Bam Margera says he won't film any new stunts for a new 'Jackass' movie ... and even though he squashed his beef enough to get in the new flick, he's still pissed at Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine.

We got Bam at the Dream Hotel in Hollywood on Monday, and our photog asked him about signing a deal where some of his never-before-seen stunts get featured in the new 'Jackass' movie.

Bam takes us down memory lane and explains why his appearance is going to be limited to old content that's never seen the light of day ... safe to say there are still a lot of wounds there.

3:21 PM PT -- The TRO was denied by the court clerk because it's not an emergency order ... the judge will rule January 23 on the issue at the hearing.

Brittany Furlan says Ronnie Radke just won't leave her alone -- blasting him as "unhinged and obsessed" -- and is seeking court-ordered protection from him ... while denying she ever got catfished.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Brittany says she was definitely communicating with Ronnie on Snapchat last year during a difficult time in her marriage to Tommy Lee, and they sent each other explicit pictures and videos and made plans to meet up.

Ronnie's claimed Brittany was chatting with a catfish ... but she says all of the comms were legit and could not have been A.I.-generated "due to the explicit nature of the content."

Brittany says Ronnie begged her to leave Tommy for him and they made plans to meet up in May ... she says Ronnie told her to go to his former address and she claims she showed up and got stood up ... and that's when he allegedly started intentionally humiliating and manipulating her.

The whole fiasco started when an autograph-seeker sought Thora's signature outside the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills following the BAFTA Tea Party Saturday. Seems innocent enough, but here's the thing ... in the video, Michael claims the man had been bothering Thora all weekend.

And it seems like Michael finally had enough ... because we're told he grabbed photos the guy was carrying of Thora and ripped them up, throwing the autograph-seeker into a frenzy.

Nick Reiner's weight gain set him on a murderous path, but it didn't have to be that way ... just ask Dr. Drew. The good doctor points out a change in his medication could have sent him spiraling ... but Dr. Drew also asserts harder drugs may have spurred a homicidal mind state.

Dr. Drew joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and discussed what he thinks actually sent Nick all the way over the edge ... "The kind of violence that was on display here to me still reads methamphetamine … I keep saying that over and over again."

Wanda Sykes gave Bill Maher a shot at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards Sunday night ... telling her fellow comedian to stop yapping so much.

Sykes' slap-down occurred as she presented the award for Best Performance in Stand-Up Comedy on TV with Maher sitting in the star-studded crowd. The nominees were Brett Goldstein, Kevin Hart, Kumail Nanjiani, Ricky Gervais, and Sarah Silverman.

At one point during her speech, Sykes talked about giving the nominees "love" before focusing her attention on Maher.

Check out the video ... Wanda says, "Bill Maher, you give us so much, but I would love a little less." The audience starts chuckling as Wanda delivers the punch line, "Just ... try less."

Anthony Anderson and Rocsi Diaz may have been kindling more than just a friendship after the Golden Globes Sunday ... we caught them leaving the Netflix party, where we asked them outright, "Are you dating?"
