Former NBA star Dwight Howard filed for divorce from his wife Amber Howard -- hours after she made bombshell accusations against him online, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Dwight filed for divorce on Monday morning. He listed the date of marriage as January 11, 2025, but said they are not separated, with no hope of reconciliation. 

Dwight said the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” He noted that they had no children. 

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline was hit with a lawsuit over an allegedly unpaid credit card bill just weeks before the pop star’s arrest ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, K-Fed was sued by Bank of America on February 19 in Hawaii.

The bank alleges the one-time DJ owes $12,186.64 ... but has failed to pay up on the bill.

The suit said Kevin opened his account in December 2024 …. which would be one month after Britney made her last child support payment to him for their sons, Jayden and Sean.

Anderson .Paak's divorce is starting to pick up movement ... with his estranged wife requesting primary physical custody of their 2 kids -- and spousal support.

The musician's estranged wife Jae Lin filed legal docs in L.A., obtained by TMZ, earlier this week ... Jae says she wants to share legal custody of their children, ages 9 and 13 ... but she wants primary physical custody, with Anderson getting secondary physical custody and visitation.

She's also requesting spousal support, and wants to terminate the court's ability to award such support to Anderson.

James Marsters has been paying his ex-wife Patricia Jasmin Rahman thousands in spousal support for nearly five years ... but it appears the monthly payments will end soon.

According to the divorce judgment, the veteran actor agreed to pay a base payment of $4K every month to Rahman beginning August 1, 2021 ... which is set to continue until either one of them dies, Rahman remarries, or June 1, 2026 -- whichever comes first.

In addition, if Marsters' yearly income was to exceed a certain threshold in any year, the star would also have to make an additional payment to Rahman, according to the deal.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" stars Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger are ending their marriage just shy of their 10-year anniversary ... TMZ has learned.

In their joint court filing, obtained by TMZ, the couple listed the standard "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

According to the papers, filed in January, the couple have two children together -- 6-year-old Everleigh and 4-year-old Gemma.

Bethenny Frankel is allegedly dragging her feet on being deposed in a multimillion-dollar battle over issues with her divorce ... but the reality star's lawyer adamantly denies she's dragging it out ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Bethenny’s former lawyer, Jamie Schreck, claims the 'RHONY' alum has not been providing dates for her to be deposed ... since 2022.

Jamie said Bethenny has “abandoned” the case, “failing to prosecute or do anything on it for nearly four years.” He said she has not responded to his offer to settle the case for $25K ... in addition to not providing available dates to be deposed. Bethenny and her team have since engaged with the suit and dispute she ever abandoned the case.

"Summer House" star Amanda Batula had a rough time breaking up with Kyle Cooke ... but now she's getting so many DMs about instances when Kyle allegedly cheated on her that she's glad she finally pulled the trigger on their divorce.

Amanda told Marie Claire she wasn't alerted to Kyle's alleged flings earlier because he's been "wildly protected" -- and not by Bravo or Kyle's friends ... but by other women.

Pink and her longtime husband Carey Hart are officially through ... with the two deciding to end their relationship after 20 years of marriage -- according to People.

The outlet announced the news Thursday, citing unspecified sources.

Pink and Carey met at the 2001 Summer X Games in Philadelphia ... dating off and on until he proposed in 2005. They married in Costa Rica in January 2006.

Corey Feldman and Courtney Feldman's marriage is officially over ... after a Los Angeles judge signed off on their divorce agreement Wednesday -- but the actor ain't getting away scot-free.

Per Corey and Courtney's divorce agreement, the "Gremlins" star must pay his former wife a $100,000 lump sum for spousal support ... with the first $10K payment being made within five days of executing the agreement, and then another $10K every two months until the full amount is paid off.

He's also responsible for debt to the IRS from 2021, which -- according to the docs -- he's "been paying down."

But, he is also leaving the marriage with a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada, 5 shares of Tesla Stock, and his Michael Jackson collectables.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" alum Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is once again staring down divorce papers ... 'cause his current wife has filed -- and it's the fifth time between the two.

TMZ obtained the docs, showing Lesley Beador has officially pulled the plug on their marriage. She's asking for legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Anna Love Beador ... but she does check the box for David to be granted visitation.

Lesley is also seeking spousal support ... and wants the court to block any spousal support award to David.
