Cat Cora Divorcing Wife ... Custody War Brewing

Published | Updated

Iron Chef Cat Cora's marriage to wife Jennifer Cora has disintegrated and all signs point to a bitter custody struggle over their 4 kids.

TMZ has obtained the dueling divorce docs ... both women filed on the same day, with Jennifer requesting full physical custody of their kids. Cat is asking for joint physical custody.

The two have been married since 2013 and have four sons together -- 3 of whom Jennifer gave birth to and 1 who was carried by Cat.

Cat's been the breadwinner, which is probably why Jennifer's asking for spousal support.

Cat's had her share of problems, most notably getting busted for DUI in June 2012.

Cat's been a food force for a long time ... she's one of the original American Iron Chefs, and she operates 4 restaurants.

Cat was most recently a guest judge on "Cutthroat Kitchen."

Gavin Rossdale 'Suspicious' Over Gwen/Blake Relationship

Published | Updated

Gavin Rossdale is "suspicious" over estranged wife Gwen Stefani's story that she just became an item with Blake Shelton ... our sources say he just doesn't buy it.

Sources close to Gavin tell us he smelled something was up between Gwen and Blake before their marriage blew up. We're told he does not believe the timing of his divorce with Gwen and Blake's divorce with Miranda Lambert is coincidental.

We're told Gavin believes Gwen was painting him as a bad guy for cover ... he thinks she was worried he'd take her to the cleaners if he found out she had already hooked up with Blake.

And our sources say Gavin's gripes go beyond Blake. He can't believe she's calling him a control freak, because she demanded he NOT go on tour out of paranoia he'd cheat on her. He says she browbeat him into staying home, which greatly impeded his ability to make money. As one source said, "She just didn't let him work."

And finally, we're told he's indignant she recorded a "woe is me" song, "Used to Love You," in which she cries, "Nobody taught you how to love." We're told Gavin's scoffing at the lyrics, saying he was good enough for her for a long time.

Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale Say Goodbye to Family Home

Published | Updated

Gwen Stefani is wiping her hands clean of ex-husband Gavin Rossdale by selling the family estate.

Real estate sources tell us Gavin's the one who wanted the Beverly Hills house back in 2007, but Gwen never really liked it that much. The house is modern and Gwen really likes Spanish.

We're told Gwen wants to sell the house on the down-low ... it's a pocket listing where her realtor has put the word out she's looking for a buyer.

It's an impressive pad ... 9,000 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 9 baths and the requisite large pool.

As for the price ... they bought the home for $13.25 million back in 2007 ... during the height of the housing crisis. Prices have swelled so there should be millions in profits. Sources tell TMZ, the house is community property and they will split profits.

Master P Forced to Support Estranged Wife ... with Big Money

Master P's estranged wife is finally getting a BIG FAT check from the rap mogul -- a judge is forcing him to fork over child and spousal support in their nasty divorce war.

Sonya Miller will get $27,047 each month from Master P. Here's the breakdown -- $16,574 in spousal support, and $10,473 in child support. In addition, P has to pay Sonya's attorney fees ... another $200k.

The judge also settled an ongoing battle over the family home in Calabasas ... ruling that Sonya has the exclusive right to live there. TMZ broke the story, Sonya said Master P was trying to force her out of the house. He told us he didn't want her partying there with her boyfriend.

These terms are temporary -- both sides are still identifying and adding up the marital assets, and the amount of support will likely be adjusted once that's done.

Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani Hangin' in Nashville

Published | Updated

Gwen Stefani took a private jet to Nashville Tuesday with a male passenger in his late 30's ... Blake Shelton ... TMZ has learned.

Blake will be performing Wednesday night at the CMAs. Gwen has no reason to be in Nashville, other than the fact that Blake is there.

We're told they have not decided whether Gwen will show up tonight, but if she does it will be more than interesting, because Miranda Lambert will also be performing.

Multiple sources close to Gwen tell TMZ, she and Blake are not "in a relationship right now," but all acknowledge they're hanging out a lot. One source said, "They could be in a relationship in the future but right now they're just good friends." The source did not define "good friends."

'CSI' Star George Eads Nasty Custody Battle Brewing In Divorce

'CSI' star George Eads will face off with his soon-to-be ex-wife over the custody of their one-year-old daughter in an ugly divorce.

Eads filed divorce docs against Monika Casey ... the two have been married for 4 years. Eads wanted joint physical and legal custody of their daughter Dylan. However, Monika is asking for sole physical custody of the kid.

The two disagree on more than just custody of their daughter. Eads claims the two had a prenup but Monika doesn't mention it. In fact ... she's asking for spousal support.

They cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce ... the two appeared on an episode of "Flipping Out," but no word if a rough home remodel led to the split.

Halle Berry Ringing In Post-Divorce Hotness With A Trip To ...

Published | Updated

Halle Berry is suffering after her divorce ... from some serious post breakup HOTNESS!!!!

Halle surfaced Thursday afternoon for the first time since filing for divorce from French hubby Olivier Martinez.

So where was the "Extant" star headed? ... Starbucks? Pick up her kids? Divorce lawyer?

None of the above ... Halle stopped by the office of LA City Council President Herb J. Wesson, Jr. who's been working with the actress to bring awareness to the Jenesse Center, South LA's oldest domestic violence program.

BTW … Halle hasn’t ditched the ring on her wedding finger.

Olivier Martinez I Will Not Start a Custody War with Halle

Published | Updated

Olivier Martinez will not wage a custody war with Halle Berry, sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... because he does not want to go through with the savagery he witnessed between Halle and Gabriel Aubry.

We're told Olivier was horrified by the bitterness between Halle and Gabriel, and the toll it took on their daughter Nahla. He's satisfied with joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Maceo, and we're told Halle is also down with that.

We're also told Olivier has no intention of moving to France and starting a Kelly Rutherford/Daniel Giersch type international war.

It's lucky for Halle, because she wanted to move Nahla to France, and tried unsuccessfully to convince a judge it was a better place to raise kids than the U.S.

Olivier Martinez Shoeless Hubby Comes Home For 10 Minutes

Published | Updated

Olivier Martinez rolled up to the last place anyone would think to see him Wednesday PM ... the home of his soon-to-be ex-wife Halle Berry.

He wasn't there picking up a pair of old shoes either ... he resurfaced 10 minutes later and drove off.

They have filed dueling divorce cases this week, each claiming to be the petitioner.

As we previously reported, Berry's lawyer filed a second divorce petition hours before this picture was taken ... this time using their real names.

Halle Berry Files for Divorce From Olivier ... AGAIN!!!

Published | Updated

Halle Berry is done playing court games ... she's filed for divorce for a second time this week, and this time around she used real names, not aliases.

TMZ obtained a copy of the new docs, filed Wednesday. Halle lists her real name and Olivier Martinez's as well. You'll recall, TMZ broke the story Halle filed her first divorce petition Monday using the alias Hal Maria.

She also gives her son's real name -- Maceo. In the first petition, she listed him as Mac Martin.

The specifics in the document are identical to Monday's filing ... she's asking for custody based on the "best interests" of 2-year-old Maceo.

There's a prenup that keeps all of her money separate from his, and vice versa.

As we reported, Olivier filed his own divorce petition Tuesday, so now Halle has made it clear she wants to be the petitioner and NOT him. So a fight seems to be brewing.

Halle Berry Divorce Alias ... Hal Maria vs. Oliver Martin

Published | Updated

Halle Berry's divorce petition went under the radar, because she didn't use her real name, and now a legal fight is brewing over who's divorcing who.

TMZ obtained the docs Halle filed Monday ... one day before Olivier Martinez filed his own divorce petition.

Halle gives her name as Hal Maria. Hal is obviously short for Halle, and Maria is her middle name. We're told she did it for privacy reasons.

Olivier Martinez is listed as Oliver Martin.

Halle's lawyer, Steve Kolodny, even listed their 2-year-old son Maceo as an alias -- Mac Martin.

As for whether filing under an alias is legal or not, it's somewhat unclear, and a judge may have to decide if Halle's petition is legit or if Olivier becomes the petitioner.

We do know this ... Halle did not properly serve Olivier ... she just handed him the documents, which she's not allowed to do. Under California law, a party to an action can't serve the other party.

One interesting thing in Halle's divorce document ... as we reported, the couple has a prenup, and now we know the document provides that each party is entitled to the earnings they made during the marriage ... at least according to Halle.

Olivier Martinez Files for Divorce Against Halle ... The Plot Thickens

Published | Updated

Olivier Martinez has just filed for divorce against Halle Berry, TMZ has learned ... and the plot is thickening.

TMZ broke the story Halle filed for divorce Tuesday morning, but the divorce petition is nowhere to be found in the system. A source connected to Halle tells us it was filed under pseudonyms.

Apparently Olivier doesn't think fake names are kosher, so his lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, has just filed for divorce listing Olivier as the petitioner.

As for why being the petitioner is important, in Hollywood it matters who left who.

Olivier's asking for joint custody of the couple's 2-year-old son, Maceo. As we reported, they have a prenup so money will not be an issue.

We're told Olivier and Halle have not been getting along and last week was a breaking point, after an LAX employee sued Olivier for pushing a car seat into his chest. He also named Halle and we're told she went nuclear on Olivier saying he's responsible for her bad publicity.

We're told Halle and Olivier had a fundamental personality clash. She is "very difficult" and "goes nuts when she doesn't get her way," and Olivier has a temper, though not violent toward her. It was a bad combo.

Halle Berry, Olivier Martinez Divorcing

Published | Updated

Halle Berry filed for divorce from Olivier Martinez ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Halle cited irreconcilable differences. As for money, we're told it's not an issue because the couple had a prenup.

A source close to the couple tells us, "They have a personality difference." And the incident at LAX, where Olivier hit a guy with a car seat, exacerbated their conflicts. Olivier got sued for the incident last week and our sources say the couple argued about the suit, and it became a breaking point.

One source tells us the 2 year marriage went into a tailspin a week ago ... to the point each of them had it with the marriage, but Halle filed first.

Another source said, "They're just very, very different people. He's a very macho guy, and things just didn't jive."

The couple issued a joint statement ... "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus for what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children's privacy, as we go through this difficult period."

They have one child together, Maceo, who is 2 years old. Halle also has a daughter, Nahla, from a previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

Our sources say Halle is not asking for joint or primary custody, but rather what is in "the best interests of the child."

We're told the expectation on Halle's part is for a quick, non-contentious divorce.

Romeo I'm No Money Mule for Master P

Published | Updated

Romeo's record company is no shell company for his dad Master P to hide millions ... and he's got receipts to prove it to his mother -- who dragged him into her divorce war.

A source close to Romeo tells us the rapper insists No Limit Forever is more his deal, and less about his father. He's saying he founded the label, and all the money in its bank account is his.

Master P and his estranged wife, Sonya Miller, started No Limit Records in the '90s -- and she's fighting for a cut of that fortune, but claims Master P is hiding cash in their son's similarly named label.

We're told Romeo is upset his mother sued him, and put him smack in the middle of the divorce ... but he has a paper trail to prove her wrong in court, when and if it becomes necessary.
