Eddie Winslow: I Never Hit Karrine Steffans!
Darius McCrary -- who played Eddie Winslow on "Family Matters" -- claims he never laid so much as a finger on his ex-wife ... and insists her allegations that he beat her with a belt are pure BS.
Darius claims it's all part of a divorce gone wrong ... adding, it's clear his ex -- famous video vixen Karrine Steffans -- "didn't take the finality of the divorce well and has resorted to her old tricks of public defamation."
Darius tells us, he wants everyone to know that "in no way does he condone anyone resorting to violence against another human being to solve a problem."
As we first reported, Karrine has filed for a permanent restraining order against Darius -- who divorced her earlier this year -- claiming he choked her out several times ... and even beat her with a belt in front of her 12-year-old son.
A hearing is set for next week.

Eddie Winslow Accused of Belting Ex-Wife
The guy who played Eddie Winslow on "Family Matters" has been temporarily ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from his ex-wife after allegedly beating her with a belt ... in front of her son.
The woman behind the accusations is famed video vixen Karrine Steffans -- who filed legal papers in L.A. ... describing two separate violent encounters with 34-year-old Darius McCrary.
According to the docs, Karrine claims McCrary "choked me from behind and beat me with a belt" during an argument in February ... an attack allegedly witnessed by her 12-year-old son.
Karrine claims McCrary struck again in November -- choking her and shoving her into a car in front of a large crowd of people at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in L.A.
Now Karrine is asking the judge to make the restraining order more permanent -- she's scheduled to appear in court next week.
Calls to McCrary -- who divorced Karrine earlier this year -- haven't been returned.

L.A. Dodgers -- McCourt Agreement Invalid
A judge has just thrown out a marital agreement that would have made Frank McCourt the sole owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers ... but that's not the end of the story.
TMZ has learned the core of Judge Scott Gordon's ruling is that the post-marital agreement that Jamie and Frank McCourt signed -- making Frank the sole owner of the team -- was invalid because there was no "meeting of the minds" between the former couple.
In essence the judge was saying that Frank and Jamie never had a joint understanding of what it meant when title to the team was transferred solely to Frank.
Erin Barry: I DID NOT Have Affair with Tony Parker
The woman named in the alleged Tony Parker sexting scandal is finally breaking her silence -- adamantly denying that she had an affair with Eva Longoria's husband.
Erin Barry -- wife of Tony's former teammate Brent Barry -- just went to her website and wrote, "I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I 'pursue' Tony Parker."
She continues, "Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship."
"My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided."

Tony Parker & Eva Longoria -- Table for Two Exes
Tony Parker and Eva Longoria reunited for a lunch date in L.A. on Wednesday -- two weeks after she filed to divorce him in Cali ... which was followed by Tony's own filing in Texas. Awwwwkward.
They met on neutral ground ... at a hotel in the L.A. area. Tony was in town because his San Antonio Spurs played the Clippers last night -- but based on Eva's gestures and Tony's expressions ... we're guessing there was little hoops strategy discussed.
No lawyers were present to split the bill.

McCourts Declare Impasse Over L.A. Dodgers
Frank and Jamie McCourt have failed to agree on a property settlement in their divorce -- a settlement that could determine the fate of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The McCourts had until today to accept the settlement proposal by an L.A. Superior Court judge. Frank's lawyer says his client accepted the proposal, but apparently Jamie did not.
Jamie's resistance suggests the judge may have felt Jamie gave her rights to the Dodgers away when she signed a division of property agreement with Frank during their marriage.
So now ... another judge -- Scott Gordon of Mel Gibson fame -- will decide next month ... who gets the Dodgers.

Tony Parker's Lawyer Says Sayonara
Tony Parker just lost his lawyer in his divorce case with Eva Longoria -- because Tony's lawyer also reps the man who's married to the woman Tony was allegedly sexting.
Richard Orsinger, Esq. filed Tony's divorce petition on November 19 in Texas. But sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... when Tony hired Orsinger, the lawyer didn't know another one of his clients -- former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry -- would have a connection to Parker's divorce.
Barry is in the process of getting a divorce from Erin Barry, the woman whom Parker allegedly sexted on the side.
Bottom line ... we're told Orsinger felt it was a conflict of interest to rep both Parker and Barry, so Parker got cut.
But sources tell us Parker is in the process of finding another lawyer and the Texas divorce will proceed. Eva has filed for divorce in Los Angeles.
