Scout Willis walked around New York City completely topless ... not for fun or comfort, but to protest Instagram's policy when it comes to female nudity.

Using the popular hashtag #FreeTheNipple, Willis posted photos and a series of tweets on Tuesday to voice her outrage over Instagram's rules about female nudity. She captioned the photos "Legal in NYC but not on @instagram."

Scout also posted a photo of a barely covered (and rather buxom) woman from Dan Bilzerian's infamous Instagram and said ... "@instagram pictures of breast cancer survivors have been flagged+deleted but this is super #sick and #hot amiright???"

Kim Kardashian took her girls out for the bachelorette party ... and at least one of 'em whipped out her girls -- yes, we're talking boobs.

Jennifer Blanc Biehn -- wife of Terminator star, Michael Biehn -- is giving herself a special 40th birthday present -- a full nude pictorial in Penthouse Germany.

Biehn, who was in "Dark Angel" back in the day, was 39 when she shot the spread ... but will be 40 when the May issue is released.

Jennifer tells us she wants to show women you can be proud of your body at any age.

Translation: she wants to prove she's still got it.

She just tweeted, "Unfortunately, what was said about my body is completely made up to try and drum up controversy where there is none. Like every woman, I have moments of insecurity, but I love and am proud of my body -- every part of it -- and wouldn't change a thing."

That's right. Kate Upton wouldn't change a thing about her body. Imagine that.

Heidi Klum's new boyfriend, 27-year-old Vito Schnabel, went topless yesterday as he palled around in the ocean with Heidi in Tulum, Mexico.
