Jackie Siegel's face turned into an even bigger disaster than her nightmare of a mansion -- featured in the famous "Queen of Versailles" documentary -- when she suffered a major allergic reaction to a laser treatment.

Jackie looked like an over-cooked lobster when she got home from a skin rejuvenation session in Orlando. She tells TMZ the plan was to celebrate the end of her long-running lawsuit over the docu about her and husband David Siegel's attempt to build the biggest mansion in the U.S.

Siegel FREAKED when she saw her face, and went back to the doc, who assured her everything was okay. She says it took a long, painful week for the swelling to go down, but her face did return to normal.

They should be so lucky with Versailles. Jackie says they're STILL building and it's scheduled to be done next year.

Michelle Phan's built a YouTube empire of 6.6 million followers ... but she did it by jacking huge hits from Kaskade and Deadmau5 and slapping them on her hugely popular videos ... according to a new lawsuit.

Phan -- known as the "beauty bestie" -- is famous for the makeup tips she's been posting since 2007 on YouTube -- but Ultra Records says she's been using music from some of its huge artists without permission. Ultra is home to EDM giants Deadmau5, DJ Kaskade, and Calvin Harris, and many more.

According to the suit filed this week in Los Angeles ... the offending Phan videos have racked up more than 150 MILLION views. Ultra wants Phan to reveal how much cash she's made off her YouTube channel ... and it wants ALL of her profits.

Phan's one of the most popular YouTubers out there. She's even parlayed her online success into an endorsement deal with Dr. Pepper, Lancome ... and her own makeup line.
