Taylor Swift is still very much involved in the Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively beef ... after a judge's latest ruling.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled Justin's Wayfarer company can seek communications between Taylor and Blake that relate to the drama on "It Ends With Us."

Blake was asking the judge to stop Justin's camp from getting his hands on her messages with Taylor, claiming Justin was using her relationship with Taylor to "prop up a public relations narrative outside of court."

Bad blood clearly remains between Bill Belichick's current girlfriend and his former one ... as Jordon Hudson was spotted on Tuesday throwing shade at Linda Holliday.

The dig from Hudson came on her Instagram page ... as she was shoveling praise on one of her beauty pageant friends, Melissa Sapini.

On a carousel of Sapini-related photos, Hudson wrote a lengthy caption that congratulated the former Miss Massachusetts winner on completing her run with the crown. Toward the end is where she placed her Holliday jab.

JoJo Siwa has clapped back at Miley Cyrus' Pride joke about her new romance with Chris Hughes ... lamenting that the judgment was "not funny" and "very hard" to hear.

ICYMI ... the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker addressed fans at World Pride over the weekend via a cheeky video message recorded in a closet -- noting she's been out of the closet since 6th grade. Miley later joked she was heading back into the closet "to get more pretzels and find JoJo Siwa and bring her back out."

Conservative commentator Michael Knowles tore into Gov. Gavin Newsom on "TMZ Live" -- ripping his response to the L.A. ICE protests and claiming it was such a mess, Trump had no choice but to step in.

Knowles pointed to torched cop cars, assaulted officers, and even an 'illegal alien' allegedly tossing a Molotov cocktail as proof L.A. was in serious trouble -- blaming the chaos on Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass' failure to act accordingly, which forced Trump to bring in the National Guard and send in the Marines.

When our hosts pushed back -- noting the chaos was limited to one small area -- Knowles doubled down, saying Trump’s actually showing restraint in the matter... and this kind of tough crackdown is exactly what voters are begging for.

Blake Lively's lawyer says his client isn't backing down in her legal battle now that Justin Baldoni's lawsuit has been dismissed ... 'cause she's taking this one all the way to trial.

We spoke with Michael Gottlieb on "TMZ Live" Wednesday ... and, we asked him about Bryan Freedman -- Baldoni's top attorney -- claiming Blake's team is celebrating too soon.

Remember, Bryan came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and said he and his team absolutely plan to refile the four claims against Lively that weren't dismissed with prejudice ... and repeatedly said he looked forward to deposing Lively sometime this month, provided she doesn't drop her lawsuit.

President Trump's sounding like a guy who wants his ex, Elon Musk, to come groveling back to him -- which seems to be happening -- but instead of welcoming him with open arms, he's putting him on the back burner.

Trump claimed he has no hard feelings with Musk, but on Wednesday's "Pod Force One" episode, he admitted he was "not a happy camper" when his former head of DOGE trashed his spending bill.

In a classic flip-flop move, Elon Musk just admitted he feels regretful about his bashful tweets about President Donald Trump last week -- well, mostly.

The Tesla CEO hopped on X in the middle of the night and gave a vague apology to Trump ... saying he regrets "some" of his tweet about the prez, reasoning they "went too far."

He did not elaborate on which tweets he deemed unnecessary, and Trump has yet to respond to his public declaration of remorse.

Gavin Newsom says Los Angeles is just the start of President Trump's plan to tear down Democracy across the whole country ... and he's urging all Americans to stand up against POTUS.

The Cali governor issued his alarming address Tuesday evening ... a few hours after a federal judge refused to grant an emergency restraining order to block Trump from federalizing the CA National Guard, and from deploying U.S. Marines on the streets of Los Angeles.

Newsom said, "This isn't just about protests here in Los Angeles. When Donald Trump sought blanket authority to commandeer the National Guard, he made that order apply to every state in this nation. This is about all of us."

California Governor Gavin Newsom has taken a swipe at President Donald Trump ... using pop culture to make his message loud and clear.

As demonstrations against ICE continue across Los Angeles in protest of aggressive immigration enforcement, Newsom jumped on his TikTok to throw shade at Trump in a slideshow post featuring photos of the two men together -- all set to Taylor Swift’s hit track "You Need to Calm Down."

The slideshow highlighted a specific verse from the song with the lyrics, "Say it in the street, that's a knock-out ... But you say it in a tweet, that's a cop-out ... And I'm just like, ‘Hey, are you okay?'"

11:12 AM PT -- Riley Gaines got wind of Simone Biles' latest remarks ... accepting the Olympian's apology for her "personal attacks," but making it clear they still do not see eye to eye on the core issue.

"Women's sports can't be used as an excuse for girl's to center the feelings and validation of men and boys," Gaines said ... along with several other points.

"I welcome you to the fight to support fair sports and a future for female athletes. Little girls deserve the same shot to achieve that you had."

Simone Biles is in retreat mode -- apologizing for disparaging comments directed at Outkick's Riley Gaines last week ... while also attempting to clarify her stance on trans women in sports.

The seven-time Olympic gold medalist went to social media to address her budding feud with the former college swimmer, a strong advocate against trans women competing in women's sports, on Tuesday ... saying she let her frustrations get the best of her after throwing herself into one of the most heated debates in athletics.

Biles broke down her stance on the whole topic ... saying she doesn't have the answers, but the first step in reaching a conclusion is approaching the matter with empathy and respect.

As you know ... Blake scored a big win Monday when a judge tossed out the claims Baldoni made against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and the New York Times in a $400 million lawsuit.

Baldoni accused them of defamation over an article about Justin's ugly feud with Blake behind the scenes of their 2024 film, "It Ends With Us." He insisted it was all part of a smear campaign against him.

President Trump took his Border Czar's comments about arresting California officials -- including the state governor and the mayor of L.A. -- to the next level Monday, declaring he would have Gavin Newsom arrested immediately.

On Saturday night, the second night of street protests -- some quite violent -- against ICE arrests of undocumented immigrants in Los Angeles County, Trump's Border Czar Tom Homan appeared to threaten to put California Gov. Gavin Newsom and L.A. Mayor Karen Bass in handcuffs if they got in the way of the federal raids.

“I’ll say it about anybody,” Homan said, responding specifically to whether his threat of detaining any obstructionist included state officials like Newsom and Bass. “You cross that line, it’s a felony to knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien. It’s a felony to impede law enforcement doing their job.”
