The man arrested in the disappearance of Rosie O'Donnell's daughter allegedly sent her at least one naked photo ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs ... Steven Sheerer knowingly distributed "a nude photo over the internet." As we reported ... police say they found evidence on a phone belonging to Rosie's 17-year-old daughter, Chelsea.

It's unclear when Sheerer sent the pic.

Suge Knight was completely misportrayed in "Straight Outta Compton," because he's not a bad guy, he's brilliant ... so says his lawyer.

Tom Mesereau was leaving King's Road Cafe in West Hollywood Sunday when he told our photog there's nothing factual about the flick. He then goes on to describe the virtues of his client, who's currently in jail on murder charges.

Josh Duggar turned the life of a Hollywood DJ upside down by apparently jacking his pic for his OKCupid profile.

Matthew McCarthy tells us he was shocked to see his pic on the dating site, and way more shocked to know Duggar was posing as him to score chicks.

Now check this out ... it appears Duggar got the pic by Googling "random guy" ... the third photo that comes up is Matthew's.

Matthew says he's already lost a DJ gig because the club felt he was part of the sex scandal. He feels this is somehow defamation of character, and he's considering his legal options.

So much for playing Cupid.

Rick Ross' gig at a Super Bowl party turned into a disaster because he's no social media guru ... in fact he sucks at Instagram and Twitter ... according to the company that paid him to headline.

Conexts is suing Rick for the Jan. 30 event that was scheduled to go down at the Scottsdale Mall Amphitheater. According to the docs, Ricky Rozay agreed to do some heavy duty social media promotion for the party and concert.

The company says he was supposed to do DAILY social postings for 2 weeks leading up to it -- but only did ONE post. Conexts says it was crucial for the event's success for Rick to reach out to his 13 million followers.

Rick got $55,000 up front, and was scheduled to get another $55k the night of party ... however, the event was canceled just a few days before, and they had to issue refunds.

Jenelle Evans is looking a little rough and extremely glassy-eyed in the mug shot taken following her most recent arrest.

As TMZ first reported, Evans was busted on Thursday in South Carolina after she allegedly hit her ex-fiance's new girlfriend in the head with a glass.

The Evans mug shot collection just keeps on growing and growing. It now officially rivals that of Lindsay Lohan and DMX.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. says media reports claiming the agency is recommending Caitlyn Jenner be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter are incorrect ... there is NO such recommendation.

TMZ reported, the 161-page Sheriff's Dept. report concludes Jenner violated the misdemeanor manslaughter law by driving at an unsafe speed. Jenner's SUV slammed into a Lexus that had been stopped in traffic, sending the car into oncoming traffic and killing the driver.

The Sheriff's Dept. will submit its report to the L.A. County D.A. next Wednesday and prosecutors will then decide whether to file charges.

Law enforcement sources have told us for months ... there's a 50/50 chance charges will be filed. Some of our sources doubt she'll be prosecuted, saying Jenner's conduct was no different than that other drivers who are inattentive and rear end another car ... the only difference is in Jenner's case, the positioning of the cars sent the Lexus into a fatal trajectory.

Jeremy Jackson's threatened and attacked his girlfriend so many times, according to her -- she's finally succeeded in getting court-ordered protection from the ex "Baywatch" star.

In court docs, Elise Ginsburg says Jackson flew off the handle in July ... threatening to murder her multiple times while wielding a knife and a wine opener, strangled her and left her a bruised eye and cuts.

She's also concerned Jackson is putting together a posse to rob her house.

Jenelle Evans might as well have a designated cell in the local jailhouse because she was just arrested AGAIN ... this time for beaning her ex-fiance's new girlfriend with a glass.

Law enforcement tells us Evans' ex-fiance Nathan Griffith showed up at her South Carolina home to get his belongings. He brought along a new girlfriend, which didn't sit well with Jenelle. We're told Jenelle came charging out of the house and threw a glass at the girl, striking her in the head.

Cops were called and they placed Jenelle under arrest for assault.

A rep for Jenelle says the 'Teen Mom 2' star felt Nathan was provoking her by bringing over the new girl. If you're counting ... Jenelle has been arrested at least nine times.

She's still in custody.

It's the fight BEFORE the fight for 'Sugar' Shane Mosley -- his courtroom showdown with Don King -- and Mosley thinks King is trying to pull a fast one on the judge.

We got Mosley at LAX Wednesday night ... as he was jetting off to Miami, where he hopes to testify in federal court. As we've reported, King is suing to block Mosley from fighting Ricardo Mayorga. Don claims Mayorga's still under contract with him.

Shane tells TMZ Sports, "Don has some fraudulent stuff going on" -- and thinks the signatures on King's alleged contract with Mayorga don't match.

He also thinks there's a jurisdiction problem ... as in Don's not even in the right court!

This pic sure seemed innocent enough when it was taken last year around Christmas time -- Jared Fogle and a guy we think is Russell Taylor staring at a laptop -- but now that we know Fogle and Taylor have been charged with heinous crimes involving children and computers, it takes on a whole new complexion.

The picture was taken at a Starbucks near Jared's house in Indiana, just a few months before Russell was charged with 7 counts of production of child porn and possession of child porn.

As we reported, Jared has struck a plea deal in his case and will serve at least 5 years in prison for possessing child porn and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with minors. Russell's case is ongoing.

You see Jared and a guy who looks identical to Russell staring intently at the laptop. We've blurred his face because there's a remote chance it's not Russell ... but everyone who's seen it in our office says it's a dead ringer.

The woman who took the pic just saw the guy from Subway and decided to capture the moment. When she saw the news this week and put 2 and 2 together, she says she almost fell off her chair.

"Sugar" Shane Mosley is power-dialing his travel agent right now to get on a flight to Miami ... in a last ditch effort to take down Don King in court -- and save his comeback fight.

TMZ Sports has learned Mosley got bad news from Wednesday's hearing in a Miami federal court -- where King is trying to shut down Mosley's Aug. 29 bout with Ricardo Mayorga. Shane is not only the main event, he's also promoting the fight -- but King claims Mayorga is still one of his fighters.

Our Mosley sources say after today's hearing … Shane is looking to jump on a red-eye in order to make it to Miami in time to get in front of the judge Thursday.

Should be interesting -- we're told the hirsute one will also be in court.

Lindsay Lohan is being sued for allegedly stiffing her former driver, but you can understand why she might not have paid ... because she had A LOT of other stuff going on back then.

First, the lawsuit ... a guy named Edson Ricci claims LiLo owes him $26,400 for transportation services he performed for Lindsay ... and another $1,439.18 because he claims he once covered her hotel bill.

All told ... we're talking $27,839.18.

So here's the thing ... Ricci claims his services were rendered between August 21, 2012 and October 23, 2012. Here are just SOME of the highlights of LiLo's life during that time:

-- Her dad staged an emergency intervention, cops were called to the scene.

-- She was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident after she allegedly clipped someone with her car.

-- She was banned from the Chateau Marmont for allegedly not paying a $46,350.04 bill.

-- She allegedly brought jewel thieves with her to a party ... and they allegedly robbed the place.

So yeah ... if she really did skip out on the bill, you can kinda see why.

Jared Fogle suffers from a "medical problem" and is seeking help from a psychiatrist ... so says his lawyer, presumably referring to the circumstances that will make him a convicted pedophile.

This video begins with Fogle leaving the federal courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea, but his attorney Jeremy Margolis explains that plea will be changed to guilty and Fogle will accept his punishment -- years in prison.

Margolis says Fogle is already being treated by the psychiatrist, and plans to make amends with his victims.

5:45 PM PST -- According to court records ... Katie has officially filed a petition for divorce.

Jared Fogle is losing more than his freedom .... he's losing his wife, because she's filing for divorce.

Katie Fogle wasted no time after the news of his plea deal came out, saying she was "shocked and disappointed," and therefore ... bailing on Jared.

Katie said, "I am in the process of seeking a dissolution of the marriage. My focus is exclusively on the well-being of my children. Neither I nor my family will have any further comment on the matter."

Aaron Hernandez just got a glimmer of hope he could get a new trial -- a judge is compelling a tipster to come forward and testify about allegations one of the jurors in the murder case was biased.

Famous Italian cyclist Vittorio Brumotti was viciously attacked by 3 men during a ride -- and although the suspects escaped, he's trying to downplay the whole brutal incident.

Brumotti suffered nasty facial injuries during the attack which went down while he was cycling in Northern Italy. According to reports, the attackers were identified as Albanians ... something Brumotti considers a sensitive issue.

After posting a pic of his battered and bruised face, and made a plea for fans to avoid turning this into a reason to hate foreigners.

One of Vittorio's friends shot video of the aftermath, and you can see he's totally out of it. Vittorio says he's going to need surgery.

Brumotti is a serious badass in the cycling world ... who holds several Guinness Book records.
