Daniel Stern -- best known for his role in "Home Alone" -- was rushed to the emergency room earlier this month ... but fortunately, he is doing just fine now.

This incident went down on October 7th, with the Ventura County Fire Department telling TMZ they responded to a residence in Somis, California, for a medical emergency. Sources tell us the individual was Daniel, although it's unclear what the medical issue was.

The dept says the individual was assessed by firefighters and eventually transported to a nearby hospital. Sources tell us Daniel has since been released.

A white 2023 Range Rover, operated by Alec Baldwin, with passenger Stephen Baldwin, was found to have struck a tree on the Eastbound shoulder of the roadway while avoiding the turning action of a 2020 Mack commercial truck, registered to National Waste Services out of Bay Shore, NY."

Law enforcement officials in Maryland are sharing the latest on the felony fraud case involving "The Real Housewives of Potomac" stars Dr. Wendy and Eddie Osefo.

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office addressed the news only hours after the Osefos were busted on 16 charges related to a burglary they reported last year at their home.

As we reported ... cops say the Osefos claimed several designer bags and jewelry had been stolen, but an investigation found Wendy purchased and returned the items before the alleged burglary.
