Pam Hogg, a Scottish fashion designer who dressed celebs like Kate Moss and Beyoncé, is dead.

Pam's family announced her death Wednesday, saying she died in hospice care in London, England.

The family says Pam's "final hours were peaceful and surrounded by the loving care of cherished friends and family."

Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster took the next step in their relatively new relationship Wednesday ... they're now Instagram official!

Hugh posted a pic of his new flame getting up in front of a crowd at a jazz club in New York, writing ... "@suttonlenore performing during the holidays at @cafecarlyle ... now that’s an iconic NYC night! And, truly magical."

This comes after the couple went red carpet official last month, holding hands and posing together at the AFI FEST screening of "Song Sung Blue."

Tara Reid has filed a police report after she says she was drugged in an Illinois hotel ... and, in it, she says she's willing to prosecute those allegedly involved.

The actress filed the report Tuesday with the Rosemont Police Department ... we got our hands on the document, and it features a lot of the same information Reid relayed to us in the immediate aftermath of the incident.

As we told you ... Reid says she was at a hotel just outside of Chicago late Saturday night when she went down to the bar for a drink ... she says it was crowded with YouTubers.

The turkey drive was a collaborative effort ... Nipsey's partner, Lauren London, made a special appearance to support the cause, as did Real 92.3's Big Boy.

Several of Nip's homies -- such as Marathon Jon, Watts Homie Quan, and J Roc -- were also on the scene, and we're told the respective teams doled out groceries and food to 2,500 families in total!!!

They also teamed up and wore a commemorative Nipsey Hussle x Think Watts T-shirt, exclusive for the occasion.

Reality star Savannah Chrisley could end up launching the next American political dynasty ... because she just talked to her dad, Todd, about the possibility of running for office on Tuesday's episode of the "Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley" podcast.
