Sources close to Charlie's "goddess" Natalie Kenly -- one third of Charlie's Bahamian threesome -- tell TMZ that the 25-year-old used to date Shifty on-and-off for about a year ... but the ex-couple finally called it quits a couple months ago.

According to the eBay listing -- the cocktail dress by French Connection comes with an autographed copy of a magazine Capri appeared on months later ... modeling the outfit she wore that infamous night.

Sources close to Capri tell TMZ the dress gives her bad memories -- so she wants to get rid of it ASAP ... and plans to donate part of the proceeds to Safe Passage for Battered Women.

The chick gripping the bong is Natalie Kenly -- aka Natty Baby -- a model regularly featured in "Cali Chronic X Magazine" ... who's such a pot enthusiast, she was even crowned, "Chronic Girl 2010."

TMZ sparked a conversation with Jeffrey Peterson -- co-editor of the mag -- who tells us Charlie began to pursue Natalie a few months ago after seeing her on the cover of the February, 2010 issue (pictured above).

We're told Charlie and Natty eventually connected through a mutual friend -- and the two hit it off. Jeffrey tells us ever since the two began their "whirlwind" relationship ... Charlie has been "very romantic."

Don't be surprised if their next date is at a Pink Floyd laser show.

Sources close to Sheen tell us ... the actor, his porn-star GF Bree Olson, model Natalie Kenly and Brooke will spend the next few days together ... sans Charlie's kids.

Remember, Charlie is expected back on the set of "Two and a Half Men" on Tuesday.

According to law enforcement sources, Olson was driving a black Lexus when she was involved in a single car accident. We're told she was not hurt and received no medical treatment.

Law enforcement sources tell us the officers on scene noticed a strong smell of alcohol on her breath and bloodshot and watery eyes. We're told she took a breathalyzer test and blew a .19 -- though she told cops she only had two beers.

She was arrested by the Allen County Sheriff's Department and eventually released on $750 bail.

Capri tells TMZ she was "completely shocked" when she heard what happened -- not so much about Charlie going off the wagon -- but the fact that girls actually hung out at his place.

Capri believes the women are "idiots" and wonders, "Why would they take this kind of chance to hang out with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?"

Capri -- who was in Charlie's NYC hotel room during his meltdown last year -- was in L.A. yesterday when a photog asked if she thought Sheen needs rehab. Her response: "It might be the best thing for him."

Capri also fired off a bitter-sounding shot at Charlie's Vegas porn companion Bree Olson.

MyGirlFund.com -- a "girl-centric social network that allows women to interact with generous men to meet whatever personal goals they may have" -- sent Capri the letter Wednesday, offering to raise money to pay her legal bills.

The letter acknowledges Capri has "terrible luck meeting men in person" ... so it only makes sense she should seek financial help from of a bunch of random, anonymous Internet users.

Capri arrived to the offices earlier today with her attorney Keith Davidson. We're told they've been meeting with officials for several hours.

As we previously reported, Capri claims the "Two and a Half Men" actor choked her during his hotel room meltdown last month ... and held her in the room against her will.

Capri filed a criminal complaint against Charlie with the NYPD yesterday.

According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, in the wake of The Plaza Hotel incident, Capri demanded "at least One Million Dollars" and if she didn't get the money she allegedly threatened to go to prosecutors in Aspen to get Charlie's probation violated.

The suit claims Capri also threatened "to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale."

The suit says, "At no time did Sheen assault, batter or threaten Walsh." Charlie also alleges Capri admitted to third parties after the incident she had not been battered or held against her will. And, according to the suit, Capri told the NYPD Sheen acted "like a total gentleman."

The suit, filed by legal pit bull Marty Singer, also accuses Capri of stealing his $165,000 Patek Philippe watch.

In classic, Singer-esque language, the suit describes Capri as "an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam-artist."

Capri went on "Good Morning America" and claimed she's filing suit against Charlie because, among other things, he choked her. Capri, a porn star, denies she's a hooker. But Burg, who is also the Executive Producer of "Two and a Half Men," thinks otherwise.

Burg re-emphasizes that Capri never told police about any abuse, despite the fact that "she had every opportunity to do so."

Burg says she's concocting her latest story for money and vows Charlie will not pay a penny to settle with her.

Anderson, who sat down with "Good Morning America," described Sheen snorting a "white powdery substance" and recounted the moment when she felt things took a turn for the worse, saying, "When I became really uncomfortable is when he put his hands around my neck."

Anderson -- who was there with her lawyer, Keith Davidson -- said she plans on filing a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

UPDATE 9:10 AM PT -- We shot Capri and her lawyer heading into a law office, where the lawyer stated Capri plans on suing for battery and false imprisonment.

Sources tell TMZ Anderson flew into NYC on Friday and will tape an interview with GMA on Saturday. We're told the interview will air on Monday.

According to our sources, Capri will give her side of the story of what went down that night -- she'll be joined by high-powered attorney Keith Davidson. We're told Anderson has retained Davidson as her attorney and is weighing her civil options.

Sources tell us that during the interview, Capri will paint a picture that is much more violent than what has been reported so far.

We're told Capri believes Sheen targeted the bag believing she hid his rare, $150,000 Patek Philippe 5970 watch inside -- then opened it up, dumped out the contents and "ripped it to shreds" ... only to find nothing.

Our sources say Capri -- who bought the $1,600 bag the day before -- took it back to the store the next day to get it fixed ... but was told it was "beyond repair."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Capri never mentioned a damaged purse when they interviewed her in the hotel room.

As for Charlie ... his manager, Mark Burg, scoffed at Capri's allegation telling TMZ, "Maybe she can get a Prada sponsorship out of this."

Capri Anderson just left Wanna Buy a Watch on Melrose Avenue in L.A. where she bought a vintage stainless steel Rolex Air-King.

We're guessing the message is ... she didn't steal Charlie's $150,000 Patek.

But there are still outstanding issues:

1. If she did steal Charlie's watch, she couldn't wear it in public so she still needs something to tell time
2. She could just be protesting too much
3. How on earth did she score a quick $3,000?
