The moving truck that supposedly took stuff from Ashton Kutcher's house yesterday didn't go there at all -- TMZ has confirmed.

The photo agency that distributed the picture claimed the van went to Ashton and Demi's place, but the couple's rep tells TMZ, the van wasn't at their house ... in fact, it wasn't even on their street.

Tareq Salahi won't get the chance to trash his "groupie slut" wife in open court ... for now ... because he and Michaele have agreed to suspend their divorce proceedings while they try to hash out a settlement in private mediation.

It's a pretty shocking move considering the Salahis might be the biggest fame whores on the planet -- but sources close to Tareq tell us, he feels handling the issues behind closed doors will be the most effective way to get a deal done quickly.

Tareq filed a formal request to dismiss his divorce complaint earlier this month ... and we're told private mediation is set to begin in November ... when Michaele's other man, Neal Schon, finishes up his tour with his band, Journey.

We've learned Kelsey Grammer is going into court this week ... asking a judge to impose a gag order on ex-wife Camille after her encounter with TMZ last week.

Our camera guy ran into Camille and her son last Tuesday -- and asked Camille which activities she enjoys doing with her kids. Camille instructed her son to answer the question and he replied, "Play."

Sources tell us Kelsey wasn't happy with the situation -- and wants the family judge to prohibit Camille from exposing their kids to media cameras in the future.

Sources connected with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" tell us ... Camille is indignant because just days later Kelsey paraded both of their children in front of a bank of cameras at Boa, a place ALWAYS buzzing with paparazzi.

So we ask ...

Forget tennis and dance class, Kelsey Grammer takes his kids to one of the nicest steakhouses in Hollywood ... with full knowledge cameras would capture the whole thing.

Kelsey made a grand exit from BOA last night, surrounded by a small brood of children -- including his and Camille's 3-year-old Jude and 6-year-old Mason.

Debra Wilson -- who became pretty famous playing a wacked-out Whitney Houston on "MADtv" -- has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to the docs, Wilson cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.

Wilson married Cliff Skelton, a cinematographer, in 2006.

Camille Grammer's instincts were right -- that Kelsey Grammer would not take his kids to tennis, dance and other activities while he has the kids this week -- so she's now taking matters into her own hands.

We got Camille taking her son to a tennis lesson Tuesday, and she was more than willing to tell us either she or the nanny will be shuttling her kids back and forth this week.

Camille and Kelsey had to go to court last week because they couldn't agree on the custody arrangement while Kelsey was in L.A. Camille tried convincing the judge Kelsey would not take the kids to their pre-arranged activities because he didn't want to see her face-to-face, but the judge still gave Kelsey the kids for the week, provided they don't miss tennis, dance and what not.

But Kelsey has been a no-show at dance and tennis this week, and Camille has given up on him.

Country star Sara Evans has obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband -- claiming he irreparably harmed their children by badmouthing her on Anderson Cooper's new TV show.

Craig Schelske appeared on "Anderson" back on September 20 -- claiming he lost custody of his kids because Sara falsely accused him of being a porn-obsessed adulterer.

Sara claims the interview not only violated a temporary injunction she obtained against Craig back in 2010 -- blocking him from bashing Sara in public -- it also "caused and will continue to cause irreparable harm to the children."

On September 21 -- a day after the interview aired -- Sara filed a request for a restraining order to block Craig from making further statements about their divorce proceedings. A judge signed the order the same day.

Kelsey Grammer fought hard to get his kids this week, but hours after picking them up, he had the nanny take his daughter to her dance lesson.

TMZ broke the story ... Kelsey and Camille were in court Friday, because Kelsey wanted the kids while he was in L.A. this week but Camille had serious reservations. The judge gave Kelsey the kids, provided he guaranteed they would attend their regularly scheduled activities, including soccer and dance.

Camille showed up in Malibu this afternoon for daughter Mason's dance class, but Kelsey was a no show. We're told Kelsey has not wanted to be near Camille since they separated, and he's missed several of the kids' events -- including Mason's piano recital -- because Camille was there.

After fighting with Kelsey Grammer in family court over visitation of their two children on Friday, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer escaped for some relaxing bikini time in Palm Springs with her new boyfriend and her kids this weekend.

James Marsden and his soon-to-be ex-wife Lisa Linde walked around Studio City yesterday with their 10-year-old son Jack.

Judgment Day has come for "Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong ... and a court has decided the actor owes more than $15,000 in back child support payments to his ex-wife.

According to papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Furlong has only forked over $3,201 in payments to ex-wife Rachael Kneeland since December -- problem is, he still owes another $12,108 PLUS another $3,840 in interest.

Kneeland -- who starred as Becca in "The Ring" back in 2002 -- had a son with Furlong ... before divorcing him back in 2009.

NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders wants to put the kibosh on rumors he filed for divorce from Pilar Sanders ... telling TMZ while they've talked about splitting up, he's NEVER filed legal papers.

Prime Time says that he and Pilar are currently still together -- but in the process of figuring out "what's best for our future, our lives, and our kids."

Reports are circulating the two split after allegations Deion was unfaithful -- but Sanders tells us the infidelity rumors were nothing more than a failed extortion attempt.

"X-Men" star James Marsden's wife has filed for divorce, TMZ has learned.

Lisa Linde cited irreconcilable differences. She's seeking spousal support and joint legal and physical custody.

A rep for James tells TMZ, "This was a mutual decision. They are committed to raising their kids together and remain great friends."

The couple married in 2000 and have two children -- a son and a daughter.

Lisa filed for divorce on September 23rd. So this is interesting ... TMZ got video of James at 4:30 AM that morning, outside the Papaya King hot dog shop in New York, singing with a bunch of friends.

TMZ has learned Kelsey Grammer just won his battle with Camille Grammer in custody court, but it comes not only with strings attached, but the possibility of an explosion of tempers.

As we first reported, Kelsey and Camille were in family court this morning -- the first time they've come face-to-face since they separated.

Sources tell TMZ ... the two were at an impasse, because Kelsey wanted to take the former couple's two children for 6 days, beginning Monday, while he's in L.A.

We're told Camille, who is repped by Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, did not want Kelsey to take the kids because Kelsey would not agree to take them to their regularly scheduled activities, which includes dance, sports and therapy.

With Kelsey's lawyer, Lance Spiegel by his side, we're told the judge allowed Kelsey to take the kids for the 6 days, but under the ruling he must also take them to ALL of their scheduled activities.

Now here's where it gets interesting. We're told up to now Kelsey has refused to attend any of the events in which his kids participate if Camille is present -- and she's been to pretty much everything.

And, our sources say, Camille will attend ALL of the scheduled activities next week.

Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer just showed up in court to do battle in their custody case, and it's the first time they've seen each other since they separated.

Now get this ... Kelsey walked into court with his newest wife, Kayte -- smiling, hand-in-hand. But when it came time to call the case, everyone other than Kelsey, Camille and their lawyers were thrown out -- including Kayte.

And Kayte then walked into the hallway, sat down and teared up.

The nightmare is over for Stacey Dash ... a judge has finally granted her divorce from actor Emmanuel Xuereb -- the man she claims beat her up on multiple occasions.

Dash -- arguably hotter than another famous 45-year-old (see poll) -- filed for divorce in January 2010 ... the same day she filed for a restraining order against the guy.

TMZ broke the story ... Dash claimed Xuereb hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage ... but she was afraid to report it to police.

Last week, an L.A. County Superior Court judge signed off on the divorce -- making Dash, a former Playboy model, a very, very eligible bachelorette.
