Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi are moving to bigger pastures in England ... putting their farmhouse on the market after snatching up a larger property in the countryside.

Ellen and Portia moved to the Cotswolds last year after President Trump was elected back home and they renovated a 43-acre farmhouse ... adding modern touches to a rustic estate.

The property, known as Kitesbridge Farm, is going to be listed for $30 million ... because the Wall Street Journal reports Ellen and Portia have moved to a larger, more contemporary estate in the same area.

Adam Lambert is turning the page on his Hollywood Hills chapter -- but it’s not without a little sting in the wallet … TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us the Grammy-nominated singer sold his hillside estate on Monday for $6.2 million. That's below the $7.375 million price tag he slapped on it back in May. Adam shelled out $6.5 mil for it when he bought the place in 2018.

Katy Perry is seeking court-ordered protection from a homeless man she claims keeps showing up to her home uninvited ... and her security team believes the guy won't take "no" for an answer.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Katy filed a temporary restraining order against a 43-year-old man named Ross Elliott Hedrick. She says he's a transient and has twice visited her property in Santa Barbara, California.

Katy filed the TRO on June 18 ... and in her request, she also seeks protection for Orlando Bloom, noting he is her "partner" who lives with her. As we first reported, Katy and Orlando have since split.

The "Last Friday Night" singer claims Hedrick visited her Santa Barbara estate multiple times in May ... she says he was arrested after the first unwanted visit and then returned a week later.

Elizabeth Chambers -- Armie Hammer's ex-wife -- was the target of a frightening attempted break-in at her Los Angeles area home ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the incident was first reported as a burglary suspect on the property Monday morning, when someone was seen trying to gain access to her residence.
