Miss USA 2014 is a total knockout.

Turns out 24-year-old Nia Sanchez -- who won the title over the weekend -- can put you in a coma if you cross the line uninvited ... cause she has a fourth-degree black belt in tae kwon do (see below).

During the competition, Sanchez brought up her martial arts training twice during interviews, which she began practicing when she was 8.

Sparring partners ... take a number.

Either Chris Kattan thought it would be funny to dress as his classic "Saturday Night Live" character Mango for last night's Council of Fashion Designers of America event ... or he's made some serious life changes recently.

You can't-a have-a de Mango ... or the late 90s back.

Soon-to-be divorcée Katharine McPhee did a little advertising on the beach in Cabo this weekend ... showing off her tan-lined body less than two weeks after pulling the plug on her marriage.

As TMZ first reported, McPhee said in her divorce docs she and hubby Nicholas Cokas were separated for seven months before she was spotted locking lips with "Smash" director Michael Morris.

Here's Amanda Bynes (left) looking healthy and fit leaving Cardio Barre in Thousand Oaks on Wednesday ... and Lindsay Lohan (right) exiting Chiltern Firehouse in London.

Nicole Scherzinger did her best Jessica Alba impression over the holiday weekend, showing off her incredible bikini body aboard a yacht in St. Barths.

At 35 years old, the former Pussycat Doll still has several lives left in her.

28-year-old Venezuelan fitness model/Instagram star Michelle Lewin reminded everyone that bikini season is almost upon us ... by wearing one in Miami this week in a way few can.

Kendall Jenner's perfect life hit a speed bump -- in the form of a zit.

KJ's slight imperfection was on display Friday at LAX ... proving she's just like every other 18-year-old.

And then she most likely hopped in her luxury SUV and drove to her mansion to nap on a bed of money.

The transformation is complete -- Mickey Rourke went full-blown yenta Tuesday in L.A., wearing his hair up in a retro bandana stolen from a 1950s housewife, a ratty green top, green shorts, and pink running shoes.

Nicole Kidman showed off her ageless beauty at Cannes ... where her new film, "Grace of Monaco," is set to premiere.

Former Vogue honcho Andre Leon Talley is definitely our pick of the week.

Talley dug deep during his interview with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West during Monday night's Met Gala ... and then touched the golden couple with his fool's gold.

It's unclear how much time passes before the dig and the touch, but Talley is clearly seen touching Kim's shoulder as he kisses her goodbye ... before using the same hand to shake Kanye's.

Mirrors are usually Adriana Lima's best friend, but this afternoon in New York City ... they were her mortal enemy.

Lima was shooting a Maybelline commercial in SoHo Tuesday as she walked around her trailer to get to the door ... all while a gaggle of photogs snapped away.

As Lima turned the corner, she ran SMACK into the bus mirror and hit the ground like a ton of bricks. Or, considering Lima is a supermodel, more like 90 pounds of bricks.

The 2014 Met Gala was a fantastic event, but it wasn't the most original.

Plenty of stars looked amazing last night, while others just looked ... familiar. Check out these photos from last night's event alongside the pics these stars remind us of.

Naya Rivera made men around the country gleeful when she was spotted out in Cabo this weekend wearing an incredibly tiny bikini.

No matter what happens with "Glee," it's clear Naya has the body of work to go far.

There's nothing funny about Jason Alexander's looks!
