Just hours after blindsiding Kris Humphries by filing for divorce, Kim Kardashian had one of her minions bring a massage table to her home on Monday.

We're told the newly single 31-year-old is getting an in-house full body rub down today.

Being married for 72 days can be very stressful.

Kris Humphries is willing to do whatever it takes to repair his broken marriage -- telling TMZ, "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents."

Kris adds, "I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce ... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce Monday morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries ... TMZ has learned, and now we have the documents.

We're told even though the marriage was short, she is not seeking an annulment. It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences."

The date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. According to the docs, Kim wants Kris to foot his own lawyers' fees and she'll pay hers. And, she wants the court to reject any move by Kris to get spousal support.

And, the docs list the length of the marriage as a measly 2 months.

Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel's almost ex-wife.

As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement ... Kim made sure of that.

Rumors of a split had been swirling for some time and the two were spotted out to dinner last week ... looking less than pleased with one another.

The couple was married on August 20 in a lavish ceremony (see below) in Montecito, CA. There are reports that the wedding cost as much as $10 mil, which means $138,888 for every day until today.

Kim Kardashian still insists she was in it for the long haul with Kris Humphries before filing for divorce -- claiming, "I had hoped this marriage was forever."

Kim just released a statement on the split -- saying, "After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision."

Kim adds, "I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

12:10 PM: Khloe just released her own statement on Twitter, claiming the family has been getting hate mail after news broke of Kim's divorce ... writing, "Reading some these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything."

Khloe adds, "Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer! I love YOU."

Kris Humphries desperately tried to save his marriage to Kim Kardashian, because he's telling friends ... he doesn't believe in divorce.

Kris, who's a religious guy, is telling friends he and Kim discussed the possibility of divorce, but he believed they could work their problems out.

We're told Kris didn't know Kim was actually filing legal papers until this morning.

And, Kris is telling friends ... the stories that he was cheating on Kim are B.S. We're told Kris is "bummed."

The people closest to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries circled the wagons to convince the media everything was A-OK with the former couple ... lying to the media just days before Kim filed for divorce.

Khloe Kardashian was out shopping in L.A. Friday, when she told photogs the rumors about a possible Kim-Kris break-up weren't true -- insisting, "Don't believe anything."

Same thing from Kris' sister, Kaela, last Thursday ... who also tried to convince the cameras everything was hunky dorey (below).

Kardashian Divorce Why They Broke Up ...

Kim Kardashian will never, ever move to Minnesota ... everyone knows that ... except Kris Humphries.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... one of the main points of contention in the marriage was where the couple would live after all of the wedding madness finally died down.

We're told Kris was passionate about eventually settling down in Minnesota, where he's from ... and believed Kim was on board with the plan. She wasn't.

Sources tell us Kim -- who's from L.A. -- wants to stay near her family ... and she also feels that staying in town is the best thing for her career.

So why didn't this conversation come up before the $10 million wedding? We're told the two talked about their future ... but got caught up in the hooplah and figured they would simply figure it out after they tied the knot.

Sources say it's not a nasty break-up ... but we're told the two have come to a realization that it's not a long-term fit.

'The Office' Star Divorcing 'Mentalist' Hunk

The woman who played the receptionist on the British version of "The Office" is pulling the trigger on her 4-year marriage to "The Mentalist" hunk Owain Yeoman ... TMZ has learned.

Lucy Davis filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court earlier this month ... citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

According to the docs, the couple separated back in January. They have no children together.

FYI -- Lucy's character was the basis for Pam Beesly on the American version of "The Office" ... which begs the question ...

Jennifer Lopez I Didn't Cry Over Marc Anthony

Jennifer Lopez is telling friends ... she didn't break down on stage Saturday night because of Marc Anthony -- or any other ex for that matter -- she choked up because she was thinking about her kids.

During part of her performance at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut -- when she sang "Until It Beats No More" -- several dancers dressed as men from her past ... like Diddy, Cris Judd, and Ben Affleck ... and Jennifer teared up, telling the crowd, "I took a trip down memory lane."

But sources tell TMZ, Jennifer is claiming it wasn't her exes who brought her to tears ... it was a picture of the singer and her babies that was displayed on the jumbo-tron during her performance.

According to sources, the photo -- shot for a Gucci ad last fall -- has some serious sentimental value to J.Lo ... and when she saw the image during an already emotional performance ... it pushed her over the edge.

Lopez' twins -- who she had with estranged hubby Marc Anthony -- were born in 2008.

Here come the waterworks -- TMZ has obtained video of Jennifer Lopez tearing up on stage Saturday night in Connecticut ... moments after she performed the song "Until It Beats No More."

The video kicks in right after Lopez -- who split from hubby #3 Marc Anthony in July -- finished up the performance.

Lopez had introduced the song by saying, "I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love ... a lot has changed since then."

Whoever was cutting those onions in the crowd should be ashamed of himself.

Jennifer Lopez began crying on stage during a concert in Connecticut Saturday night ... after singing the "last song I wrote about love."

Lopez was performing at the Mohegan Sun casino ... when things became emotional and the singer -- who recently split from hubby #3 Marc Anthony -- began to tear up in front of the crowd.

Lopez had just finished performing an acoustic version of "If You Had My Love" ... when she reportedly told the crowd, "I'm going to sing you the last song I wrote about love ... a lot has changed since then."

Lopez then performed, "Until It Beats No More" ... which was originally released earlier this year, before she split from Anthony.

Christina Milian and The Dream are no longer Mr. and Mrs. ... TMZ has learned, after a judge in Fulton County, Georgia finalized their ugly, drawn-out divorce this week.

As we previously reported, the ex-couple hammered out a settlement agreement in November last year -- and they've been waiting for the official decree ever since.

Christina and The Dream got married in 2009 -- and Dream filed for divorce a year later, 9 days before Christina gave birth to their only child.

Daniel Baldwin's Wife The Million Dollar Divorce Demand

The Daniel Baldwin divorce is officially back on ... just months after the actor and his wife put the split on hold ... and this time, she's making some HUGE financial demands.

Joanne Baldwin has just filed a fresh set of divorce papers in Oregon ... claiming she and Daniel have irreconcilable differences that have caused "the irremediable breakdown of their marriage."

In the papers, Joanne is demanding $4k per month in child support for their 2 children -- plus HALF of all of Daniel's earnings, including 50% of a $100k payday the actor is allegedly set to make in Australia.

Joanne is also asking the court to require Daniel to take out a $1,000,000 life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids.

According to the docs, Joanne wants sole custody of the couple's children. She's also demanding to be awarded all of the furniture that she owned prior to the marriage.

As TMZ previously reported, Daniel had filed for divorce back in July ... but both he and Joanne agreed to dismiss the divorce petition in August.

Calls to both Joanne and Daniel have not been returned.

Kelsey Grammer Camille Thought She Married Frasier

Kelsey Grammer says he thinks Camille Grammer only married him "because I was Frasier" ... and claims she regretted the marriage just DAYS after they tied the knot.

Grammer appeared on "Piers Morgan Tonight" yesterday ... and said, "[Frasier] had this great wonderful life ... he was stylish ... and just a little gay ... Kelsey Grammer is a different story."

But Grammer's smile disappeared when Piers asked about the most hurtful thing Camille has said about him ... and the actor replied, "She once said that I didn't want my daughter ... that pissed me off."

Moments later, Kelsey changed his mind ... saying, "The thing that she said that hurt me the most ... that hurt Kayte [his new wife] and me ... is that thing about the child we lost ... something about it being karma ... it's just disgusting."

Frank & Jamie McCourt Strike Divorce Settlement, Dodgers Still in Limbo

Frank and Jamie McCourt have reached a divorce settlement which will secure Jamie as a very rich woman, but at a price ... she's relinquishing all claims to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Under the settlement, which must still be approved by the judge, Jamie will snag $130 million ... this according to a report. The judge rejected an earlier settlement proposal, partly because of an unorthodox TV deal that fronted money to Frank. The TV deal is not part of this settlement.

So on the surface -- when it comes to the Dodgers -- it's a big victory for Frank. But insiders say far from a victory, Frank is probably going to lose the team, because at the end of the month a bankruptcy judge will decide if the Dodgers will go on the auction block.

Insiders think the judge will force the sale -- which should produce anywhere from $700 million to a billion bucks for the team.

12:17 PM: Frank and Jamie just released a joint statement ... Jamie will no longer stand between Frank and his TV deal -- claiming, "Jamie will be withdrawing her opposition to the Dodgers proposed sale of media rights and instead will be filing papers in support of the process."

Jonny Fairplay's Ex I WON'T Reconcile for VH1 Reality Show

Former "Survivor" villain Jonny Fairplay has once again been REJECTED by his ex-wife ... who SHOT DOWN an offer to reunite on a VH1 reality show ... because she still hates his guts.

TMZ has learned ... Fairplay and his ex Michelle Deighton -- a former "Top Model" contestant -- were both asked to appear on the upcoming VH1 show "Relationship Rehab."

The show would require both Johnny and Michele to attend couple's therapy together ... while living in the same house during production. Both were offered a lucrative 5-figure deal.

Johnny agreed immediately ... but Deighton, not so much ...

Not only did she TURN DOWN the offer, but she also told producers she still HATES Johnny so much, she wouldn't live under the same roof with the guy for A MILLION DOLLARS.

Deighton and Fairplay divorced earlier this year -- Michelle claimed the relationship was simply "unhealthy."
