Sean Combs, aka Brother Love -- and formerly known as Puff Daddy, Puffy, P. Diddy, Diddy, etc -- is making a splash in Mexico for his 48th birthday.

Diddy LOVE is celebrating with his gf, Cassie. They're staying at Joe Francis' house in Punta Mita, and while they're obviously having a great time ... gotta wonder what the hell Cassie is calling him.

Sean made a big splash over the weekend when he decided to go with his 417th name change. By any name ... he's clearly indulging in all riches can buy.

Kendall Jenner celebrated her 22nd birthday Thursday night, surrounded by friends and family with notable exceptions ... sisters Khloe and Kylie.

Both sisters are pregnant, so it's understandable why they skipped out on dinner at Petite Taqueria in WeHo. Kylie especially has been keeping an unusually low profile.

There was still a strong showing ... Kim, Kanye, Kris, Kourtney and her bf Younes Bendjima, Hailey Baldwin and Caitlyn were all there.

Lil Wayne grabbed a mic in Houston, while Travis Scott grabbed major air as both rappers celebrated their pal Jas Prince's birthday in Houston.

The turn up went down Tuesday night at Warehouse Live ... where the hip-hop mogul threw a huge party for his 30th. Of course, Jas discovered Drake, and hooked him up with Weezy's label, Young Money.

Wayne paid back his "little bro" by jumping on stage for the event. Meanwhile, Jas' fellow H-Town native Travis was doing some serious stage dives. Jas got into it too ... on a smaller scale.

It's interesting, Jas is still in a legal war with Birdman to get royalties on Drake's hits.

Kim and Kanye were moody after her birthday dinner -- as in no mood to talk.

We got them leaving Carousel Restaurant Thursday night after a shindig that, from the look of videos Kim posted, seemed like a fun time.

Kim -- who celebrated her 37th birthday Saturday -- was surrounded by friends and family, including mama bear Kris Jenner and her man, Corey Gamble. Kourtney and Kendall were also there.

Check it out ... Kris was all smiles leaving the party and even answered our guy's question about Kanye's appearance on 'KUWTK' next season. Kim and Kanye ... not so much.

The mood was much different inside the joint, obviously.

Hard to tell who enjoyed Kim Kardashian's birthday party more -- Kim or her kids, since they all let loose in a big way all over Disneyland.

Kim's entourage -- North, Saint, Aunt Kourtney, Larsa Pippen and their kids -- roamed the Anaheim park on Tuesday ... complete with VIP tour guides and bodyguards, of course. The triple digit temps didn't seem to bother the krew.

She's 37 now, but Kim looked more like a carefree 7-year-old while riding Dumbo, the Gadget's GO Coaster and the Monsters Inc. ride.

Jamie Foxx and Lamar Odom literally fought their way in the door to wish Drake happy birthday.

Drake celebrated his 31st Monday night at Poppy, where a massive crowd gathered outside. It was his second party ... he threw an Andy Warhol-themed bash in his native Toronto over the weekend.

On the guest list ... Rae Sremmurd's Swae Lee, G-Eazy, Justin Combs, Jordan Clarkson, apl.de.ap from the Black Eyed Peas. Leo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire were also there.

Looked like Drake was having fun inside ...

DJ Khaled is hooking up his famous son, Asahd, with 2 things for his 1st birthday -- a sick diamond-studded watch, and a ton of patience ... 'cause he can't even wear the watch yet.

Khaled's wife, Nicole Tuck, commissioned Haute Living -- which also threw the birthday bash -- to make a VERY nice watch for Asahd. The piece is laced with more than 600 diamonds which weigh in at 11.65 carats ... all for just over $100k.

We're told the watch is a Franck Muller model in rose gold, with Asahd's name and birth date engraved on the back. It's also adult sized, and seeing as how Asahd just turned 1 ... he probably won't be ballin' out anytime soon. Good to know it's waiting on deck though.

Blac Chyna and Tyga are willing to play nice with each other and even hang out together in public again, but only on one small -- yet growing -- condition ... namely, their son.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... Chyna and Tyga's unexpected reunion this weekend for King Cairo's 5th birthday party at Six Flags was at least 2 months in the making, and mostly thanks to King's nanny.

We're told the nanny convinced the feuding exes to make peace during a 3-way phone convo. The impetus for burying the hatchet -- King was about to start kindergarten, which meant there would be upcoming activities requiring co-parenting.

Before the peace summit, our sources say Chyna didn't even have Tyga's phone number - but now the feeling is they're cool being near each other ... as long as King's third-wheeling.

If nothing else, opening communication lines should help 'em avoid planning disasters like doubling up King's birthday themes.

Usher let the good times roll -- despite multiple lawsuits against him -- by hitting up a roller skating rink for his birthday ... with some of his most high-profile pals.

If the roller rink sounds familiar, it's because Beyonce enjoyed a night there in August.

We're told Usher's party got there around 9 PM and stayed 'til after midnight ... which is when he officially turned 39.

Ashanti killed two birds -- her birthday and her new song -- with one stone ... by ballin' out at 1OAK on Sunset.

The bday shindig went down Tuesday night during the MADE party at 1OAK, and Ashanti was surrounded by a ton of friends. YG, Belly, O.T. Genasis, DJ Mustard and Ashanti’s sis, Shi Shi were photographed. We're told R. Kelly, DeRay Davis and Tyrese were there too.
