Jennifer Lopez Drops $10 Mil On Primo Summer Pad
Jennifer Lopez has 10 million reasons her summer will be better than yours ... she just dropped a boatload of cash on a massive Hamptons estate ... just in time for beach season.
J.Lo closed the deal this week with real estate guru Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group ... scooping up a chic 8,500-square-foot mansion near Mecox Bay for $9.95 million.
The pad is obviously amazing -- it's in the Hamptons, duh -- with 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, 3 acres of land, a theater, pool, spa, sauna, steam room ... pretty much standard rich people house stuff.
And get this ... we're told Jennifer bought the place as a summer hang out spot. The land baroness already owns a mansion in Hidden Hills, CA and two homes in NY.

Lesson for the day -- DON'T SELL COCAINE OUT OF YOUR HOUSE ... OR AT ALL.

Patton is currently in jail. Bail has been set at $30,000.
Patton made appearances on several shows throughout his career -- including "Cold Case" and "That's So Raven" -- but he's best known for the role of Will Horton on "Days of Our Lives," starring in numerous episodes of the soap between 2009-2010.

Chris Brown Yup, I Graffitied My Own House
MYSTERY SOLVED!!! Just as we suspected, Chris Brown is the artist behind the weird graffiti murals in front of his Hollywood Hills home ... the same renegade artwork that just got him in trouble with the City of L.A..
As we reported, Chris was cited last week for having "unpermitted and excessive signage" outside his home ... after his neighbors complained to their councilman.
We couldn't confirm initially whether Chris was the artist behind the paintings ... until now. The photos were snapped on April 26th, and the graffiti is still there. Which is a problem. Because if Chris doesn't remove the paintings soon, he'll be fined.
In addition to a possible fine, Chris has already been charged $376.32 by the City just to pay for the inspector that was sent to his house. That bill will increase to $1,176 if Chris doesn't pay within 30 days.
Tick, tock ...

Gwyneth Paltrow Gate Rights Advocate
Gwyneth Paltrow looks down at her neighbors ... from a gate that's illegally high ... so says a pissed-off homeowner who's filed a complaint over her above-it-all entrance.
TMZ has learned ... one of Gwyneth's Brentwood neighbors claims she and hubby Chris Martin built a 9-foot-tall gate in front of their mansion -- WAY ABOVE the legal limit of 6 feet -- and it's an eyesore.
The angry neighbor says no other residents -- including fellow celebs Harrison Ford, Oliver Stone, and Courtney Thorne-Smith -- have gates over 6 feet tall, so why should Gwyneth?
The L.A. City Department of Building and Safety confirmed that it's investigating, and Gwyneth will have 45 days to fix any violations ... or face more than $900 in fines.
About the cost of a shirt on GOOP.

Ashton Kutcher Cops Called to LA Home Thanks to Scaredy-Cat Pal
Police showed up to Ashton Kutcher's house ready to defend the actor from a home intruder ... only to realize it was ANOTHER false alarm ... but this time swatters were not to blame.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops rushed to Ashton's L.A. digs around 5:30 AM earlier this week after a friend (who was crashing at his pad) heard a scary noise, thought there was an intruder and pressed the panic alarm on the security system.
We're told cops arrived and searched AK's entire property, but found everything to be kosher -- there were no signs of a break-in or home invaders.
Ashton was not home at the time.
As TMZ previously reported ... it's not the first time cops have made a run to the Kutcher crib. AK was "swatted" last year after a prankster told police there was a gun battle in his house.

Chris Brown Graffiti Scofflaw
Seems like Chris Brown has pissed off a whole new batch of neighbors, and he didn't even have to savagely beat anyone ... all he had to do is some serious tagging.
Chris' Hollywood Hills home is now bedazzled with huge graffiti murals. Chris is a talented artist and the works have markers that make it look like he did it himself ... but we can't confirm it.
But as pretty as it is ... it ain't sitting well with Chris' neighbors, who called L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge, complaining it was a blight on the block.
LaBonge passed it on to L.A. City officials, and Chris was cited for having "unpermitted and excessive signage" on his property. If he doesn't remove the murals STAT ... he'll be fined.
It could be the complaints are the proverbial nuclear fight over how a married couple squeezes a toothpaste tube. In other words, there are deeper problems ... in this case we've learned neighbors are royally pissed off at the loud parties Chris throws at all hours of the night. They've also had it with cars speeding up and down the street.
We reached out to Chris. So far no word back.

Magic Johnson SWATTED But Cops Smelled B.S.
Magic Johnson has just been swatted ... but this one is RADICALLY different from all the others ... because the LAPD is clearly hip to the prank now ... TMZ has learned.
Someone placed the electronic 911 call within the last hour ... claiming multiple shots were fired at Magic's L.A. home. We're also told the caller claimed the shooters were holding someone hostage.
As for the LAPD's response ... it was anemic compared to prior 911 incidents. We're told only a few patrol cars responded. There were no choppers, no SWAT team, no guns-drawn maneuver.
Apparently the LAPD has now figured out the markers that distinguish swatting from the real deal.
Cops on scene quickly confirmed it was a prank.

Chris Tucker Makes Bank on L.A. Mansion Sale
Listen up folks, Chris Tucker sold his L.A. mansion for almost a $1 million profit ... do you understand the words that are coming out of our mouth??? ONE MILLION DOLLARS.
The "Rush Hour" star purchased the 6,399-square-foot digs way back in 1996 ... right around the time his career was skyrocketing ... for $1,113,500.
Tucker decided to get rid of the place in 2011, but it took a while to find a buyer. Totally worth the wait though ... considering he sold it at the end of last month for $2.1 million. Cha-ching.
The crib is no joke either ... 5 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, high ceilings, french doors, balconies, pool and spa.
Now if he could just sell 11 more houses ... he could pay of all that tax debt.
