 hours after she was celebrating the arrival of their bundle of joy, Mama KK made sure to remind us she's still the fam's top sex symbol. Besides ... Kylie's on the shelf.

Kris Jenner really is the super (rich) grandma we all wish we had ... 'cause she dropped close to $10k to make sure her 3 new grandkids will be strollin' in the dough.

Kris recently picked up 5 new pricey-as-hell baby strollers for Kim, Khloe and Kylie's kids -- all of which are valued at nearly $11,000 total ... even though she only spent around $8k.

Sources tell us Kris recently purchased 3 Silver Cross Balmoral Prams -- 2 black, 1 white -- at the Couture Kids baby store on Robertson Blvd. in WeHo, which cost $2,699 each. That's $8,097, if you're counting.

We're also told she was gifted 2 Silver Cross wave strollers, which normally cost $1,299 each. Sources say they were shipped out to Kris Thursday ... she put in her orders and requests at least 3 weeks ago.

As we reported ... Kris didn't skimp on baby gear for Kim's newest little girl. Looks like the other babies-to-come are getting the same treatment.

The name of Kim and Kanye's third child remains a mystery but, despite juicy Internet speculation, it has NOTHING to do with Louis Vuitton.

We're told Kim's Instagram post of the iconic Louis Vuitton print Wednesday that whipped fans into a frenzy was meant to honor Kim Jones, not drop a baby name hint.

We're told Jones -- LV's menswear designer since 2011 -- showed his latest collection on the runway Wednesday night, so Kim K's post was simply a shout-out. Jones also once designed a shoe with Kanye.

Adding fuel to this Louis Vuitton baby name theory is the fact Kim also shared a shot of her trash bins plastered with the LV logo a few days before their baby girl was born, but again ... we're told it's just a coincidence.

As for any true leads on the baby name ... Kanye's no help either.

Kris Jenner doesn't scrimp on her grandkids, especially not for the newest Kardashian girl -- for whom she just dropped over $10,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Kris hit up baby boutique Petit Tresor in WeHo late last month and spent at least $10k on some pricey baby merch for Kim and Kanye's latest bundle of joy.

We're told Kris knew the baby would be due in January, so she wanted to get her order in early since a lot of this stuff is custom-made and would take a while to get delivered.

As for the order itself ... sources say Grandma Jenner bought a roughly $3,000 silver cross pram for kids -- which, we're told, was intended for North to push her new little sister around in. She also picked up a handcrafted Anaiza wooden crib for at least $6,000.

Last, but not least ... sources say Kris snapped up a bunch of custom baby outfits with rose applique for ALL of her grandkids at a couple hundred bucks each.

Kanye West just entertained a name suggestion for his new daughter ... and it hits very close to home.

Ye was at his office in Calabasas Wednesday, still beaming with excitement from his and Kim Kardashian's new addition. Yeezy joked he and Kim still hadn't decided on a name for baby #3 ... but when a photog shouted "Donda," Kanye seemed to dig the suggestion, saying, "that's fire."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been offered multi-million dollar deals to provide first photos of their new baby ... and they have REJECTED all of them.

Sources familiar with the offers tell TMZ, various websites and magazines started making offers months ago. All of the offers were north of a million dollars and several outlets offered between $2 and $5 million.

The offers were never entertained ... they were immediately rejected. We're told Kim and Kanye would never consider taking money for the first photos of the baby ... doing so would violate their morals.

But there's more ... Kim and Kanye place the security and safety of their family above all else. They realize the media will eventually get pictures of the baby but they want to do it on their own timetable ... when they're comfortable the safety of the baby is secured.

As for what they've done in the past ... Kim and Kanye posted the first pic of North 2 months after she was born. As for Saint, they also waited a little more than 2 months.

Kanye West isn't wasting any time getting back to work ... heading into the office just a day after welcoming his new baby girl.

West was spotted outside his Calabasas studio Tuesday -- and while he stayed quiet -- he still cracked a big smile when photogs congratulated him on the birth.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye were in the hospital room when their surrogate gave birth to a 7 lbs 6 oz girl at Cedars-Sinai early Monday morning. Kim was the first to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby, and Kanye held her shortly after.

Still no word on a name.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye used a surrogate because she has placenta accreta ... a life-threatening condition that created serious complications during the birth of her second child, Saint.

The surrogate lives in the San Diego area ... it's unclear if she gave birth there or at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. ... where the couple's other two children were born.

Kim Kardashian was taken by surprise by a flash mob Thursday, but what's even more head-turning is her very pregnant sister, Khloe, jumping in on the routine ... IN HEELS!

Kim, Kourtney and Khloe hit up the Topanga Mall in the San Fernando Valley. Cameras were with them, so they were likely shooting for 'KUWTK.'

We're told Kourtney and Khloe organized the dancers as a surprise for Kim. And while Kourtney looks smokin' hot nailing all the moves, it's hard to ignore Khloe joining in the action.

She's over 6 months along with Tristan Thompson's baby, but still getting down.

Riddle us this -- if Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian all go to lunch in the rain, with two sisters expecting but only one of them pregnant ... who drives?

The question's gotta be asked, 'cause the 3 Kardashians found themselves in that exact situation Tuesday as they all grabbed some Italian in Woodland Hills.

It was pouring as they left, and while they certainly had their umbrella handlers -- they didn't have their own driver ... meaning 1 of these ladies got behind the wheel.
