Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are standing shoulder to shoulder in Hollywood right now -- but this is no warm and fuzzy reunion.

Ozzy and Black Sabbath are announcing their performance at the 20th anniversary of Ozzfest (which is combining with Knotfest this year) -- and since Sharon is still managing the band, she's right there at the Hollywood Palladium for the announcement.

In fact, she kicked off the event -- to a mix of boos and cheers -- by saying, "I want to introduce you to some friends of mine. Ozzy Osbourne." Ozzy then came out and gave her a brief hug. The crowd went nuts, but there was ZERO mention of the elephant in the room.

As we've reported, Sharon and Ozzy recently split up amid rumors he cheated. Right now, he's living in the family home and she's moved out.

Still, they actually arrived at the Palladium in the same car!

Kylie and Tyga are finished ... dunzo ... for good-zo.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... it happened days before the Met Ball last week. They were both at the gala, but they did not walk the red carpet together, and that was her decision.

As for why ... everyone's being tight-lipped, but we do know this. Tyga took his mom and a model to Mother's Day lunch ... and he's not telling his friends whether she's his new GF.

We also know this ... the breakup was acrimonious. We're told Kylie was bent out of shape that Tyga had the nerve to go to the Met Ball. He was only invited because of her, and she's mad at herself that she didn't think to have him made persona non grata.

The 2 have broken up before, but we're told this time there's no going back.

Adrien Broner is in crisis mode -- BEGGING his fiancee to take him back after reportedly cheating on her.

The boxer and his fiancee -- aka Miss Louiebags -- just had a baby together earlier this year ... but she hit the road after Broner's reported trickiness.

Clearly, the split is driving him crazy ... and he's making all sorts of videos begging her for another chance.

"Baby, I miss you. I hope you see this. Call me, I'm hurting."

Broner says he's been so distracted, he recently got pulled over by the cops because he couldn't think straight.

"Little People, Big World" stars Amy and Matt Roloff's divorce was a VERY even split ... right down to the family pics they collected over 27 years of marriage.

The Roloffs' divorce was finalized in late April. Neither is getting spousal support and their 4 kids are all grown -- so no issue with child support.

Each gets to keep half a stake in their Oregon family farm and the pumpkin salsa company -- which are featured on the show.

There's a special section in the docs about family photos ... it's a 50/50 split and they have to make copies of all the originals and share 'em with one another. Matt also made off with his 2 classic VW Bugs.

The new season of 'LPBW' premiered Tuesday night, and so far it's been the most civil onscreen breakup ... we'll see if it continues that way.

Ozzy Osbourne surfaced a long way from home Tuesday, and while he's looking every bit like a guy in a crisis -- it also looks like he's not giving up on his marriage.

For some reason, Ozzy was down at the University of Phoenix in Orange County, CA ... when he held up his left hand and revealed he's still wearing his wedding ring.

This was just a few hours after Sharon Osbourne went on "The Talk" and confirmed what TMZ first reported -- that she's moved out of their house, now that Ozzy's returned.

Sharon says they're still talking -- obviously, he's keeping hope alive too.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had a showdown Monday, when he came back to the family home, saying he had a right to stay, and her response was simple and strong ... she left.

We're told now Sharon has moved out, at least temporarily. As we reported, Ozzy moved to a hotel after Sharon confronted him over an alleged affair he was having with a celebrity hairstylist.

We're told Ozzy had a change of heart Monday and decided the Beverly Hills home was his as much as hers, and that's why he stood his ground and returned.

Sharon, we're told, has not softened ... she packed some things and left.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split again ... and this time it did not involve drugs ... TMZ has confirmed.

Our sources say Ozzy has moved out and Sharon is staying in the family home. There's no evidence Ozzy's been on drugs for months. When that happens, his pattern is to speak out and she definitely speaks out.

We're told the split definitely did not involve substance abuse.

The couple has been married for 33 years. She left him in 2013 after his drug and alcohol addictions spun out of control, but he got help and she took him back.

Dana Stubblefield was married at the time of his sexual encounter with a babysitter -- but his wife has since filed for divorce ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Paris Hilton struggled with life in the luxurious Swiss Alps, and that's the main factor in her breakup with boyfriend Thomas Gross.

Sources close to Paris tell TMZ she and the Swiss multimillionaire called things off over a month ago. The main problem is they both have their own empires running in different countries. Thomas' work is in Switzerland, while Paris' fashion and DJ work has her between L.A. and Ibiza.

Paris was also unhappy being away from her sister and mom. We're told although she had carte blanche to Gross' private jet and first class commercial flights ... the 12-hour flight between L.A. and Switzerland proved too much over time.

Paris made the round trip several times a month, staying in Cali for a few days each time.

Gwen Stefani got a BIG break in her divorce, thanks to Gavin Rossdale, because we've learned he's now on record with the judge walking away from millions of dollars to which he's legally entitled.

Gwen and Gavin have struck a settlement which was just filed with the court. Sources connected with the couple tell us Gavin has agreed to a lopsided split of property in favor of Gwen.

TMZ broke the story, the couple -- married for 13 years -- did not have a prenup, so under the laws of California Gavin was entitled to 50% of everything acquired during the marriage. Our sources say Gavin did not press to get a big chunk of the money Gwen made from concert and record sales.

We've also learned the couple agreed to a 50/50 joint custody arrangement, although Gavin will end up with more than 50% custody of their 3 kids because of Gwen's touring schedule.

And we've learned, Gavin is not asking for child support, even though he could have pushed for it and Gwen -- who has significantly more money and earning capacity -- would have been on the hook.

All that's left is for the judge to sign off on the settlement, which is just a formality.

'Iron Chef' star Cat Cora was stabbed in the back by her estranged wife, who intentionally ignored PR 101 -- let the celebrity file for divorce against the nobody.

According to documents filed in the divorce between Cat and Jennifer Cora, Cat's lawyer fired off an angry letter to Jennifer's mouthpiece, claiming they had a deal -- Cat would file the divorce petition for "public relations" reasons. Translation ... make it clear Cat was leaving Jennifer.

According to the letter, when Cat was flying somewhere, Jennifer backstabbed her and had her lawyer file for divorce. Cat's lawyer says Jennifer clearly did this out of spite.

The letter, written last October right after the petition was filed, was just included in the court file but makes it clear how nasty this divorce got.

Cat's lawyer also accused Jennifer of trash-talking Cat to their kids' school and to mutual friends.

A couple of Shonda Rhimes' actors -- Liza Weil and Paul Adelstein -- are calling it quits, but their breakup is clearly NOT inspired by either of their juicy shows.

Liza, who stars on "How to Get Away with Murder," just filed for divorce from Paul -- a ShondaLand vet from "Private Practice," "Scandal" and "Grey's Anatomy."

They got married in October 2006, and separated in January of this year -- and, so far at least, the split seems to be free of any Shonda-esque drama.

Drew Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman are reportedly calling it quits after 3 years of marriage.

The two have already separated and although divorce docs have not been filed, it's apparently imminent ... according to Page Six, which first reported the split.

Drew and Will, an art consultant, have 2 toddler girls ... Olive and Frankie.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Cynthia Bailey is desperately trying to save her marriage ... or she's completely given up hope -- depending on your take of this video.

Cynthia arrived solo at LAX over the weekend. We broke the story ... she and husband Peter Thomas are now living in separate cities. When we asked about the split, she insisted there's more to it than 'RHOA' drama or story lines.

Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas' marriage has been torn apart by 'RHOA' ... at least that's how Peter sees it, now that he's moved out of their Atlanta home.

TMZ has learned the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' stars are now living in separate states -- CB's in their ATL home, while Peter's in their Charlotte crib.

We're told it's been this way for months, because Peter decided he doesn't want to do 'Housewives' anymore. He thinks the show drama -- which has focused on their marital issues -- is making it too hard to patch things up when cameras are off.

Despite promos for the upcoming reunion that mention cheating rumors ... we're told Cynthia doesn't think Peter's stepping out on her. No one's filed separation or divorce docs yet, but we're told it's just a matter of time.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez looked relaxed taking the latest Hollywood trend for a test drive ... vacationing with the kids and the soon-to-be ex.

The brood hit the beach in Puerto Vallarta with their 2-year-old son Maceo and Halle's 8-year-old daughter Nahla.

Olivier and Halle even got a little playful while lounging around but we're told they're definitely going through with a divorce ... the trip was strictly for the kids.
