Drew Sidora told a judge she doesn’t have the funds to move out of the home she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, despite being ordered to vacate by next month ... TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Bravo star said she doesn’t have the “financial resources,” nor has she picked out a new home, which makes it hard to be out by May 31. She said she and her oldest child will be “homeless” if the court doesn’t reconsider the decision.

Drew said Ralph’s income is three times hers. She also claims he agreed to share joint physical custody, only to switch up his request to primary while they were in court.

Former Maroon 5 bassist Mickey Madden is officially single ... 8 months after his wife filed for divorce following claims of abuse and a short-lived marriage.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles judge signed off on the divorce between Madden and his now-former wife Kate Bowman, meaning they are both single once again. The parties reached a final agreement on all the outstanding issues last month.

But, the arrangement is going to be kept confidential ... so no juicy deets here.

We broke the news of their divorce -- Bowman headed to an L.A. court in August 2025 to split from Madden after just 3 months of marriage.

Well, this is a shocker ... TMZ has learned Ben Affleck has handed over his entire interest in the $60 million mansion he bought with then-wife Jennifer Lopez ... and we're talkin' 10s of millions of dollars!

TMZ has obtained court documents that show they modified their property settlement agreement, which shows a "transfer of property among spouses." The document isn't specific as to the exact nature of the transfer, but sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Ben GAVE Jen his entire stake in the property -- FOR FREE!!!

TMZ broke the story ... when they bought the property in May 2023, they plunked down $60,850,000 CASH. On top of that, they spent millions of dollars on improvements. They've been trying to sell the house publicly since July 2024 -- a month before Jen filed for divorce -- but so far, no takers.

They initially asked for $68M, but lowered the price to $52M back in September, still with no luck.

Cardi B’s got some 'splaining to do about the paternity of her youngest child, at least according to Offset, who was clearly wondering if it was his or Stefon Diggs' ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained a court order issued in Cardi and Offset’s divorce case on February 25, 2026 ... and in it, the judge denied the ex-Migos rapper's request for a DNA test on the baby, but the paternity request he wanted for another child of Cardi's was granted.

The dates of birth of the children are redacted in the order, but one is described as a "newborn," so that's gotta be Stefon's kid, who was born in November. The last child Offset and Cardi had together was born in 2024.

12:42 PM PT -- The restraining order has been granted -- Shyla Walker must stay 100 yards away from Sophia Germano and her daughter.

Influencer Landon McBroom's girlfriend wants his baby mama, Shyla Walker, to stay away from her and her daughter ... she's asking a judge to issue a restraining order, claiming Walker showed up at their home and berated her.

Sophia Germano filed for the restraining order on Thursday ... after she says Walker showed up at the home where she lives with McBroom on Wednesday night.

Germano says Walker was demanding to take her 6-year-old daughter, Souline, she shares with McBroom ... even though Germano claims it's currently McBroom's court-mandated time with the girl.

Looks like Judge Mathis and Linda Reese Mathis are rock solid these days -- she's officially calling off the divorce, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Linda had filed for divorce a few years back ... but, on Monday, she filed a request to dismiss the case without prejudice. The clerk entered the dismissal the next day.

Linda separated from the TV judge in July 2024 and filed divorce docs the following month, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason she was calling it quits on their 39-year marriage.

"American Idol" Season 1 runner-up Justin Guarini is divorced from his longtime wife, Reina Guarini, and appears to be with a new woman ... but the whole thing went under the radar.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Justin filed for divorce in June 2024, after nearly 15 years together and 2 kids. The divorce became final in December 2025 ... yet none of this ever became public.

So the divorce dragged on for more than a year ... they finally reached a settlement around XMAS time.

David Geffen and his estranged husband, David Armstrong, are apparently looking to close the book on their nasty divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the billionaire says he's reached a divorce settlement with his ex.

The terms of the settlement are not clear ... there's nothing in the documents giving any details.

We've told you all about it ... money has been a contentious point in this divorce, with Geffen saying he's paid Armstrong -- AKA Donovan Michaels -- plenty to keep him happy ... and is even footing the bill for his NYC penthouse. According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the exes can’t agree on the start date for their trial in the fight over the French winery Chateau Miraval, which they purchased together while married.
